Recipe Ingredients
1/2 kg Meat
1 Egg
4 Almond
1 cup Fried onion
1 tsp All spice powder
2 tsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Roasted chickpea powder
2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Poppy seeds
2 tbsp Yogurt
to taste Salt
Ingredients for Gravy
250 gm Onion ground
250 gm Yogurt.
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp All spice powder.
2 tsp Chili powder.
2 tsp Coriander powder
for garnishing Green chilies and coriander
to taste Salt.
Recipe Method
In chopper put together 1/2 kg meat and 1 cup fried onion. Put this mixture in a bowl. Add 1 Egg, 4 Almonds, 1 tsp All spice powder, 2 tsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp roasted chickpea powder, 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp Poppy seeds, 2 tbsp Yogurt and Salt to taste. Mix well and make small balls. Now heat 1/2 cup oil in pan, add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds and fry well. Now add 250 gm ground Onion and fry. Add 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice powder, 2 tsp Chili powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder and Salt to taste. Also add 250 gm whipped Yogurt and fry well till oil comes on top. Now add meat balls with 1/2 cup water. Fry well again. Now add 1 glass of water, cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till meat balls are tender. Garnish with Green chilies and coriander. Serve hot.
