Besan Egg Omelete
Ingredients:
Besan - 1 tbsp

Salt - To taste

Red Chili Powder - 3 Pinches

Cumin Seeds - Pinch

Garam Masala - 2 Pinches

Coriander Powder - ¼ tsp

Mango Powder (Amchoor) - 2 Pinches

Oil - 2 Tsp

Water - 1/3 cup

Green Chili (optional) - 1

Egg - 1


Directions...
  1. Take besan in a bowl. Add red chili powder, garam masala, amchoor, coriander powder, salt, Cumin Seeds and make smooth paste with water.
  2. Now add finely chopped tomato. Mix well.
  3. Heat iron griddle and pour 1 tsp of oil on it. Now spread besan mixture (prepared above).
  4. After 1 minute pour the egg mixture over chilla and spread it all over the chilla.
  5. Now flip the chilla to cook from the bottom also.
  6. Again spread 1 tsp of oil on bottom also and cook till it become golden brown in color from both the sides.
  7. Serve hot with butter/ Tomato sauce (chutney)/ Coriander Chutney.
