Assalam alaykum,

In Ayat 99 of Surat al-Hijr of the Holy Qur'an, Allah Most High says:--

"AND SERVE YOUR LORD TILL THE INEVITABLE (death) COMES UNTO YOU." (15:99)

Thus our commitment to submit to Allah should not be a fad, a temporary reaction, we should not waver despite all the highs and lows of life. The goal is to reach the end of our life in a state of total submission to our Creator. Keep this in Mind accordingly.
