Egg Maggi

Ingredients:
For Eggs: -

Eggs - 2

Black Pepper Powder - Pinch

Vegetable Oil - 2 tsp

Salt - To taste

For Maggi: -

Maggi (82gms) - One pack

Water - 2 Cups

Chopped Green Chilies - Two


Directions...
  1. Beat eggs, salt and pepper slightly; keep aside.
  2. Add 2 tsp of oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Now quickly pour the egg mixture to the pan.
  4. Mix the eggs properly and cook till they make a bhurji of eggs.
  5. Keep aside for later use.
  6. Heat two cups of water in a pan
  7. Add maggi noodles in hot water. Mix noodles with water.
  8. Now add chopped green chilies and maggi masala in noodles pan, mix well.
  9. Cook maggi on high flame, stir constantly.
  10. When maggi soak the water then add egg bhurji in it. Mix well.
  11. Remove the pan from the gas stove.
  12. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!
  13. Note: You can add Vegetables of your choice also with maggi. (Like: Pea, Capsicum, Onion, Tomatoes, Carrot)
