Kabhi dil ko kabhi khood ko sataty hai
zindaghi tere faisle bhi hame aazmate hai

hasraton ki aag kafi nahi thi dil main
eak chiraag k chone se jal jaty hai

Raat ki ye udaasi gham ka chiraag dikha ker
subaah teri bebasi k chaire bataty hai

garaz parsat jahan main mohbbat nahi milti
sikashta dil se teri yaadon k naqash mitaty hai

nahi tha meri nami main ye dard phele kabhi
aaj mere aanso sabhi ko rolaty hai

tamanao ki shaakh per thy kanty etne
k phool chone se phele hi zakham ajaaty hai

wo meri ankh ka aanso bhi ab kaheta hai
patharon k aage mujhe log kiu bahaty hai

lab muskorane se phele hi ab darty hai
eak khoshi ko kayi gham jo sataty hai

tera aojood kanwal hai na ab kisi k liye
teri hasrat k saamne sab zid main ajaty hai
