Steam Kabab
Ingredients:
½ kg beef mince
1 onion
1 medium piece of ginger
2tbsp garlic paste
¼ bunch fresh coriander
6 green chilies
1tbsp crushed black pepper
Salt
Oil for fry
Method:
Chop all above ingredients in a chopper ideally 4-5 minutes.
Apply oil on hands. Make kabab in your required chape long/round. He made both.
Deep fry kabab in hot oil to cook out side layer.
Now steam them 12-15 minutes
