  • Recipe Ingredients

1/2 kg Chicken
2 Onion
4 Green cardamom
10 Green chilies
2 piece Mace
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Whole black pepper
1 tsp Kewra water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ginger juliennes
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric

Recipe Method

Grind 2 onion, heat 1/2 cup oil in pan, add ground onion and fry. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now grind together 10 green chilies, 250 gm yogurt and add to the onion mixture. Then add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 kg chicken. Fry well, add 1 glass of water and cook on low flame. Grind 4 green cardamoms with 2 pieces of mace and add to the mixture. Lastly add 1 tsp kewra water, garnish with 1 tbsp ginger juliennes and serve with Naan
