 Recipe Ingredients
Dry Apricots½ kg Chopped Almonds15-20 Fresh Cream3packets Sugar1 tbsp Recipe Method Soak dry apricots in water and keep it in hot water for ½ an hour then boil them. Once they are softened and boiled cool them and deseed them. At the time of serving, add in 3 packets fresh cream and 1 tbsp sugar. Beat it and spread the cream on top of the apricot paste. Served Chilled.
