Orange Tomatillo Habanero Salsalsa







INGREDIENTS:


  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 habanero, stemmed and minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 6 to or 7 tomatillos, removed from husk and chopped
  • 1 table spoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt








INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until just a bit chunky. Keeps in the fridge for about 2 – 3 weeks.
