The sweet and savory flavors I love. So today I teach them how to cook a tempting dish and queras as queen in your home with this dish rice with ripe bananas guido chicken with pineapple.

INGREDIENTS
2 cloves garlic
½ red onion
1 chicken breast
4 tablespoons achiote
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 pickled pepper deveined or pepas
1 cup chicken broth
Pepper c / n
salt c / n
1 cup diced pineapple
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
4 cups white rice
2 ripe bananas cut into fried diced
PREPARATION
To cook rice with chicken stew ripe bananas and pineapple: we start by adding a tablespoon achiote oil to pan fry the onion, garlic and chili marinade. Then add 1/2 cup water to the blender and grind ready reserve. Cut the chicken breasts into chunks bathe them with liquefied onion, garlic, pickled peppers. Mix the chicken and let stand in refrigerator for half an hour.
In a frying pan with a little oil, seal and cook the chicken until golden brown. then add the rest of marinated chicken, pineapple and cook over low heat for 15 minutes ready to book space until ready to serve.For white rice in a bowl then add white rice ripe bananas and stir everything ready
To serve this delicious rice with chicken stew ripe bananas and pineapple. You do it in broad dish you add the rice and chicken stew with pineapple as the photo of the recipe.
