A fresh fruit smoothie consisting of three to consume upon waking, at teatime or at any time of day.

For 2 people
Preparation <20 minutes
no Cook
ingredients
300 g of mango flesh (fresh or frozen)
1 fishing
12 + 8 raspberries for decoration
6 blueberries for decoration (optional)
200g whole milk yogurt
12 ice cubes
Preparation
1. Peel the peach and mango and cut into pieces.
2. Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into 2 glasses.
3. Decorate with the reserved raspberries and possibly with blueberries, taste immediately.
