Hazar chehre thay charah joo koii bhi nahiiN thaa
hazar dhonda tujh saa hoo bahoo koi bhi nahiiN thaa

youN tu ek kaarwaaN chala tha mere saath mager
maiN ne peeche muuD ker dekhaa to koi bhi nahii thaa

Bila muqaablaa jeet kii zaraa bhii khoushii na thiii
maiN ke ek bazi gar aur mere roo baro koi bhi nahi thaa

na jaane kyouN ubalne lagta he mujh maiN youN janooN
ke ye bhii bazm-e-dostaaN thii aur adoo koii bhii nahii thaa

Baday fakher se suna raha thaa apni muhabbtouN ke afsane Waheed
Halaanke is maiN sheer-e-aab-e- jooo koi bhi nahi thaa
