Wo humsafer tha mager us se humnawai na thi
Ke dhoop chaaon ka aalam raha judai na thi

Adawatain thi , taghaful tha , ranjishain thi , mager
Bicharne waley me sab kuch tha bewafai na thi

Bicharte wakt un aankhoon me thi hamari ghazal
Ghazal bhi wo jo kabhi kisi ko sunai na thi

Kissey pukaar raha tha wo dobta howa din ?
Sada to aai thi lakin koi duhai na thi

Kabhi yea haal ke dono me yak dilli thi
Kabhi yea marhala jese ke aashnai na thi ...
