Dear Guys
Its just to share one of my own experience of reducing weight. My trainer last year asked to do it for three months in winter and i reduce 14Kg in 3 month with some exercise but mainly with stick Diet plan.
Ihope it would be beneficial of any of you.
Break Fast:
2 Brown Bread (without Jam or butter)
1 Apple
Tea without milk or Green Tea
Cheese 1 cube.
Lunch:
1 cup boiled rice
125gms (adha Pao) chicken boiled or grilled
Dinner:
Some stakes or
1 Roti and half cup Rice.
Well i know you will feel dying after having these thing but to maitain the calories requirment at after every 2 hours we can take 1 apple and can have vegetable soup daily twice or thrice but it should a lil hot when u take it.
by doing this 3 months you will certainly reduce atleast 8 - 10 Kg for sure and i wont harm ur body aswell.
dono take any mass gaining things like dairy products, banana, mangoes etc.
I hope any one will get advantage of it.
