إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنْذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ
خَتَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَى سَمْعِهِمْ وَعَلَى أَبْصَارِهِمْ غِشَاوَةٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
Indeed for those, it is one and the same thing upon them [outcome/result wise] whether you admonish them or do not admonish them, who have already deliberately refused to accept [Grand Qur'aan]; they will not accept, today and in future. Allah has let [because of their deliberate/ conscious denial to accept the truth/fact] the cover keep veiling upon their hearts and upon their audition [passage of entry closed since they have veiled their intellect and perception with other things]; and upon their faculty of vision is a veil [obscuring them to see the fact].
