Ingredients:

Gram flour 2 cups
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilies 4
Soda Bi Carbonate 1 tsp
Water as required
Oil to fry
For Yogurt:
Yogurt 1 kg
Sugar 2 tbsp
Red Chili 5
White Cumin 1 tsp
Curry Leaves few
Mustard Seeds few

Method:

• In a bowl, add in gram flour, egg, 1 tbsp yogurt, salt, chopped green chilies and 1 tsp soda bicarbonate. Mix it well.
• In a bowl, add in yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornflour, salt,1 tbsp red chili and 1 tsp chaat Masala. Mix it well.
• In a pan, add jn pakora and fry it.
• In a serving dish add in yogurt, add in pakora. Pakora Chaat is ready to serve.
