Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
Mustard Seeds 2 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilies 2
Chopped Green Coriander some
Lemons 2
Oil to fry
Flour as required
Soda Bi Carbonate 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Jaggery Syrup 1 tbsp
Method:
• In a dish, take soda bi carbonate, jiggery syrup and salt. Mix it well and make a dough and keep it for some time till it rises.
• Mash the boiled potatoes and add in mustard seeds, red Chili Flakes, Roasted White Cumin, Chopped Green Chilies and Chopped Green Coriander and Lemon Juice. Keep it for some time.
• Grease your hands and take dough in your hand. Add in potato Mixture and cover the kachori with dough.
• Deep fry them in the oil and serve them with raita and chutney.
