INGREDIENTS:
Chicken ½ kg
Gram Flour ½ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed sugar 1 tsp
Egg Whites 2
Crushed Corn Flakes as required
Milk 2 tbsp
Oil as required

METHOD:
Make small pieces of ½ kg chicken and add ½ cup gram flour, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp crushed sugar and mix it.
Now add 2 tbsp milk in 2 eggs and beat it.
Then add the marinated chicken in egg whites and milk and coat it and also coat crushed corn flakes as required.
Then again coat it with egg whites, milk and crushed corn flakes and freeze it.
When you want to make it, then add oil as required and fry it on medium heat. Delicious chicken popcorn is ready.
