3 cup of rice
whole garam masala

choped carrot 1 cup
finle choped capsicum 1 cup
finly choped ginger according to tast
potato 1 sliced
mint leaves
green chilli as u like
lemon 1 big
spring onion finly choped
tometo past half cup
onion sliced 1 med
yougert 1 cup
1 chicken cube
slat according to tast
chines salt 2 tea spoon or can add according to tast
turmaric powder 1 tb spoon
khatai powder as needed
red chilli 1 tea sp or according to tast
ginger galric paste 2 tea sp
fist add oil and fry onion till golden brown
add ginger garlic paste and fry it
then add red chilli and salt and turmeric powder and yougrt
then add chines salt and cube
and add potato
little fry and aadd 2 cup of water and coved when water become 1 and half cup and potato becom half cooked remove from da heat
boil rice with sabat garm masala
in one big degchi
put one lyer rice then add potao masala then add spring onion
add carrot mint leaves lemon sliced
add rest of rice
then on top put da green chilli whin filled wid amchoora or khatai powder
a last put this on low heat for 10 min
serve with rita
