Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Gram lentil 1 cup boiled
Brown onion ½ cups
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Whole spices ½ tbsp
Korma masala ½ packet
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 minute add mutton with korma masala, brown onion and yogurt, cover and cook for 15 minutes then add 1 cup water again cover and cook till mutton done and water dries, add boiled daal, leave it on dum, sprinkle with all spice and coriander leaves. Serve with tandoori nan.
