Besan Egg Omelete
Ingredients: Besan - 1 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Red Chili Powder - 3 Pinches
Cumin Seeds - Pinch
Garam Masala - 2 Pinches
Coriander Powder - ¼ tsp
Mango Powder (Amchoor) - 2 Pinches
Oil - 2 Tsp
Water - 1/3 cup
Green Chili (optional) - 1
Egg - 1
Directions...
Take besan in a bowl. Add red chili powder, garam masala, amchoor, coriander powder, salt, Cumin Seeds and make smooth paste with water.
Now add finely chopped tomato. Mix well.
Heat iron griddle and pour 1 tsp of oil on it. Now spread besan mixture (prepared above).
After 1 minute pour the egg mixture over chilla and spread it all over the chilla.
Now flip the chilla to cook from the bottom also.
Again spread 1 tsp of oil on bottom also and cook till it become golden brown in color from both the sides.
Serve hot with butter/ Tomato sauce (chutney)/ Coriander Chutney.
