Surah 24 AL-NOOR – The light of guidance from Allah provides mankind with a focal point for unity as a proper human community to work together towards blissful, dignified and secure future of humanity

This surah is named AL-NOOR from root NOON, WOW and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is something that is lit and radiates light or heat or both for purpose of enlightenment or inspiration or raising a reaction or agitation in things that fall under its range or reach or area of jurisdiction. Also a signal fire especially the one used to warn about an approaching enemy, a signalling or guiding device that emits light such as a lighthouse to draw attention, a radio transmitter that emits a characteristic guidance signal for aircraft, radio transmitter that emits a characteristic guidance signal for aircrafts, a signalling device that emits a repeating sound such as a pinger, a source of guidance or inspiration, guiding torch, something that leads or shows the way, a beacon of hope, to provide with a signal or source for guidance, a beacon, a focal point, a point of convergence, a foundation for unity, guidance, beacon, beam of light, light of knowledge, a source of heat or inspiration or enlightenment, fire, flame, reflected light, light for reflection, something that attracts attention to itself, light that draws attention to itself, lantern, clarity, something that makes things distinct or clear to see with eyes on the face or eyes of the mind, law, goal, guideline, landmark, blossom, insight, something that reaches out to something, something that responds to something looking for something, fish or something like a fish in some sense, something that moves smoothly and quietly, something fast moving, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something that tags something along, something twisted or bent, something that can bear a burden or provide a foundation for something, head or something like a head in some sense, management, leadership, top people in a human population, ruling elite etc etc.

This surah is named AL-NOOR not because word noor is used in the surah but because it explains what guidance or revelation of Allah is all about ie it is for bringing people together as a proper human community therefore it gives people a foundation for organisation and regulation by way of a program, constitution and laws setting them some goals to accomplish according to provided guidelines. If we look at surahs before this surah al-ambiyaa talks about messengers of Allah in detail then we have surah al-hajj talking about establishment of a kingdom in the name of Allah and then we have surah al-muminoon talking about a group of people who come together to struggle for maintenance of proper human community within a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah to ensure well being of mankind. So now we have this surah which talks about program, constitution and law etc as a source for unity of mankind for ensuring their blissful, dignified and secure existence. It points us mankind to a source that could help mankind come together on basis of it as a proper human community so that we follow the given program to accomplish its stated goals according to guidelines given therein. It gives us if you like the glue to stick us together for a set purpose. So much emphasis is placed on proper management of people and resources and on organisation and regulation of people as managements of communities and managed communities so that once humanities become self regulated and self sufficient to a degree they move along the goal of management of the universe for ensuring well being of mankind. People are warned very clearly that if they do not organise and regulate themselves properly and then manage people and things properly then there is little or no hope for coming about of a proper human community or its remaining in existence. This is all people must ensure they are playing their parts effectively and properly. This is why this surah begins with basis upon which human society is to be built and then emphasis is placed upon jihad or struggle for getting this message across to whole of humanity in a best possible way, the sooner the better. In doing so it is made clear that people must work in a way that does not lead them to fights and wars. So followers of the message are told to gain access to other communities and places through mutual consent rather than conquests. They are also told to not to sit idle and hope for the best rather go out and explore the vast world out there for betterment of mankind. People are clearly told to behave like human beings who have brains and senses and who make proper use of them. Be not like animals towards each other instead help each other by way of education because without that better world cannot come about. If people followed guidance of Allah properly then time will come when humanity will become properly established in the world and world will become a proper kingdom based upon guidance of Allah therefore full of all kinds of blessings. This is how mankind will end up with life full of bliss, dignity and security. On the other hand if people will not learn to live by values and principles and rules and regulations based upon irrefutable wisdom then they will never be able to raise themselves to level of human dignity so they will remain like other species of animals or worse. That is because other animals are not given the brains the humans have been given therefore either humans will have to prove they are better than other animals or they will be taken as worse than other animals because of their failure in using their brains and senses properly. This is why the Quran only gives mankind some guidelines to fill in details themselves by using their own God given capabilities through observations in the real world. The very question that why God did not give us a complete code of conduct with all possible detail is a wrong question to ask in light of the information given in the Quran. It is because God has fully programmed all things in the universe and some less than complete and man is given the brain to observe things and copy them and then become better at doing things than other things.

So in a way God has provided a fully detailed program but people need to observe and explore both the universal realities and his revelations to see what is really going on. This is why as far as the Quran is concerned, just becoming self aware or aware of universal realities is not the end game rather man is expected to turn universe into a blissful world by his own power of creativity that is placed in him by God. Once he reaches the top through his creativity that is the time when he will realise what a grand creator God is. That is the moment God is waiting for and that is what he created the universe for. This goal cannot be achieved by mankind if they will not learn sense and come together and work towards that end. This is what the Quran is basically about. In divine scheme of things ignorance, arrogance and person gains at the expense of human community are all huge obstacles. This is why intellectual property copyright must be eliminated for spreading knowledge and people should be helpful towards each other instead of being awkward due to arrogance towards each other. There is no sense in trying to dominate each other by undermining each other. This is not the way to bring about a proper human community in the world nor a way to establish a proper kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. If anything all this stops humanity from making progress to prosper full speed ahead due to fractures in human relationships. Even if people try to come together for unity they cannot unless they first find a solid foundation for unity. Without a solid foundation for unity the Quran provides humanity is doomed to use and abuse by hands of each other and therefore total destruction. Therefore the sooner mankind get themselves rid of rulers, money lenders, mullahs, their touts and supporters the better it is for establishing a worldwide brotherhood of humanity. This is why people need to have a proper program with goals and guidelines for formation of a proper constitution and laws for organising and regulating a proper human community. That is why the Quran is the best thing that humanity could ever have. All this calls for proper education for all everywhere because unless people are educated sufficiently to know what they are living for they cannot be expected to work hard for it. If people are properly educated to something they can believe in and benefit from it then that will motivate them to do what they are required to do because they will know why they need to do what they are doing. So long as we have religion v secularism in place, deen cannot be implemented because deen is anti religion as well as anti secularism as already explained in detail. DEEN as explained in the Quran is for building a proper human community whereas religion and secularism is all about setting up people against each other in the name of spiritualism and materialism in the name of God or no God. It is a mechanism for keeping society divided in the name of politics and economics between advantaged and disadvantaged people such as able bodied people and disabled bodied people, between rich and poor, between this race and that race, between people of this colour and people of that colour, between people of this place and people of that place, between people of one gender and the other, people of this caste and that caste, people of this class and that class, people of this age and that age and so on and so forth.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

1] A surah that is revealed by Us which is also recommended by Us because in it We have revealed a program with clear goals and guidelines so that you the mankind learn and teach it properly to each other for following it faithfully in order to bring about a proper human community for establishing a kingdom for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind based upon Our guidance.

Word FARAD is from root FAA, RAA and DWAD. Concrete meaning of this root is to cut something solid as close to specifications as practically possible. Also to make something fit something precisely for some purpose, to set the standard or requirements, to specify limits for something for some purpose, to make responsible or duty bound, to make something obligatory, to impose something upon something, to set limits, something old or ancient, to set a trend or tradition or an example, to set a precedent, to restrict something to give it direction and speed to make things happen faster, to narrow down things, to cut something to a required size, to incise, to indent, enforcement, enforced absence, to be advanced in years, appointed measure, to ordain, commitment, to make specific, to assign, to fix something in some way, to sanction or make lawful, to make binding upon, to make obligatory, to command, a commandment or a set of commandments, to undertake, something apportioned by law, to make or take something as binding, something appointed, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, distance, to recommend something to someone for some purpose or reason, to endorse something, to advise, potential, head or something like a head in some sense, rule of law, administration or management, plant or something like a plant in some sense, growth and development etc etc.

As already explained word surah has various roots and meanings eg way of life, a container which contains something for some purpose eg for protection or preservation etc. A wall around a castle which secures a people or a city inside the wall from unwanted attacks by enemies from outside etc etc. An organised and regulated human society that is protected by a rule of law within its own jurisdiction. Word surah is a very comprehensive word so it is very difficult to limit it by any translation. It means a container of some collected information eg a book. It also means a history book, a biography, a story book, a book of commandments or goals and guidelines, a journey of some sort, a chapter of the Quran or a book, a chapter of life of a person or a nation, It mean a recitation or a narration. Something that keeps related things together in some sense for purpose of their preservation or protection for some reason. In case of Quran its purpose is preservation of humanity so that mankind could develop and prosper by adopting the program in the Quran by organising and regulating themselves as a proper human community in the kingdom of the universe in order to fulfil purpose of God. In this verse the Quran tells mankind to model their lives upon the way of life advised by Allah so that blissful, dignified and secure existence could become a reality for mankind.

2] If you find any human population that resists or any group of leading people that resists following the way of life advised by Allah then each and every one of these two groups should be convinced by you to abide by this guidance and the process of persuasion should be kept expanding and you should not be found slack or weak in any way in trying to convince both of the groups towards the way of life advised by Allah if you yourselves are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to program, constitution and law of Allah for the brilliant future of mankind as a proper human community. Moreover a group from among those who are committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind should keep an eye upon terrible state of existence of both of those groups who resist faithful following of the proper way of life advised by Allah for mankind.

Word ZAANIAH is from root ZAA, NOON and YAA. Already explained it means to resist something in some way or hesitate, adultery or fornication, to join falsehood with truth, to adulterate or add something else into something pure and thereby make it impure, to make the situation difficult or hard, to create difficulties, to cause hardship, to force someone into doing something, contraction of shadow, to hurry up, to hasten, to give refuge to someone, to take in someone, to take someone into custody, to take possession of something for some reason etc etc.

Word IJLIDOO is from root JEEM, LAAM and DAAL. Already explained but it also means to persuade or convince someone using strong arguments, to get close to someone, to get under one’s skin, to become a confidant for someone, to flog, to isolate or separate, boycott, imprison, to restrict or limit, hide of an animal, to cause hardship or difficulty, to cover or protect, to encourage, to force someone into doing something, to be consistent in character, to put a cover on a book to protect or preserve it, power or strength, to become skilful and consistent, to make one’s potentialities a reality, to have courage, to be hard on someone for some reason, to be forceful, to thrust poverty upon someone in some sense etc etc.

Word MIAH is from root MEEM, ALIF and YAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to grow. Also expansion, disputation, argumentation, persuasion, fighting, agitation, campaign, a large number, one hundred, a big number, something that is worth most, something very strong, to be strong in numbers, to find strength in number, to create tensions, to cause divisions, to exaggerate, to cause something to change in some way, to gain trust of someone, to spread or expand, to come into leaf, to bring one round, to convince using powerful arguments, to generate trust, to backbite, to mow, to become enlarged, water or something like water in some sense, something life giving in some sense, something inspiring or motivational, energy or drive, stick or something like stick in some sense, authority, foundation, God, bull, something powerful or strong in some sense, hand or something like a hand in some sense, reach, jurisdiction, capability, grip, control etc etc.

Word RAFAH is from root RAA, ALIF and FAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to move obstacles in the way of getting to things of need. Also to remove harms or destructions away from something or someone in some way so that something or someone could grow or develop to its full potential, soft, tender, cushion, mercy, compassion, kindness, pity, cover, hide, to look after something, to attend to something, to ensure well being of something, to protect from impacts or disturbing effects, to absorb shocks, something that lacks hardness or toughness or strength or power, something weak or infirm, to be slack in doing something, head or something like a head in some sense, management , administration, chief, stick or something like a stick in some sense, God, authority, foundation, oxen, strength, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, distance, potential between two things, difference between two things or points, to consume or use something in some way etc etc.

This verse is telling people what to do with the message of the Quran ie spread it among mankind to bring them together and overcome their fears due to which they may resist this message. It is a matter of understanding the message and its purpose and becoming a people who can be trusted for building bridges between communities. One way is to be a strong group or party based upon Quranic guidance and then keep a look out for others who may be in need of help and go out and help them so that they could come out of their troubles. Not everybody trusts a new movement so it will take time to get the message through. Also those who stand to lose due to this message will not like it so they may show other kinds of resistance so that too will have to be dealt with appropriately. One way may be conspiracies and other open aggressions. So people who claim to follow the Quran need to be sensible enough to ensure they are capable of dealing with all such matters effectively. This is not possible unless people who claim to follow the Quran are a highly educated and highly motivated people. Merely saying I am a Muslim does not work in deen of Islam.

3] Any group of leading people that resists living by way of life advised by Allah does not enter in alliance for support or backing save a human population that also resists living by way of life advised by Allah or those who adopt a way of life invented by those other than Allah. Any human population that resists living by way of life advised by Allah does not enter in alliance for support or backing save a group of leading people that also resists living by way of life advised by Allah or those who adopt a way of life invented by those other than Allah. To enter in alliance with such people or to back them up is made unlawful for those who are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

Word YANKIH is from root NOON, KAAF and HAA. Concrete meaning of this root is agreement. Also a contract or pact between involved parties for some purpose, constitution is also a contract and an agreement between people who agree to abide by it, marriage is also a contract between people who wish to become a married couple, employment contract is also a contract, a contract can be between individuals as well as between groups or parties or communities, agreement, covenant, support, alliance, fish or something like a fish in some sense, something that makes something lasting for a period of time, something that helps smooth things or pave the way, something that helps ensure better future, palm of hand or something like a palm of a hand in some sense, soft, tender, something that lacks strength or roughness, something that is slack or loose, fence or something like a fence in some sense, restriction or limitation, shield or refuge, something that offers resistance or protection in some sense, something that provides a sense of security etc etc.


Here we are told that people who live by existing ways of life are happy to deal with each other but not with people who are proposing a different way of life. It means people who are proposing a different way of life really need to know their stuff properly so that they are able to explain it properly to those whose support they need which requires very hard work and since this is not the only thing people have to worry about so all this task needs to be divided into chunks and people need to be prepared for various aspects of task as it is not a one man job. This is why a prophet begins his mission by educating his own people or those who are closest to him who are willing to listen what he has to say and then gradually expands the mission as much as he can depending upon his support. To begin with a prophet may be on his own and then another person may join him and then they become two and those two could bring information to two more people and then they could become four and eight and so on and so forth. It is because most people have families, relatives and friends or neighbours etc they find easy to talk to. This is how the message could one day transform the world from a village to a city to a country and worldwide. All nations had divine messengers so talking about God and his program should not be that difficult but people having various concerns and even vested interests makes things difficult, mainly because all existing messages have been diverted from their goals and guidelines by people out of ignorance, arrogance or vested interests. These verses make it amply clear that deen of Islam is a mission for Muslims to spread far and wide in order to gain attention and support of human beings in the rest of the world so that kingdom of God could be established by mankind for their own blissful, dignified and secure existence. A very strong slap on face of stupid mullahs and their followers who think deen of Islam is merely a set of baseless dogmas and some useless rituals.

4] As for those who spread false propaganda against communities and administrations that work properly according to Our program, constitution and law to cause troubles among them yet cannot produce even a few reliable independent witnesses and corroboratory evidences to support their claims, separate them from their communities into small isolated groups and do not accept their baseless claims ever because they intend to split up people in order to break up the proper human community

Word YARMOON is from root RAA, MEEM and YAA. Concrete meaning of this root is . Also overthrow, overcome, throw out, throw away, throw off, to cast or cast out, to cast away, to lay down, to drop, to put aside, to slander, to spread false propaganda, to accuse falsely, to spread rumours about, share, usury, aim, stoning, projectiles, target, to shoot or shoot at, to accuse or accuse falsely or without evidence, to defame, to come in succession, to hunt, to target, to shoot arrows or throw stones, to aim at, to hurl, to pelt, to inflict damage upon one’s reputation, to accuse someone for adultery, head or something like a head in some sense, management, ruling elite, top part or section of something, command and control centre, chief, administration, water or something like water in some sense, something that spreads quietly without being noticed, something life giving, energy or strength, something that motivates or inspires or drives something into being something or into doing something, hand or something like a hand in some sense, authority, power, grip, control, reach, jurisdiction etc etc.

Word ARBAAH is from root RAA, BAA and AIN. Concrete meaning of this root is lushness. Also plentiful, in abundance, prosperity, growth, four, fourth or one quarter of something, forty, foursome, square, something that happens every fourth day or frequently, development, progress, something that stays in its place, something uplifting, living quarters, a spring, a well built medium height person, spring rains, neighbourhood, to become fertile, spring season, to be in one’s prime, extravagant, luxurious, something strong and reliable, ornamentation, extremely pleasing, highly pleasant, voluptuous, sensual, something that occurs in sets of fours, poetry based on four verses, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, management, control centre, house or something like a house in some sense, shelter, sanctuary, security, family, following, supporters, allies, eye or something like an eye in some sense, water well, to keep an eye on something in some way, to aid or support, to be tearful due to happiness, to observe etc etc.

Word SAMAANEEN is from root SAA, MEEM and NOON. It means eight, eighth, eighty, price, value, equivalent, gain, something of little or no value, petty, negligible, worthless, knot, double overhand loop knot or something that resembles it in some way, something that interlinks things in some way, something of common interest that binds or sticks things to each other in a very strong way, to deal with someone strongly and decisively as well as consistently, womb or something like a womb in some sense, basket or container, cover or shelter, water or something like water in some sense, energy, strength, something that motivates or inspires or drives something into being something or into doing something, something that flows or moves smoothly, fish or something like a fish in some sense, something slippery, something fast moving, something that changes frequently in some way for some reason, instability, confusion, chaos, something deceptive etc etc.

Word FAASIQOON is from root FAA, SEEN and QAAF. Concrete meaning of this root is to split. Also to break up something in some sense, to cut something open or break something into pieces, to inflict damage, to cause harm or destruction, to emerge through protective sheath or cover by splitting it open, to get out of something by force, to make something come out of something by inflicting damage upon it, a membrane or covering in which something is safe and receives its nourishment but it splits its open and comes out of it, people who rebel against deen of Islam, people who break the law, lawless people, aggression, people who cause troubles in society, anti social elements in a community, people who cause divisions among people, conspirators or plotters against society, people who cause splits among relatives or friends, the fresh ripe and soft date that emerges out of its skin, something that comes out of another in a bad or corrupt way, disobedience, breaking away from social norms, to disown or desert one’s community or society or organisation, to reject message of God, to deviate from message of God, to act in an abominable manner, to act corruptly, to cause corruption, to act outside the law of God, to break the rules, to commit crime, atheist, nonbeliever, Godless, infidel, apostate, renegade, rebellious, troublemaker, unreliable or untrustable, not worthy of trust, heretic, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, distance, potential between two points or people, consumer, waster, user and abuser, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, tradition, custom, rule of law, foundation, monkey or something like a monkey in some sense, deceptive, mischievous, agile, fast moving, to pull a fast one, to make fool of, clever etc etc.

When a movement is started it takes time to expand and the more it expands the more room becomes available for those who are unhappy with this spread to cause more and more troubles through their mischiefs by way of false propagandas and conspiracies in order to try their best to derail the movement in order to stop it in its tracks. When a great majority of a human population changes its way of life to another way of life for whatever reasons people who have vested interests try to resist till the last minute but finally they too are forced to accept the change because otherwise they are left on their own. Since these people change unwillingly and disdainfully to a new way of life they keep looking for opportunities to get things back to what they used to be because things worked better for them. In other words they hold grudges in their minds against the new way of life and its supporters and keep looking for opportunities to inflict damage on the movement that takes away their power of using and abusing others at will for their personal gains at their expense. Such people not only cause problems within the community but try to get other communities involved in there so that if possible they could undo the damage they suffered. So it is not a smooth ride for the movement therefore it has to remain alert both against internal and external threats and dangers. One can only convince a person or a population if it is an educated and a thinking person or population but for people who are not interested in learning and doing things properly the only way for handling such people in society is to keep an eye on them so that they do not succeed in inflicting some fatal damage on people or movement that stands for ensuring well being of mankind. The main tool used against deen of Islam by its opponents is false propaganda and the people used for this purpose are those who are labelled MUNAAFIQEEN ie people who declare their commitment to deen of Islam but in actual fact work against it. At present these people are rulers, money lenders and mullahs who use their touts and supporters to further their common agenda. Mullahs tell people Islam is just another dogmatic creed and some useless rituals so deen of Islam has nothing to do with community life or bring about a kingdom in the name of God and running it according to deen of Islam as explained already in detail. The main propaganda is that God of deen of Islam is a sadistic God who loves putting people through painful suffering by putting people through a set test and those who fail will be put in hell forever. The main question they raise is, why God is putting animals through painful suffering if he is not a sadistic God? In this work it has been explained that purpose of life has nothing to do with God testing mankind and rewarding or punishing them accordingly. God has created the universe for the purpose already explained in detail in this work ie God expressed himself through his power of creation and through revealing his revelation for mankind. Nothing at all to do with God testing people. However it is up to people to test themselves as to how well they are doing along the way as they grow in learning and doing things. That is because Allah has created mankind to grow and expand their influence in the universe and that way appreciate the creative power of God. Of course pain and suffering is involved in this process for a time till people grow up enough that they can bring things up to a standard explained by God. For example, as already explained Allah has created people as babies to grow up and babies have to go through steps necessary for growing up. They must fall many times before they learn to stand up and walk properly. This is not deliberate punishment set upon people by God but part of a process for the stated purpose of God for which he has given people freedom of choice to learn and act and suffer the consequences till people become a learned human community. This period of learning and doing things could be cut short by people many folds if they did things the way they are advised by God but since they do things as they choose it is not right for people to blame God for their own choices. As for painful suffering of lesser animals, we humans cannot be sure about their painful suffering because we can see that painful suffering is only for things that can think deeper and wider but animals are not capable of such level of thinking.

If they were they will have reached moon long before human beings because people only arrived at the scene much later as a species. Since civilization is led by mankind not other animals therefore animals cannot be credited with thinking. Their behaviour at most is merely reflexive response to their environment and their interaction within it. To put it simply it seems animals are like robotics that they have sensors and programmed responses therefore their behaviours are not based upon a thoughtful process like human beings. If a robotic arm is programmed in such a way that if one hits it then it hits back then that is what it will do always and it will not involve deeper thinking and then responding after choosing the response carefully. This is why human beings can learn things they sense by thinking process and then after processing information they can respond appropriately to any situation they come across. However this only happens when people have become learned to a higher level otherwise human response is as poor as that of animals or worse. The main thing to realise is that animals have very limited capabilities as compared to human beings. For example, animals bodies have limits and so do animal brains in comparison to human beings. A cow could not work like human beings because it does not have the body needed for that kind of work. It does not have hands, fingers or arms nor can stand up right like people. Likewise it has very limited brain capacity beyond which it cannot go no matter what. This is why animals can never do things that human beings can when it comes to learning and doing things and that what made people reach stars but not other animals. As for animals suffering pain, this is what we assume due to our own thinking capability but it is possible that in actual fact animals do not feel pain. If an animal is jabbed with a knife, we hear it makes a noise that we take as a sign for pain but is it really the case or is it just our assumption because we suffer pain if such things were done to us so we assume that animals are also suffering like us. We see animals tearing each other apart while still alive so it seem God has put animals through such painful suffering for no reason at all. Our food chain is full of animals killing each other for living. All this seems to us very cruel thing for God to do but is it really the case? Let us suppose we have created a robotic sheep and put it through similar process, will that robotic sheep be actually going through painful suffering or it will simply be responding to sensory inputs? This is something we need to concentrate upon before giving God all sorts of names due to our ignorance about things. Till we have some way of proving concretely animals truly suffer pain, we cannot accuse God for being sadistic. As for people their painful suffering is real because we are human beings ourselves and we know things about ourselves as human beings but then some of that painful suffering is part of our growing up process and not punishment of God. As for people making life of each other hell, the revelation of God is stopping us from doing that repeatedly so how can we human beings be right in blaming God for our own stupidities? God has explained for us in detail how his set up world works so if we do not bother to learn and suffer due to natural disasters then again, are we really right in blaming God for staying ignorant about things and ending up in painful suffering for doing so? Scientist are trying to prove what they cannot and on that basis are trying to stop people from killing animals for eating meat. However there is problem with vegetation as well in that case because not only animals but plants are also living things and they too show signs which we could take for painful suffering when damage is inflicted upon them in some way. Are animals and people going to stay hungry because they have nothing left to eat because according to scientists all living things suffer pain when any damage is inflicted upon them? According to the Quran non-living things and living things are created by God only for facilitating humanity in every way to help it survive and learn as well as do things. In other words things in the universe are like play things for humanity just as toys are for human children to experiment with and thereby learn and do things and that way grow up enough to see the power of God and that way appreciate God as to how grand creative and wise being he is. So people instead of creating rumours and spreading baseless assertions should try and learn what the truth may be about things and then discuss it in detail to see how far they may be right or wrong about things. The situation of living and nonliving things with people is like that of toys we get for our children to play with and learn and grow up. Children do all sorts of things to those toys and even break them yet at the same time by doing so they still learn how to do or not to do things because then it brings them the pleasure or pain. When a child breaks his toy it is not the toy that feels pain rather he has nothing to play with so one feels hurt oneself. This is why the child does not break the next toy because he becomes aware he will not have anything to play with. Not only that he starts taking care of it better and better because he finds it useful. Here one may ask a question, why did God create living things instead of nonliving things for people to live on? If we look at the universe, it is always active in its own ways which is sign of some sort of life so things keep changing even those we assume nonliving or dead and recycling goes on all the time. It depends on how we define life in each individual case. A radio or television set is considered living while it is working but once something goes wrong and it stops working we say it is dead so life and death in case of a tv set is defined in a very different way than it is for people. This shows absolute definition of things is very difficult indeed even if not impossible. This is why the while we human beings remain confused about things it is better that we do not make absolute statement about things otherwise confusion is bound to result. So God giving people things to play with is a way of giving people opportunity to train and prepare themselves for living in this world in a better way. It is because people do not give the needed importance to learning and doing things as much as they should that humanity still remains divided into numberless groups and parties that are busy with trying to dominate each other by undermining each other. Despite all this carry on those who have the knowledge must carry on their mission regardless of all sorts of oppositions.

5] save those who admit their wrong doings and stop from such thoughts and actions in future as well as retrace their steps and mend their ways thereafter and start working for removing fractures among human populations and help development and growth of proper human community, in that case Allah will secure them through His program for blissful, dignified and secure existence.

Word TAABOO has been explained under its roots already it means to accept one’s mistake and not to repeat it and to repair any repairable damage caused by that mistake.

In these verses Allah is telling followers of his guidance to remain alert about what is going on all around at all times because some people make it their business to work against deen of Islam and those who try to follow it faithfully. It also explains how to deal with those are catch at it from outside or from within the proper human community. The Quran fully explains who are the people who work against the way of life advised by Allah. They are those whose vested interests it undermines ie those who have desire to dominate others by undermining them in order to use and abuse them for their personal gains at their expense. This is the reason these people invent such ways of life as give them dominance over others and they try to force others to live by their set out rules and regulations. These people are primarily rulers, money lenders and mullahs but secondarily their touts and supporters as well. As explained already top people in a human population never change till almost all their following has left them and then they too are forced to follow them. This is why even after accepting change they still keep looking for ways to turn the clock back to return to bad old days which benefitted them at the expense of all the rest of human population under their sway. This is why they never stop their mischiefs and conspiracies and that is why ummah is told to remain on its guard not just from outside threats but also from threats within. Such people try their best to spread false propaganda or rumours to begin with and if they are not challenged then their activities can keep on increasing till proper human community becomes undermined and disintegrates. This is how serious this matter is so it cannot be ignored or neglected. Another very important point to note is that if the proper human community fails to function as the Quran demands then it is very easy for its opponents to undermine it. After all one has to think why the opponents of proper way life fail? It is only because they fail to deliver and people become fed up with them and if the very same thing was allowed to happened in the proper human community then the result will also be the very same ie disintegration of proper human community or ummah. This is why people who claim to be followers of way of life advised by Allah need to be on high alert at all times so that they do not face the same fate as their opponents. However ummah did become slack and lazy and crazy and the result is there is no Muslim ummah any more. This means people who claim to be Muslims need to recreate that ummah again so that they could bring about the kingdom based upon guidance of Allah fopr ensuring the well being of mankind. However the task is now much more difficult because it requires a new start beginning with proper understanding of the message of the Quran and then spreading that proper message of the Quran far and wide and then wait till enough people have accepted it whole heartedly so that they come together and organise and regulate themselves as a proper human community or ummah. This is a highly demanding task and very, very difficult to carry out. Not only that but there is also so much more opposition to it than ever before by people who benefit from current situation as well as because people will not be able to give up their existing way of life due to not having enough time on their hands to study the message of the Quran properly being fully involved in worrying about their livelihood. Any time they have to themselves they spend it on useless things and call it entertainment. So by the look of things, change the Quran requires of humanity does not look coming any time soon. The first main problem is that those who claim to be Muslims are mostly ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained, unskilled and unthinking people who have no idea what the actual message of the Quran is. The second main problem is that those who have nothing to do with deen of Islam are spreading falsehood about deen of Islam and that falsehood originates from books written by ignorant and foolish mullahs so opposing people say that if this is what deen of Islam is then we are better without it. To break this false barrier created by mullahs and philosophers as well as scientists is very, very hard till some Muslim is born in some household who is highly educated and highly thinking person who knows the actual message of the Quran properly and has the backing of majority of Muslims and therefore is able to challenge each and every opponent of deen of Islam at his own ground and defeats him completely. This work on the Quran will provide such a person with a solid rational foundation to stand upon and fight this battle for hearts and minds of mankind. When Muslim ummah will be able to produce such a person only God knows. It is high time ummah built a lot of proper educational institutions because there is no other way to know the creation of God therefore his revelation. Ummah must prepare itself for exploration of the universe and the revelation of God because that is the only way to discover the whole truth about deen of Islam. Miracles did not happen before and they are not going to happen now and it is waste of time for people to wait for such things to happen which do not happen in actual reality. The less rational and scientific Muslim ummah is the more stupid it is and stupid people are not better than donkeys carrying books as the Quran itself puts it.

6] As for individuals who accuse members of their own communities or administrations for not working according to program, constitution and law of Allah yet have no independent reliable witness or evidence but only assertions of people like themselves, statement of each of them should be properly examined according to guidance of Allah to determine if each of them is of those who speak the truth,

7] However the united declared position of proper human community about such cases or matters should be that such members of communities or administrations should be kept away from the community based upon program, constitution and law of Allah if any of them are caught lying against any of their fellow members of communities or administrations for conspiring against the proper human community.

Word KHAAMISAH is from root KHAA, MEEM and SEEN. Already explained but it also means to agree on something for some reason, as a group to be in agreement with or about, be consistent or in step with something, to go along with as a group, to be united about something in some way, to make a united or an agreed upon declaration, to declare something with one voice, to say something as a one united people about something, to take a united stand or action against something, to pay a fifth of something to someone, to take fifth of something from someone, to bind someone to something as a group or party, to stand upon something together, to hold onto some custom or tradition together, to declare allegiance to a rule of law altogether as a people, to make a false declaration, to lie or hold back the truth, to cover up the truth with lies, to be inspired or motivated by a right or a wrong idea or thought, revelation of God, army, troops, military, armed force, a group or party, a set of five things, to make false claim, to make a false pretense, false pretext, false appearance, something imagined or pretended, a false appearance or action intended to deceive, to pretend what one is not, the quality or state of being pretentious, make belief, semblance, to make a false allegation, an unwarranted or false claim etc etc.

8] Moreover if any statement of accusation of an accuser is backed by evidence then the accused member of community or administration can only avert the conviction and due punishment for the crime he is accused of committing if the proper human community can prove the accuser is of those who lie to try to deny disadvantaged people in the proper human community opportunity of good life.

9] There should also be a united declaration by the proper human community that if the accusation of the accuser proves true against any member of community or administration then the accused should be convict and punished according to law of Allah.

In these verses, the Quran is explaining the position the proper human community should take and the procedure it should adopt when individuals in the community accuse other individuals about something. The main point made is that always keep in mind that some people may raise false accusations against each other for personal reasons in order to try and destroy thereby proper human community so that then life goes back to what it was for them before coming about of proper human community and its bringing about of kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. However just because there is very strong possibility of such things happening it should not be the reason that all accusations and accusers are treated under such suspicion. This is why in case of a few separate complaints against members of administrations or communities, there should be proper investigation of the matter because isolated accusations could become credible evidences that something is really wrong in the administration or community, as in Surah 65 al Tallaaq. Just because there exist external and internal threats to a community it does not mean that people do not have genuine concerns about the way they are dealt with by the community or its administrations. If there arise complains by independent entities against members of administrations or communities then investigation is a must or things could get out of hands if not taken care of on time. There is a saying that justice delayed is justice denied. These verses tell ummah to be alter at all times through monitoring, feedbacks and probing so that things do not go wrong in the first place and even if they do they are put right without delay or wasting any time. All this is necessary for bringing about and maintaining a proper humanity community or a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah otherwise things are bound to end up in disaster for the proper human community as well as wider humanity.

10] If it were not for way of life advised for you the mankind by Allah for a blissful, dignified and secure existence as a proper human community, you could not have had any proper foundation for handling all kinds of problematic situations. Allah surely turns to mankind through His guidance which is full of wisdom for running a kingdom properly.

The Quran here clearly teaches mankind how to run the kingdom of the universe for ensuring well being of mankind. This is the main reason why Allah has sent his message for humanity to learn and do as explained already in detail.

11] Those who invent and spread false propaganda against the proper human community based upon Our guidance are influential people among you. Do not let their such activities become problematic obstacles for you instead turn them to your advantage to ensure well being of your proper human community. Any people who take any part in such exercises earn their share of terrible consequences accordingly but the one who takes upon oneself the leading role faces the gravest painful consequences in due course.

Word IFK is from root ALIF, FAA and KAAF. Concrete meaning of this root is to make something appear what it is not. Also to twist things, to make up things, to invent lies, to forge falsehood, to go the wrong way, to come off rails, to remain away from right path, to distance oneself from the truth, the year of famine, to turn things upside down or wrong way round, to turn something away from its proper direction or purpose, to misuse or misdirect something, to deceive, to beguile, to change the manner of things, to dissuade, to fabricate, to fake, to feign, to slander, an incorrigible liar, to overthrow, to subvert, to destroy, to ruin, bull or something like a bull in some sense, stick, God, power or authority or strength, foundation, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, potential, to consume or devour, palm of hand or something like a palm of a hand, soft, tender, kind hearted, cushion, shock absorber etc etc.

Word USBAH is from root AIN, BAA and SWAAD. Concrete meaning of this root is something like a rope that hold things together strongly in their places or positions for some purpose. Also tendons, bands, to wrap up, to stick to, to tie things together, gang or party, prejudice, to be a fanatic, to be mad about something, to gang up, creeper, partnership, company, companions, muscles, strings, strength, the state of togetherness or unity, united, be one, difficult, trying, grim, critical, to have control over, to take over something by force, anxiety, powerful or strong or influential people in a society, to bend, to wrap round, to shake branches of a tree to cause its leaves to fall, dressing over a wound, to defend oneself or one’s party, a people who are united on basis of an ideology, eye or something like an eye in some sense, spring season, water spring or fountain of knowledge, help or support, to keep an eye over something, house or something like house in some sense, shelter, refuge, family, community, rule of law, constitution, plant or something like a plant in some sense, something that is fixed in a place and grows or spreads etc etc.

Word ISM is from root ALIF, SAA and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is to walk very, very slowly due to being very, very tired. Also to do things with laziness, to do things in a depressing manner, to do things in a hopeless way, to show lack of energy when doing something, to show lack of interest or motivation in doing something, to slow down very much in doing something, to become fed up with doing what is supposed to be done, to show signs of anxiety when doing things, not be happy with doing something, to do something with heavy heart, to lag behind, to become confused, not be able to cope with things, to become slack in doing things, to stop using one’s abilities effectively and gradually become disabled, to stop exercising mentally or physically and becoming useless or unproductive, to live on others, stick or something like a stick in some sense, God, authority, power, strength, womb or something like a womb in some sense, container or basket, coffin, chest, water or something like water in some sense, energy, motivation, force, revelation etc etc.

12] Why is it that those administrators or individuals and the administrations or the communities that are committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind when they come across any such propaganda against each other do not think better for each other and respond to it saying, such allegations are clearly a false thing without any provable evidence?

13] Why the accusers did not produced even a few independent witnesses and corroboratory evidences to support their claims to prove their allegations? If they cannot produce the required reliable evidences then they are liars in the light of guidance of Allah.

14] Were it not for the program of Allah that offers blissful, dignifying and securing existence for you by guiding you here and now and will continue guiding you in the future as well, you could have suffered severely the painful suffering due to your involvement in such kind of thoughts and activities about each other

15] whereby you pass on with your tongues and utter with your mouths accusations against each other about which you have no proofs. You take such a serious thing so lightly while it is a very dangerous thing to do in the light of guidance of Allah.

For any two people or a family or relatives or a community it is of vital importance that they do not talk against each other in such a way that they end up damaging the relationship between themselves. If people will take such matters lightly then relationships will soon come to an end. The Quran repeatedly teaches people how to build relationships between themselves and even if they are or become fractured how to mend them. It repeatedly stops people from breaking up with each other and warns about serious consequences. The very idea of bringing about a proper human community and a kingdom for ensuring blissful, dignified and secure existence of humanity tells us clearly what the Quran is all about. It is not possible at all to bring about or maintain a proper human community by being nasty to each other instead of being helpful and supportive. In fact this is the very reason the Quran condemns its opposition and puts the people involved in similar thoughts and actions against each other in the same category. Rulers, money lender, mullahs, their touts and supporters belong to this category due to ideologies and activities they promote among mankind that prove to be very damaging and destructive for humanity. Not only two people become enemies of each other by holding harmful and destructive thoughts about each other but such things can utterly ruin any human society or organisation at a wider scale. This is why the Quran takes this matter so seriously. So if Muslims want to be such an ummah in reality that matters then they better get themselves rid of rulers, money lenders and mullahs. There is no other way to getting back to proper deen of Islam. Once Muslims understand deen of Islam properly then nonMuslims will also become convinced soon after when Muslims propagate the proper deen of Islam properly.

16] So when you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind hear such false accusations against each other why do you not say to spreaders of falsehood, it is not fitting for us as workers for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind that we should take part in such activities, the program of Allah forbids us for our protection from doing such things, it is such a terribly destructive activity against our proper human community to get ourselves involved in it?

Inventing falsehood and then spreading it in the community is a very serious matter because if people took it as truth then they could turn against each other so the idea of bringing about a proper human community could come to an end. This is why unless something is true people must not spread it in the community as true and even if something is true they must think it through whether to tell about it to people at large or the people responsible for sorting out things in the community. Even the true information could prove very dangerous at times if delivered to wrong people who do not know what to do with it.

17] Allah advises you never to turn to doing such like things if you are really committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

18] Allah makes His goals and guidelines clearly distinct for you because Allah wants you to become a properly informed and a wise people to be able to run the kingdom of the universe properly.

19] Those who love to spread false propaganda thereby corruption and divisions among those who are committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind are bound to suffer agony here and now as well as in the future because Allah exposes their motives through their own such activities about which you the people committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind are not aware.

20] Were it not for the program of Allah that offered blissful, dignified and secure existence for you its proper followers, you people also could have destroyed yourselves through thinking and doing such like things to each other among yourselves so guidance of Allah and your thoughts and actions according to it about each other surely kept such things out of your proper human community due to His program that offered blissful, dignified and securing existence for you by your acting upon it.

21] So O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind you should never follow the goals and the guidelines put forth by harmful and destructive leadership because any people who will follow goals and guidelines put forth by harmful and destructive leadership are hereby warned and therefore they should become alert that such a leadership will only influence them towards harmful and destructive thoughts and acts against each other that will bring harms and destructions upon them and rest of humanity from which Allah stops you the mankind. Had there not been any guidance from Allah as His blessing for you the mankind then none of you could ever become free from inflicting harms and destructions upon each other but guidance of Allah frees from inflicting harms and destructions upon each other only those who truly desire to become free of such thoughts and actions against each other amongst themselves as a proper human community by understanding it properly and following it faithfully, and that is how Allah makes mankind aware that He is a comprehensive observer of all things therefore His guidance deserves pondering over and acting upon.

Word KHUTUWAAT is from root KHAA, TWAA and WOW. Concrete meaning of this root is a straight line between two points. Also a trace or cut between two points, distance between two feet, a path between two points, a road or way, a cut, steps, the way of doing things by rebellious or lawless people, people who think themselves above the law, transgressors, to go beyond legal limits, to go beyond a set point in some sense, to take a step, to overtake, to avoid something in some sense, to bypass the proper way, tracks, footsteps, to trace, to follow a path already laid down, fence or something like a fence in some sense, limit, restriction, protection, shelter, cover, landmark or something like a landmark in some sense, guide, something that is clearly visible from a distance, something high and visible, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something twisted or dent, something reliable, something that can handle responsibility, something deceptive etc etc.

The Quran is foundation for human brotherhood therefore it urges people to live for each other rather than for petty personal gains at the expense of each other. So people who accept such a way of life no longer fight with each other over who gets what. They are more into ensuring that everyone gets what they need as much as the community can offer through fully committed help and support of each other. This is why in an Islamic state people have no reason to go hungry or to be idle and lazy or crazy. If people and resources are managed properly then there is no reason for people to worry about anything at all. In an Islamic state leadership is not about using and abusing people for personal gains at the expense of each other but about organising and regulating people as a proper human community to ensure well being of whole of community because community is made of individuals so all end up gaining and because there is no pressure from people on each other as rivals it saves a lot of energy from going to waste which can be used to better things for the community. Negative divisions among people simply put can only and only consume energy of people so this waist can be eliminated through unity of people on basis of some solid foundation and that is what the guidance from Allah provides humanity with. The harmful and destructive leadership takes various forms eg ruling elite, money lenders, priesthood or mullahs etc etc. These people, their institutions and their ideologies or set-ups are all for their goals according to their guidelines so that they could get what they desire by using and abusing others at will. The Quran repeatedly warns people against such elements among human populations. Not only that but the Quran in this very verse also tells people that Allah only shows the proper way of life to those who study his guidance properly to make proper sense of it in light of their own life experiences and he ensures their well being only if they act upon his guidance faithfully. So people who think it is up to Allah to guide or misguide them should try and learn proper sense and not put the blame on God for their own stupidity. Allah only provides things necessary for people to fulfil his purpose and plan and the rest is up to people themselves as already explained in detail.

22] So let not people among you who are vastly advantaged and selected for community management by proper human community ever withhold using what is given under their administration for ensuring well being of their managed community that is directly linked with them or is within their jurisdiction, be they locally settled people or migrants who join them for establishing the way of life advised by Allah. They should help them fully to remove their problems or hardships as well as help them establish themselves for bringing about a proper human community or to maintain it. Do you not wish that Allah provides you with blissful, dignified and secure existence through mutual cooperation or help and support of each other? That is how Allah brings about security and protection for mankind through His program for blissful, dignified and secure existence.

The Quran advises humanity to understand the fact that Allah has created people with advantages and disadvantages but they are not supposed to take undue advantages of each other or things will not work out for humanity. Therefore instead of taking undue advantages of each other people should give each other due respect in the name of their creator according to his advised way of life. So long as people will do that life will only become better and better for humanity as a whole. It is because mutual help and support can work wonders for each and every person in the world. That is because all burdens are shared so none is under undue pressure ending up in depression and suffering from anxiety. This is how Allah brings humanity relief from all kinds of problems that face it. Stupidity of mullahs who talk about shirk is made obvious in verses like this wherein Allah advises people to help each other according to his guidance. So shirk does not mean people helping each other according to guidance of Allah but going against the guidance of Allah. After all Allah and people who support his way of life are a party which means they are partners in objectivity because they share the same objective. To go for any other goal along this goal is taken as shirk by the Quran ie mixing up some teachings from God with some invented teachings of people that in fact go against teachings of God ie adulteration of two separate things. That is taking some bits from the way of life advised by Allah and some bits from the way of life invented by people ie religious dogmas and rituals or some laws of God and others of people who try to rule mankind as rulers. This is what secularism and mullaism is all about. A clear proof that in deen of Islam there is no room for rulers, money lenders and mullahs etc. So people who give undue respect to rulers, money lenders and mullahs are at war with Allah and his messengers. This also explains what is meant by word RIBAA. It does not only mean getting usury on lent money or paying interest on borrowed money but profiteering through business by way of use of money or any other trick or mechanism in order to take undue advantage of each other. In deen of Islam there is no room for people for buying and selling things to each other because it is a free economic system as already explained in detail. Money mechanism is invented and used by those whom it gives undue advantage over others who divide people into rich and poor groups and that is how they set them up against each other and thereby exploit humanity unduly. This is why money lenders are trying very hard to get rid of deen of Islam by spreading false propaganda against it because it does not let them divide humanity for their use and abuse through money mechanism or any other similar trick or mechanism. Mullahs are the reason that actual deen of Islam has not yet taken roots in the world. Masses are ignorant so they assume mullahs are protectors of deen of Islam but in fact they are the one’s who are standing in its way as an obstacle who are actually stopping people from properly understanding deen of Islam. However, as education becomes widely available more and more people are going to become aware about the game the mullahs are playing with humanity along with or on behalf of rulers and money lenders.

23] The highly advantaged individuals who try to take undue advantages of properly functioning administrations through their blind-spots and loopholes, in reality distance themselves from guidance of Allah therefore they distance themselves from unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind in this life as well as in the life to come, so they are bound to end up in hell of their own making unless they repent and reform.

The whole purpose of Quranic program is human progress and prosperity through all sorts of explorations and discoveries and inventions etc, so any people who work against that have nothing to do with deen of Islam based on the Quran. Such people will never be able to live in peace because of what is going on in their minds therefore it shows up in their attitudes and behaviours towards others through causing divisions among people thereby hatred and wars. Deen of Islam basically tells people to put their trust in each other and then tells them to honour that trust and so long as people do that nothing can harm or destroy them but as soon as some will show their cleverness by trying to take undue advantages of each other things will turn sour and corrosion will destroy them as a society or community. There is no crime greater than causing disunity among mankind in the sight of Allah and that is why shirk is an unforgiveable crime against God and humanity. It is because nothing can prove as harmful and destructive for mankind than disunity or disharmony or division. The point made in this verse is of vital importance in the sense that people can never stop each other from taking advantages of each other unless they truly understand the message of their creator and then actually accept it whole heartedly and then act upon it as they should ie properly and faithfully. Once people accept something whole heartedly and act upon it faithfully then they become fully trustable because those who know them know what they can and cannot do due to their mindsets, attitudes and behaviours. So people who truly understand and act faithfully upon guidance of Allah can never be expected to go against it deliberately. There is therefore no need for any standing guards over such people day and night because they do all they do for the fulfilment of purpose of their creator and each other. However those who do whatever they do for themselves on basis of personal gains at the expense of each other they do anything they like and even if there are standing guards over them yet they can find opportunities to do what they wish to do, so criminals in sight of God cannot be stopped by putting guards over them because even the guards can be corrupted and bribed by such and that is why world is full of corrupt people but they do not even realise it otherwise if people were truly aware of what is right and what is wrong then they will have tried to avoid all wrongs at any cost. It is because people are not sure what is actually right and what is actually wrong and why that they continue doing wrong things to each other because they think everyone is doing it so what they are doing must be right. This is why people who are made to behave in a certain way by mullahs they do so because they think they are doing so for God sake and likewise those who do things on basis of secularism do so because they are made to think that is the civilised thing to do. This shows that people will do anything to be on the side of God or society at large than be on the side of the devil. It is unfortunate that mullahs most of the time mostly mislead most of the people just like rulers and money lenders. If they tried to lead people alright, things could be great for humanity.

24] There comes a period of time in lives of human populations when results of such people’s thoughts they think and actions they take in forms of false accusations and misuse of their capabilities against others under their control are made obvious for them by the very people they disgrace and disdain.

When people do not learn sense voluntarily then one after the other things happen between people leading them to full exposure before each other. If people still fail to stop and mend their ways then their end becomes sealed ie their own thoughts and actions lead them to their mutual destruction by hands of each other as explained by the Quran throughout.

25] That is the period of time when set-up systems and laws of Allah make such people face the full consequences of their own thoughts and actions against each other due to the way they live their lives as human populations, only then some people come to realise that the way of life advised by Allah for mankind is truly proper way to live.

Allah uses various ways and mechanisms to educate people out of their ignorance and arrogance to persuade them to live their lives as explained by him in his messages so total destruction of human populations does not come about till there is some hope because in that case people do rise among human populations to educate and warn them but when such people are eliminated then there do not arise any more such people among populations so they perish in their contumacy.

26] Be aware! Harmful and destructive or corrupt human populations put in place harmful and destructive or corrupt administrators and harmful and destructive or corrupt administrators bring about harmful and destructive or corrupt human populations. On the other hand proper or corruption free human communities put in place proper or corruption free administrators and likewise proper or corruption free administrators bring about proper or corruption free human communities. So it is clear that those who are free from intentions and motivations for harming and destroying each other any allegations of corruption against them cannot prove true because their character and conduct is obvious to the community whether they benefitted each other or harmed each other as a proper human community. It is such like people who succeed in securing blissful, dignified and secure provisions for themselves according to program, constitution and law of Allah.

It is made clear here that unless both leadership and following is united in goals and guidelines, there are always going to be troubles ahead. This is why the Quran is an educational program for mankind that needs to be spread widely and implemented at a massive scale if it is going to be made effective as it ought to be. There is no chance of Islam ever becoming a way of life for mankind unless people are educated about it properly. The main point for people to realise is that only such a human community can be most successful which is properly based upon the Quranic program for its stated goals according to its provided guidelines. Failing that law of jungle is the best way to survive because that is the way natural world is set-up to work ie survival of the fittest so if you do not have what it takes to survive then you do not survive. Those who survive they can only survive as dominant people and as subservient people. This is why secularists are dominant and religious are living as their slaves. Religious people have no minds to think for themselves so they become dependent upon secularists to use and abuse them at will to keep them alive as their donkeys or work horses. This is how both secularists and religious prove they are very limited in their mindsets, attitudes and behaviours. The Quran wants to raise mankind to higher level of thinking and inspires them to act in a way that is fitting for their brain size and senses or the potential placed in them for growth and prosperity. So lesser information and lesser understanding of that information people have more likely they are going to be at the losing end and more information and more understanding of that information they have the more successful end of the scale they are likely to reach. It is because people with better quality of information and its understanding are less likely to be confused and emotional. In other words knowledge is power and the more you have it the more powerful you are because you not only know what is right and wrong but also what you need to do and how to do it and you go ahead and do it. This is why the Quran does not want empty declarations of commitments to its program by people but that their commitments must be backed up by their deeds otherwise they are declared MUNAAFIQEEN or hypocrites who say one thing but do another for deceiving each other.

27] O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind, do not enter jurisdictions other than your own unless you have placed an appropriate request with the appropriate authorities for entry and your request is granted by the people in-charge in that jurisdiction. This procedure is chosen for you so that you could rise to utmost level of dignity.

Word TASTANISOO has a few different roots as already explained eg ALIF, NOON and SEEN or see Surah ANNISAA. It means human being, to seek something gently or long for company of something, to seek or request permission etc etc.

In verses like these the Quran is telling people not to step on each other’s toes, causing unnecessary troubles for each other by way of chaos and confusion. It advises people to organise and regulate themselves properly so that people could rise to level of honour and power expected of humanity for which Allah has created mankind. Human beings are not like other animals so they should not try to copy their behaviour or be worse than animals. It is because other living things including animals are very much limited by their brains, senses and bodies whereas human beings are far superior kind of beings which is very much obvious from their brains, senses and bodies. This is why despite other living things being billions of years older than human beings lag behind humanity in case of observation, exploration, discoveries and inventions. All this cannot be said about other living things. It is stupidity of scientists and philosopher to think other living things are just like people. They are not. This is why Allah set-up a food chain for things to live on each other and to learn from each other through observations, explorations, discoveries and inventions and moving on and on. Human beings are created for fulfilling plan and purpose of Allah as already explained in detail. This is why their organisation and regulation according to guidance of Allah is absolutely necessary. This how the Quran proves itself a unique book of its kind.

28] So if you have not placed any request for entry with any of them then do not enter any until you put a request and that you are granted your request. Also if you are refused entry and are asked to put another request later then accept the refusal and put another request later but that is up to yourselves. That is how Allah makes obvious for you as to how you ought to be doing thing.

The idea of getting permission to enter something in some sense is not bound to any particular matter rather it applies in all cases where such a procedure is necessary. It is not right for unauthorised people to interfere in institutions or places or situations where they do not belong because this way work of administrations or communities could become disrupted and that could lead to problems in running community affairs properly. This ummah is so full of stupid people that have no sense what is meant by organisation and regulation. People hardly stand in queues in Muslim countries even for getting on buses and there is hardly any law for rulers, mullahs and money lenders in Muslim countries. Even if any such law is there, it is only for show because it is not implemented against the powerful and the rich. Mullahs have much more power over masses due to their ignorance that they at times control rulers. However world is still moving towards better and better organisation and regulation but very, very slowly. It needs speeding up so that painful suffering among mankind could be reduced to a minimum if it cannot be eliminated altogether.

29] There is no restriction upon you on taking over places or situations or things that are not already under your jurisdiction in order to organise and regulate them properly for ensuring your well being as a proper human community because that is how Allah makes obvious to you the mankind your granted potentialities which you have already actualised and which you have not yet managed to realise.

Word TUBDOON is from root BAA, DAAL and WOW. Concrete meaning of this root is a part of something that becomes visible before rest of the thing. Also top of something or front of something, something high or at forefront, something protruding upwards or forward, breasts of a woman, head of a person, the leadership of a people, the leading person who is leading the march of a people or a movement, nomadic life style, nomad, villager, foreigner, stranger, outwardly appearance of something, a general state or condition or outlook of a people, to accept something without any proper study or knowledge, to appear, to manifest, to disclose, to show, to come to one’s mind, the open desert, to go to the desert, desert dwellers, Bedouins, gypsies, to occur or happen, to make manifest, to expose, to reveal, to turn something into a visible reality, to actualise something, the one who lives away from the town, outsider, one who lives outside in the open, to make obvious, to bring something to light, house or something like a house in some sense, tradition or rule of law, a way of life, family or following, support, door or something like a door in some sense, a way through to something, controlled entry or exist, an obstacle in the way of something, hook or something like a hook in some sense, twisted or bent, something deceptive, something upon which something could be hanged in some way, something that can take on the responsibility etc etc.

Word TAKTUMOON is from root KAAF, TAA and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is to cover up something in some sense. Also to hide something, to hold something back, to keep a secret, to conceal, something confidential, invisible, to make something disappear, to restrain, to suppress, to smother, to be silent, to keep back, a concept that has not yet become a reality, a plan not yet realised, to keep something hidden, something low key or low profile, to mix something with something else in order to hide the original appearance of something, palm of hand or something like a palm of hand in some sense, soft, tender, kind hearted, compassionate, cushion, womb or something like a womb in some sense, basket, container, coffin, chest, water or something like water in some sense, smoothness, liveliness, energy, motivation, drive, something inspiring or life giving etc etc.

This verse tells mankind to go for each and everything they can in sense of observation, exploration, discovery and invention for the very basic goal of ensuring well being of mankind as a proper human community anywhere and everywhere. It is strictly prohibited to use and abuse things in order to inflict harms and destructions upon mankind. This is how deen of Islam guides humanity towards growth and development and making progress and prospering as a species. This is what makes humanity very different from all other living things that God has created. This is what actual teaching of the Quran is and this is what real bone of contention is between people who truly accept actual deen of Islam after studying it properly and those who reject it out of hands or are misled by each other in the name of God through dogmas and rituals. In short the Quran is telling people to go where no man has gone before but only and only for ensuring well being of humanity or getting to know God through his creation and revelation, not for trying to dominate each other by undermining each other. This verse in a way gives licence to people of God to interfere anywhere and everywhere in the universe they think they can bring about betterment for humanity. Oppression and suppression of mankind is strictly forbidden in deen of Islam because then people no longer works for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of humanity but instead they work for personal gains at the expense of each other. This point also proves that Islam is a deen not a mazhab because in mazhab, power belongs to mullahs not masses that follow them just like power belongs to politicians who rule masses. In deen of Islam power belongs to rule of law not people and all people be they prophets of Allah or ordinary people must live by the very same rule of law according to the very same set standard. All people are bound to play their roles as told by the book ie the book of Allah is the supreme authority not the people or any particular person. The interpretation of the book is decided by rules not by baseless interpretations of the book by ignorant individuals who hand over certificates of scholarships to each other. This is why before there could be any Islamic state, there has to be a properly interpreted book so that it could be used as a constitution and law of Allah. Religious interpretations are not fit for this purpose because religion is a private affair that has nothing to do with running of the state, which should make it clear for people that Islam is not a religion but a people and resources management system for mankind to base their human society upon and to run it according to it.

30] Tell administrators or individuals who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind to ensure security of set limits or borders by keeping their observations or monitoring up to standard to ensure the points of exit and the entry under their responsibilities are well guarded. That is a good safety measure for them as a community against uninvited harmful elements to stay free of troubles. Allah surely makes you His guided people aware as to what your enemies are up to in order to inflict harms and destructions upon you by deceit and the rest of mankind.

Word YAGHUDDOO is from root GHAIN, DWAAD and DWAAD. Concrete meaning of this root is to remain within appropriate set limits. Also to keep something in check, to keep an eye on something in some sense, to keep an eye on something as required, to limit the gaze as required, to keep eyes down, to keep voice down, to speak with a voice appropriate for an occasion, to not to raise voice when speaking unnecessarily, to raise eyes only as much as appropriate for an occasion, to keep one’s gaze or voice under control and within acceptable limits, to break a branch of a tree in such a way that it is not broken completely but instead hangs down or low, to reduce gaze or voice, to reduce something in some sense, something fresh and lively, sharp vision, shutting of eyes, to stop something in some sense, to not to be rebellious and aggressive, to be tender, to be young, to be affluent, to cast one’s eyes down, to show humility or humbleness, of eyes to look fresh and lively, to be modest, to lower one’s voice, eye or something like an eye in some sense, water spring or spring season, to guard, to keep an eye on something, to help or support, plant or something like a plant in some sense, something that is fixed in some sense yet growing or spreading etc etc.

The limits set by Allah for mankind for ensuring their well being must be kept an eye upon so that they are never breached by anyone in any way or the consequences for the proper human community could be serious. This is not possible unless the proper human community takes appropriate steps and actions to ensure all its vulnerabilities are taken care of and all loopholes are closed as well as all risks are removed as far as humanly possible for it. In other words nothing should be left to chance whereby enemies of the proper human community could inflict harms and destructions upon it. In other words people who claim to be based upon guidance of Allah must keep their guard up and running properly. Any negligence in this regard could prove fatal for the proper human community. This verse also negates the idea that God never takes side of any people. God has already declared very clearly that he is never on the side of wrong doers and that he has set-up his systems and laws to benefit those who live by his advised way of life. In fact according to the Quran God has a party and all those who live by his advised way of life are his partners because they share the very same objective with God. However God is free of all claims people make about God which are not in accordance with his guidance for mankind. One cannot be a Muslim just by declaring oneself a Muslim but by actually following the declaration through in deeds. This is simply not possible unless one first properly understands deen of Islam and then follows it faithfully. If any people claim to be Muslims but do what is against deen of Islam then such people are actually contradicting what they claim to be committed to. This is why to judge deen of Islam on the basis of those who claim to be its followers is not the proper way of having an opinion about deen of Islam. In fact such people become an obstacle in the way of deen of Islam. This is why mullahs are funded by nonMuslims to keep Muslims confused through baseless dogmas and rituals so that the door remains open for them to carry on using and abusing masses as they like. These mullahs were encouraged by rulers who claimed to be Muslims but they oppressed and suppressed their own people by becoming their masters and treating them as their slaves. This is how after ummah became fractured it remained fractured because these people kept things that way because it suited their agendas. Once Muslims became much more stupid than nonMuslims they became slaves of nonMuslims because they overtook them and the situation will remain that way till Muslims come back to the actual teaching of the Quran and reorganise and regulate themselves once again on that basis as a proper human community or ummah. As things stand it does not look likely that Muslims will turn to the Quran and become a proper ummah any sooner. Only if nonMuslims become more stupid than Muslims that can make Muslims overcome nonMuslims but that does not look likely either. It is because as Muslims are busy with worshiping graves and doing many other nonsense things looking for solutions of their daily problems, the nonMuslims world is carrying on with research and exploration of the universe making new discoveries on daily basis and inventing new things. So long as this remains the situation Muslims are unlikely to overcome nonMuslims in any way. It is because you either overcome the opponent through knowledge or through knowledge and skill. People who are backward in literacy, education, training, skills and ability to think rationally and consistency cannot beat anyone in competition if they are better at it. This is why Allah gave mankind his books and sent messengers to show mankind importance of proper education and knowledge. However Muslims are good at following nonsense and waiting for miracles.

31] Say likewise to administrations and communities which claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind to ensure security of set limits or borders by keeping their eyes open to ensure their border exits and entries as well as any other possible security risks are well guarded and taken care of as they should not expose to danger their confidential information that ensures their well being except what needs to be displayed of it to show alertness and strength but they should keep under cover their confidential information and main assets and should not expose them to any other save their own authorised personnel like their own superior administrators or even their superior administrators or their subordinate administrators, or even their subordinate administrators, or their supporting administrators and their subordinate administrators, or their supporting administrations and their subordinate administrators or their communities or their subordinate administrations that work under them or their standby personnel that are not kept as backup in case of need or the personnel under training who are not yet ready to take on full responsibilities of their communities. Moreover they should not recruit foot guards such people who may give away the secret information that they are supposed to guard either deliberately or by mistake. So turn to Allah’s program, constitution and law all of you O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind so that you may attain freedom from all sorts of major problems and therefore be successful as a proper human community.

Word BUOOL is from root BAA, AIN and LAAM. Concrete meaning of this root is a piece of land that cannot be watered due to its distance from source of water or due to its height. Also a piece of land that is above the level of surrounding land, someone at a distance in relationship or superior, someone higher in rank or authority, someone more liable or responsible for something, a plant that can reach source of water by way of its roots, a friend or companion or supporter, husband or wife, master or owner or slave, someone responsible for looking after something or for its up keep, guardian, terror, something strange, idols used for worship by people as Gods because they take them as honourable, burden, responsibility, dependent, name of an idol made of gold that was worshipped by people of prophet Ilyaas, unirrigated palm trees, a male palm free, to marry, courtship, deity, sun god, any deity other than God, an entire family, house or something like a house in some sense, tradition, following or support, household, way of life, eye or something like an eye in some sense, to guard, water spring, spring season, to assist or aid, ox-goad or something like an ox-goad in some sense, something that motivates or drives something etc etc.

Word IRBAH is from root ALIF, RAA and BAA. Concrete meaning of this root is something that has what it takes for something to be or to be able to do something. Also something that is lacking something in some sense. Also something defective or weak, something least dependable, a man who cannot sustain needs of a wife, an illiterate person, a person who lacks education or training, a person who lacks in skills or thinking ability, a person very limited in his capabilities, a person who lacks attraction, power, purpose, need, knot, intelligent, resourceful, able, fit for the purpose, sexual desire or capability, potency, desire for women, useful, valuable, significant, important, bull or something like a bull in some sense, authority, God, stick, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, management, top or influential people in a human population, command and control centre, house or something like a house in some sense, following or support, family, tradition, rule of law, sanctuary, shelter or refuge etc etc.

As explained already deen of Islam requires a properly organised and regulated human community and the problem with that is that in such a community each and every person or thing has a place value as handed down to it by mutual community consultation on the basis of the Quran in light of realities on the ground which face the ummah. People themselves decide what measure they need to have in place to ensure their well being and how those measures should be turned into a reality. So there is little room for manoeuvring for anyone because if people moved from their given places or targets as they wish then chaos and confusion could result and community could break down due to break down in its discipline. It is the very reason a company or organisation regulates itself by means of its set laws and punishes people who break its set rules. People who criticise God for giving humanity law for living in his kingdom of the universe themselves make laws for their own companies in order to make them run successfully. A clear indication of double standard by such hypocrites who criticise deen of Islam for doing the very same for all what they do for themselves for taking undue advantage of others.

32] Moreover for serving the proper human community, recruit into the community services individuals from among you both men and women who can help ensure growth and prosperity therefore well being of proper human community. If any lack in anything, following program; constitution and law of Allah faithfully will help them become approved. That is how way of life advised by Allah makes manifest for mankind how vastly effective and far reaching are its advantages for them.

Word AYAAMAA is from root ALIF, YAA and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is a complementary part missing from something which makes it complete in some sense. Also something defective or faulty or incomplete, something broken or fractured, something that lacks something in some sense, shortcoming, something unable to fulfil some purpose due to lacking something, to be without wife or husband or working partner, to be without assistance or support, to be without family or following, to have no spouse or to lose one’s spouse, to be widow or widower, to be one one’s own, to be without necessary education or training or skill needed for a job or task, to be without authority or power, to be without a guardian or a care taker, to be without any dependent, to have none to depend upon or rely upon for something, smoke, to smoke, confusion, to be confused, haze, a man or woman on his or her own, stick or something, like a stick in some sense, God, staff, government, administration, authority, hand or something like a hand in some sense, grip, handhold, reach, jurisdiction, control, water or something like water in some sense, something that moves smoothly and quietly, something inspiring or life giving, drive or motivation, revelation of God etc etc.

Word IMAA is from root ALIF, MEEM and WOW. Concrete meaning of this root is bond woman. Also female slave, to take a female slave for oneself, female subject in a kingdom, stick or something like a stick in some sense, power, authority, God, king, ruler, rule of law, tradition, water or something like water in some sense, motivation, energy, drive, something that quenches thirst or fulfils some need in some sense, knowledge, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something that hooks onto something or holds onto something in some sense, something twisted or bent, something upon which something can be hanged, something upon which something can rely, deceptive, tricky etc etc.

One must always remember that deen of Islam does not allow slavery of people by people in any way as explained already in detail. Advantaged and disadvantaged people are related to each other in a complementary way in order to make the coming about of the proper human community a real possibility. This is why none is barred from participating in the community up to one’s full potential and the result is therefore bound to be a developed and prosperous human community. There is no such thing as master slave relationship between people in deen of Islam as mullahs, money lenders and rulers will have us believe for furthering their own agendas. Ummah is about brotherhood of humanity under one God. It is not a business based upon undue exploitation whereby people are in competition with each other to beat each other at making profits and becoming more and more rich and powerful from each other.

33] And let those who do not yet qualify for entering the contract for serving the proper human community due to lack of age or needed knowledge and skills to keep themselves working hard for it till guidance and provisions of Allah for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind enables them to qualify. As for those people who are already serving the community who have reached the end of their time of service therefore wish to free themselves from community responsibilities they should hand in their notices for retirement appropriately and you the community should accept their requests if you deem it appropriate and keep giving them appropriate support out of the community wealth which Allah has given under your management as a sign of recognition of their contributions towards community. Do not force any of the members of the communities or administrations or work forces under your care or responsibility or within your jurisdictions into poverty that they are forced to do things against Our program, constitution and law which they rather not do for their own personal gains at the expense of the proper human community against Our set rules of law, and if any individual or group or community forces them into conduct against Our program, constitution and law then surely despite such a compulsion Allah will still protect them and show them the way to free themselves from such conduct and situation because Allah is protector of mankind through His blissful, dignifying and secure life providing program.

Word YASTAFIF is from root AIN, FAA and FAA. Concrete meaning of this root is something that holds itself back from something for some reason. Also to stop from going ahead with something, to lack qualifications for acceptability, to lack qualities needed for reaching a standard that prevent one from joining an organisation or company or group, to hold back oneself from breaking a rule or custom or tradition or law, to not to breach the set standard or limitation, to hold back oneself from doing something harmful or destructive or shameful, of a camel to pick up the dried grass with its tongue while dusting it, to overcome sexual desire, to keep oneself under control regarding sexual desire, to become content with whatever little is available, not to spread one’s hand before anyone for help or support, little bit milk that is left in udders of a she-camel after it has fed its young, to stay away from having or doing something, to take extra care, be cautious or careful, to be alert, meagre quantity, austerity, modesty, chastity, to refrain from doing something, to keep oneself in check against temptations, to guard oneself, to take appropriate measures to protect oneself against something, self restraint, to lack something in some sense due to which one fails to meet some set standard, to not to be up to requirement due to some lack which stops one from getting something or doing something, to hold oneself back from worldly pleasures, to not to have what it takes to be something or to do something, eye or something like an eye in some sense, water spring, spring season, something springy that jumps about or dances around, to guard or keep an eye on something, to assist or support, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, remote, potential between two points, distance or difference between two points or things in some sense which keeps then separate, to consume or use etc etc.

This surah is explaining the framework for organising and regulating the proper human community for its proper functioning. Here it is giving mankind an over all picture of things the way they should be. People are simply put individuals till they ideologically organise and regulate themselves into a community or society. However according to the Quran it is not only organisation and regulation that is important but also the very basis upon which a community or society is founded. This is why merely claiming to be a Muslim is not enough for a person to be accepted as a Muslim rather one has to do all that is within one’s capability to properly understand the Quran and then follow it faithfully. The first thing to do for a person after knowing deen of Islam properly is to help others know it properly so that then all knowledgeable people come together and establish themselves as a proper human community so that then people could bring about a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah in order to ensure well being of humanity. This is the minimum requirement for a Muslims to be. Since people are born as babies and they grow old and die so there arises need for continually changing people in service of community ie old people in service need to be given retirement and new people need to be prepared and brought in to serve community. The Quran explains these things in detail in different surahs throughout the Quran as explained elsewhere in this work in detail. The Quran keeps telling people to self regulate themselves according to requirements of the Quran and if any people go against that then they must be taken to task for it to face the consequences by those responsible for this task. It is not allowed for people to take law into their own hands as individuals unless such situations or circumstances present themselves when it is not possible for legally responsible authorities to intervene or to act in time.

34] That is why We have revealed to you the people clear goals and guidelines and cited for you the examples of people who passed away before you to serve as lessons for those who want to be consistent with rule of law of Allah as well as humanity for ensuring the well being of mankind.

35] Light of guidance of Allah is for faithful following of all people be they the advantaged people - who can fly high therefore can accomplish greater tasks with help and support or cooperation of disadvantaged people - or the disadvantaged people who can only remain low therefore can only accomplish very limited tasks unless they are helped and supported by the people who are advantaged greatly by all people coming together as a complementary human community as explained by Him in His provided guidance in detail. The likeness of His guiding light of knowledge for mankind is like that of a lofty lamp holder in which there is a lamp that is enclosed in a crystal globe and the globe radiates brilliance like that of a brilliant guiding star visible for all to see from everywhere, which originates from an abundantly fertile tree like olive tree that can give mankind blissful, dignified and secure existence through His advised way of life that neither leads mankind to divisions nor to inflicting of harms and destructions upon each other for personal gains at the expense of each other, the guiding light of knowledge is already shining brilliantly without the fire even touching it. Adding light of knowledge to the light of knowledge of already knowledgeable people, that is how Allah guides to His light of knowledge any people who make needed efforts to become learned by using their brains and senses properly. This is how Allah explains His message clearly with clear explanatory examples for mankind to help them understand things properly because Allah wants mankind to clearly understand all things in due course.

Word MISHKAAH is from roots SHEEN, KAAF and WOW/YAA. Concrete meaning of this root is a skin bag for holding water that has only one mouth or opening. Also oil, to oil, to anoint, olive oil, olives, branch of olive tree, olive tree or branch, place where olive trees grow, something that makes things soft or tender or makes people kind hearted, something that educates or cultivates or trains people to talk sensibly and compassionately to each other, something that teaches proper mannerism, something that makes food tasty and pleasant, something that provides good or pleasant food for thought, tool or weapon or instrument or something like a tool or a weapon or an instrumental in some sense, something that proves instrumental in being something or doing something, something very valuable or useful, hand or something like a hand in some sense, grip, reach, jurisdiction, control, handhold, handle, womb or something like a womb in some sense, container, basket, coffin, chest, something that serves an essential need or plays a pivotal role in something in some sense, something that can provide foundation for something lasting etc etc.

The universe is reflection of knowledge and creativity of Allah because whatever one is or whatever one can do, can be shown through one’s knowledge and creativity. This is why whatever God is his ability of creation reflects it as well as his revelation. In these verses it is made very clear that unless a person is self aware and aware of universal realities one cannot make sense of the Quran. It is because the Quran is given to mankind for guidance and guidance is only needed when a person becomes capable of benefiting from the guidance. This is why a child needs time to grow into a person who can benefit from the guidance. This verse also tells us God is not partial nor takes sides but is only and only with those who live by his advice because his advice is proper according to rules of wisdom. This is why the Quran is word of God because it is based upon rules of wisdom. This is why it cannot be misinterpreted and when it is misinterpreted it could be made obvious from within the Quran that it has been misinterpreted because such an interpretation will cause contradictions within the Quran and in between the Quran and the universal realities. This is why Mullahs have no answers to objections raised on their interpretations of the Quran by knowledgeable people. For example, ask them about their belief in miracles or ask them about place of Hadith or Fiqh in Islam or even definition of words like towheed, shirk, sunnah or bidah etc. They cannot come up with any clear explanation of these concepts. A very clear proof that they must not be followed blindly by masses but all this is very much beyond people who are not used to thinking things through thoroughly in a systematic way or methodically. It all comes down to ignorance, illiteracy and lack of education, training, skills and thinking rationally or reasoning things out properly. The main point made in this verse is that people must have a deep and wide or very rich life experience to begin with before they could grasp the message in the revelation of Allah properly. This verse totally undermines nonsense of mullahs as well as philosophers and scientists who think they know better. Makes beliefs are no use at all in light of knowledge that is gained by people through their own senses directly as well as by way of revelation from their creator and sustainer. Allah wants all people to first gain knowledge through their direct life experiences and then through his revelations and then come together to form a proper human community as advised and then go for higher goals he has set for mankind to accomplish. He intends to raise mankind to status of knowledge that people become aware of whole of the universe and thereby of their creator and sustainer. That is because Allah expressed himself only and only through his creation and revelation.

36] So that the fruits of the light of guidance of Allah which is in form of His program, constitution and law could become a fully manifested reality in there for mankind to see, bringing about kingdoms based upon guidance of Allah should be given priority and should be brought about by working very, very hard day and night

37] by people with courage who cannot be prevented - by way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other nor by unfair constitutions or agreements - from carrying out the tasks of spreading the message of Allah for establishing the proper human community network for bringing about kingdoms based upon guidance of Allah in order to attain freedom from all sorts of social, political and economic ills and to grow and prosper, because they always keep in forefront of their minds the time period of bloody revolutions that forcefully change minds and perceptions of people

38] so that through His set-up systems and laws Allah brings about the outcome according to their works for making the world beautiful for themselves as a proper human community and so that he adds to their advantages to ensure their well being even more through His program for their blissful, dignified and secure existence. It is because through His blissful, dignifying and secure existence providing program Allah provides sustenance for those who work for it beyond their ability of measure.

This like verses in the Quran make clear to mankind how stupid the mullahs are who tell people Allah will provide so you do not need to do a thing. They call their this nonsense thought concept of predestination in Islam. The Quran repeatedly tells people that the program of Allah is basically about ensuring provisions for people through their own hard works as a properly organised and regulated human community that divides its work among its workforce appropriately. This is why life is what people choose to make as individuals or as communities. If people will work as one for the well being of each other then they will grow and prosper but if they will become rivals and enemies then growth and prosperity will become very limited and so painful suffering will remain the order of the day. So the dogmatic nonsense of mullahs is only their own stupid thought and it has nothing at all to do with the concept of QADR in the Quranic context which is explained in detail elsewhere in this work. The Quran is for guidance of people as to how they should live their lives in this world and why. It has nothing to do with nonsense of mullahs. Ummah better realise this unless it wants to end up destroyed by hands of each other like many ummahs before it. All rulers, money lenders and mullahs lead people to same dead end unless people wake up and follow guidance of Allah instead of following their rulers, money lenders and mullahs blindly like sheep.

39] As for the opponents of Our guidance, the results of their useless hard works are like a mirage in a vast tract of sandy desert, to which the extremely thirsty traveller runs thinking it to be water but when he gets near it, he finds nothing there at all so he realises it was only his imagination, that is how group of these opponents of Our guidance will find set-up systems and laws of Allah rewarding it for its useless works based upon its dogmatic make beliefs because Allah rewards people according to their own works by way of His set-up systems and laws.

Word BIQEEAH is from root BAA, QAAF and AIN. Concrete meaning of this root is differences in colours. Also a clever raven or a dog, something that is very alert, something that keeps its eyes on all directions towards it, a piece of land that is very different from its surrounding pieces of land, a piece of land that has green spots as well as deserts or barren pieces of land, a piece of land where water has gathered, stain, irregular patches of colour, piebald, a spot, an enclosed area with trees, to sprinkle, area, place, region, house or something like a house in some sense, tradition, ancient, following, rule of law, shelter, something protected or covered up, monkey or something like a monkey in some sense, clever, agile, mischievous, imitation, eye or something like an eye in some sense, water well or spring, spring season, help or support, to keep an eye on something etc etc.

Word ZAMAAN is from root ZWAA, MEEM and ALIF. Concrete meaning of this root is to be desperate for something. Also extreme thirst, to be desperately in need of water or help, to cause to be thirsty, to be mean, to be unjust, landmark or something like a landmark in some sense, guide, something that attract attention, sign or mark, reference point, water or something like water in some sense, something that inspires or motivates or gives life, energy, stick or something like a stick in some sense, God, bull, power, authority, staff, regime, administration or management etc etc.

This verse makes it absolutely clear that people get the direct and indirect outcome of their own actions ie people get what they work for. If a farmer works for growing good crops then he will get good crops provided he did exactly what he was supposed to do for getting the good crops. Getting his prayer mat out and praying to God day and night at the time when farmer is supposed to be working on the fields is not going to bring good crops for the farmer. Such efforts are therefore useless and a waste of time and energy no matter how hard one tries to get the crops from his farm this way. The Quran makes it absolutely clear that this universe is based upon real causes and real effects in each and every way so if people will not sow the seeds or sow them properly in the farm then they should not expect crops to grow in there. Mullahs and rulers as well as money lenders have fooled this ummah for a very long time now yet people still run to mullahs, rulers and money lender for guidance instead of becoming educated and learning sense themselves. So long as people will continue running to those for guidance who are in actual fact responsible for their terribly painful existence due to their misguidance of people, things will remain the same for this ummah and therefore wider humanity. It is because humanity will remain divided without guidance of Allah and divided humanity can never achieve what unity among mankind can achieve if it followed guidance of its creator and sustainer.

40] Or the likeness of a people living without the light of Our guidance is like that of a person overwhelmed by the depths of darkness under the deep of the ocean due to impure water which is further covered by huge waves upon waves of dark clouds covering up the sunlight, some darker than others. Therefore darkness in there is so dark that if one stretched out one’s hand, one will hardly see it in that darkness deep under the sea. So the one whom Allah does not find seeking His light of guidance, there is no other guiding light for him to guide himself with.

Word LUJJIYEE is from root LAAM, JEEM and JEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is bottomless pit. Also abyss, something very deep in some sense, depth of the sea, noise, to roar, to continue to argue, to dispute obstinately, stammering, convoluted thick herbage, to persist obstinately, body of water, pool, tumultuous and deep sea, turbulent, fathomless, the deepest part of river wherefrom the shore is not visible, to keep returning to the same in some sense, to keep referring to the same repeatedly, to keep tossing parts of a thing over each other, rising of waves in the sea which keep coming to the sea shore, to carry on advancing in rebellion, deep and wide sea, ox-goad or something like an ox-goad in some sense, something that inspires or drives or motivates something in some sense, something that urges something to do something, camel or something like a camel in some sense, something beautiful or adorable or durable or lasting, something that can carry weight, beast of burden, something that can act as foundation or base in some sense, a point for reference, something to which could be referred as a reference in some sense etc etc.

Word SAHAAB is from root SEEN, HAA and BAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to pull along the ground. Also to drag, to trail, dark or heavy rain water laden clouds, cover, film, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, tradition, rule of law, shelter, refuge, protection, fence or something like a fence in some sense, limitation, prohibition, restriction, enclosure, shield, obstacle, problem, difficulty, house or something like a house in some sense, family, household, support, following, chamber, security, something that covers something, gloom, sadness, darkness, shame etc etc.

Here it is made clear that there is no guidance other than guidance from Allah and only those people benefit from guidance of Allah who prepare themselves for this purpose ie those who get ready for receiving the guidance. The rest are simply not bothered with Allah or his guidance or that they only talk about Allah and his guidance superficially ie what they assume Allah and his guidance to be. This is why people are fooled by rulers, money lenders and mullahs. One must remember that many verses in the Quran have complementary meanings as already explained in detail and these verses are clearly complementary verses which tell us main points about deen of Islam the while stating for us some scientific facts as well. There is no point in repeating my explanations for them people should ponder over these things by themselves to see what they get out of them. This way people can improve upon what I have stated in my explanations just like I have improved upon what I have learned from others. This is the purpose of reading the Quran for its proper understanding to keep learning more and more things from the Quran in light of daily new discoveries. No human word is final about the Quran because ultimate knowledge rests with God alone. Each person only learns as much as one can within the given life period depending upon one’s efforts and circumstances or situations on faces in one’s life time. People are carrying on discovering various things and one day all this will come together like pieces of a single jigsaw puzzle and fit perfectly. It is a great contribution to humanity by individuals who are learning about all fields of knowledge and making their contributions as well along the way even though they are not used for the benefit of humanity 100% yet but time will come for all this in due course as explained by the Quran. A person learning singing or learning to write songs or makes movies and learns to act in those movies or is writing stories for those movies or dialogues in them. Doctors, lawyers, philosophers and scientists or politicians, religious scholars etc etc are all taking humanity towards unity bit by bit knowingly or unknowingly. So nothing is going to be left as 100% waist. Each contribution by each person or thing is going to bring about the world which Allah wants for mankind if not sooner then, later. The question is not where we are heading but what are we doing to avoid painful suffering of so many people sooner. In this verse likeness of people staying away from light of guidance of Allah is likened to the people who are as if living under the darkness of the deep sea the while the sunlight is blocked by the dark clouds which makes the darkness much worse. This is about people deliberately staying ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained, unskilled and unthoughtful. Not only that but such people are also playing role in keeping ignorance in business therefore painful suffering of humanity as well.

41] Why don’t you the mankind observe and learn that all things in the heavens and the earth work very hard constantly and consistently according to program of Allah in order to fulfil His plan including highly enlightened people organised in groups? Each knows its place in its group and its assigned task which it should accomplish. That is how Allah makes obvious for mankind all that they need to do as a proper human community in order to attain blissful, dignified and secure existence.

Word SAAFAAT is from root SWAD, FAA and FAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to organise and regulate something properly for fulfilling a set purpose. Also to make arrangements for some end goal, to arrange in a row, to organise in steps, to put or set-up things in an orderly manner, to stand in a straight row, to organise or arrange in ranks or steps or order, to line up, an even surface of the ground that is free of dunes and ditches, a people who stand united without any divisions between them, to make a queue, to stand in a queue, to stand on a straight line, birds flying in the air with their wings spread, an organised party or group of people, to arrange in rows, to set side by side, to line up, to stand in ranks, plant of something like a plant in some sense, something that is fixed in some sense but at the same time spreading also in some sense, something fixed but growing, something out of which juice is taken out, extract of something, to squeeze something to extract its juice out of it, the essence, energy, life, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, potential difference between two points, distance between two points, to consume or devour, to spread rumours, to say things that are not true, to talk about unreal things etc etc.

Word TAAIR is from root TWAA, YAA and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to go after something. Also to follow something, to take something as one’s goal or destiny and work towards it, to fly to one’s destination, to move through air with help of wings, to fly, to have wings for flying, to have power to accomplish or achieve something highly valuable, to make something fly high, to take someone on a flight or journey, to move fast and smoothly, to fly very; very high, to soar, to scatter, a soaring bird, a high achiever, a fast moving or flying horse, a very fast racing horse, a highly trained horse for battlefield, a cavalry of highly trained and well prepared fast moving steeds and men for battle field, to spread, to distribute, to spread quickly, to rise high in the air and scatter fast, brain, to think at a higher level, to be highly creative, to have sharp brain, to be able to quickly figure out things, to be mischievous, to be clever, to be an evil genius, a high flying person, bird, insect, deed, bad omen, to talk evil about something or someone, to spread rumours about something, to predict terrible future for someone, something that flies or can fly high, to hasten, to rejoice, to spread out, augury, landmark or something like a landmark in some sense, guide, reference point, something high that is visible from a distance, a monument, sign, mark, hand or something like a hand in some sense, grip, control, reach, jurisdiction, control, head or something like a head in some sense, management or administration, cream of the crop, top section of a population, leadership, ruling elite etc etc.

42] It is because to Allah alone belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth therefore it is right of Allah alone to set task for them in forms of goals to accomplish according to His provided guidelines.

43] Why don’t you observe things and learn that it was up to Allah alone to program all things for His purpose that is why even the clouds move slowly and smoothly according to His program to carry out His set task and that is what causes them to come together then pile up on each other as masses therefore you see the rain drops falling from within them as rain? He likewise causes hailstones to form from the water vapour in forms of clouds which look like mountains in the sky, they eventually strike down whichever people work for harm and destruction of humanity while turn things in favour of whichever people work for the betterment of humanity. The brilliant flashes of lightning in the clouds are sufficiently powerful to draw attention of mankind.

Word YUZJEE is from root ZAA, JEEM and WOW. Concrete meaning of this root is to drive something slowly and gently. Also to intend, to decide, to determine, falling of rain, something right or correctly or appropriately or properly, to come down and reach destination, an arrow that hits its target, to flow, to cause to fall down, an arrow that hits its target and remains stuck in its place instead of falling down, an accident, a difficulty or hardship or problem, to have an intercourse with a woman, catastrophe, disaster, terrible consequences of one’s actions, to cause divisions, to cause unevenness in human society, a terrifying event, to pour down, torrential rain, to strike, to hit, to aim, to afflict, to befall, to do something correctly, to be right or correct, to be true, to fall upon, to desire, to will, to punish, to bestow upon, to grant something to someone, to overtake, to overcome, to be victorious, calamity, misfortune, rainstorm, plant or something like a plant in some sense, extract, juice, essence, something that is fixed in some sense and growing or spreading as well, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something bent or twisted, crookedness, something deceptive, house or something like a house in some sense, following or support or family, tent, shelter, refuge, sanctuary, constitution, tradition, rule of law etc etc.

These verses contain complementary meanings whereby Allah is explaining more than one thing in the very same piece of text ie what is going on in the natural world and why and what is going on in the human world and why. There are striking similarities between two worlds eg just as sunlight is taken as light for guidance for finding our way around things during the day light using our eyes likewise through light of guidance via revealed messages of Allah people can find information related to their existence by learning to understand it. Here Allah is explaining the cooperation and conflict between people by way of natural phenomenon in the natural world and the role natural world plays in all this carry on. This interpretation of the Quran is first of its kind in English language and my idea is to give people of knowledge something to work on in much more detail than I can. My aim is to set the ball rolling so I cannot go into detail of things that is needed otherwise I cannot complete this work in time. I am doing this in the hope that knowledgeable people who read this interpretation of the Quran take it forward from where I leave it. I will keep working on it for as long as I can but rest is up to generations to come. People should not neglect the Quran because as I see things, that is going to have disastrous consequences for humanity as a whole. The brilliant future of humanity rests upon proper understanding of the message of the Quran and upon its faithful following. Unless people put the needed time and the needed effort in understanding the message of the Quran they cannot ensure well being of themselves or each other as they should because in that case they cannot follow it faithfully therefore first understand it with help of each other and then follow it faithfully with help of each other and be the people the Quran wants people to be. Allah created mankind as his top most creatures because they are able to accomplish his purpose by their own choosing, so people must not fail in proving themselves worthy of the title. That is why people must not waist their lives by first fooling each other and then regretting it for the rest of their lives.

44] Allah alternates the night and the day by rotation of the earth around itself; there are lessons indeed in this phenomenon for those who observe things for their proper understand regarding their origin, purpose and the way they work to fulfil the set objective.

As already explained, night and day natural phenomenon can also be taken as alternations of periods of prosperity and scarcity for a people. Bright days are success stories of humanity and sad days are stories about failures of humanity. In the verse above the light flashes are good period of time that are exemplary periods for humanity to learn from and bring about more of them. The Quran is talking about natural world because human beings when they are born do not know anything but can observe only what is there or is going on and then they begin to make sense of things at higher level. Brain and eyes work together and see things and then brain tries to work out as to what is going on. This is why the Quran gives priority to natural world and knowledge based upon it before it brings in higher knowledge for understanding of mankind. A very strong slap on faces of mullahs who want people to have blind faith in their invented baseless dogmas and time wasting useless rituals. This is why true scholars of the Quran are only those people who base their understanding of the Quran on real world realities not those who base their understanding of the Quran upon their make beliefs. These are the people who promote ideas about senseless supernatural interventions by God or miracles and magic or ghosts and other supernatural beings. Such things are impossible to prove from the Quran but instead they can be proven false as explained in detail already.

45] Allah has originated all life forms from water and of them some creep upon their bellies and others that walk on two legs and yet others that walk on four. Allah originates and evolves what He has planned and Allah has setup measures by way set –up systems and laws to govern operations of all things.

Word BATANIH is from root BAA, TWAA and NOON. Already explained but it also means confident, blanket, an insider, someone who knows the inside story, someone who shares the secret etc etc.

46] Like the set-up systems and laws in the universe We have revealed clear goals and guidelines for mankind whereby Allah guides those who work hard to receive His guidance to the way of life that leads mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence.

47] Yet those who say we agree and commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind along with the messenger according to the program, constitution and law of Allah nonetheless some of them turn their backs on their agreed commitment and that is because they did not truly commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind in the first place.

48] When such people are invited to program, constitution and law of Allah by His messenger so that he may teach them how to decide matters regarding themselves as a proper human community according to the book of Allah, behold! A party of them tries to avoid joining in these gatherings.

49] However if they have any legal dispute in which the right is on their side then they come running to him.

Word MUZINEEN is from root ZAAL, AIN and NOON. Concrete meaning of this root is to come running towards something for some reason. Also to hurry up to do something, to be in a hurry to accept something, to be in a rush to confess or profess something, to admit something or to commit to something quickly, to give in or submit or yield to quickly, to do something happily, to fall over one’s head to reach out to someone or to do something in a hurry, to have one’s heart into something, to be determined, to have no doubt about something, to be certain about something, to be in favour of something, door or something like a door in some sense, controlled entry or exist, eye or something like an eye in some sense, to be helpful and supportive, water well or spring, time period when things are in abundance, spring season, brighter days, to keep in mind or to have something under one’s protection, fish or something like fish in some sense, agile, smooth, lively etc etc.

People who have reservations or hesitations about things try to avoid them but people who are already looking for things to jump at them rush to them when they see the opportunities. People who are committed to deen of Islam properly after understanding it properly rush to follow it faithfully but those who are only committed to deen of Islam by words alone for name sake try to avoid following deen of Islam by way of all sorts of excuses. Such people are damned if they do what they are asked to do and damned if they don’t do what they are asked to do. It is because such people are in terrible state of confusion due to their remaining ignorant about things they ought to know better. Confusion about things cannot be eliminated unless people learn and become educated about them properly. When people deliberately remain ignorant about things then when there comes time for doing something confused people fall in a state of crisis both mentally and physically. Ignorant people can only be hypocrites because they have no clear standpoint about things nor can they have any clear standpoint about things due to their ignorance about them that cannot lead them to certainty. Knowing things properly at least leads people to certainty about them. So when there comes time to do something such people know what to do and how to do it so they go ahead and do it because knowledge and training also motivates people into doing things out of having sense of responsibility and they do them properly because they have the needed training and skills. Such people do not sit idle rather they learn things all the time to become useful people and to remain as such. As already explained, the Quran is full of verses telling people not to remain ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained, unskilled and unthinking. People who lack such things cannot be useful people for themselves or others. Rulers, money lenders and mullahs have ensured that masses lack sense so that they do not find out how they are used and abused by them. This is why kings built religious institutions and installed religious personnel in them in order to program or brainwash people to that masses do as they are told by rulers, money lenders and mullahs instead of using their own minds to think and do things they way they should be thought and done. It is rulers, money lenders and mullahs who think for masses instead of they thinking for themselves. So long as this situation remains in the ummah there is no chance of deen of Islam becoming a living reality any time sooner. This means concept of a proper Muslim ummah is going to remain a distance dream for humanity till it wakes up and takes control out of hands of rulers, money lenders and mullahs.

50] Is sense of dominating others by undermining them still alive in minds of these people or do they have any legitimate excuses or are they worried that Allah and His messenger will deny them justice? No, they will not be denied justice at all and they do not have any genuine excuses rather the reason they are not bothered with attending educational sessions with the messenger of Allah is because they are of those who want to follow the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of others whereby they inflict harms and destructions upon each other.

Old habits die hard and people who can be well off under way of life based upon use and abuse of each other do not want the way of life that can ensure well being of all. These verses leave no room for escape for people who talk far too much in favour of personal freedom for individuals to do as they please to others. The whole world is therefore deliberately confused by rulers, money lenders and mullahs with help of set-up of mass media and use of money to turn people against the way of life advised by Allah for ensuring the well being of mankind. All this because some people are created by Allah with advantages in some respects while others are created with disadvantages. The advantaged people think they can use and abuse others for their personal gains therefore no other way of life suits them as they see it in their minds due to their ignorance. However if they study things carefully and then sit alone and think things through thoroughly they will arrive at a very different conclusion than the one they have already drawn due to their ignorance. Philosophers and scientists who try to provide them with false sense of security need to do the same ie they too need think things through thoroughly to see where they have gone wrong and why. They need to see why the Quran is telling mankind they are a brotherhood. It is because unless people help and support each other and learn to live that way, they can forget unity therefore genuine peace and cooperation. So long as people will not cooperate with each other for progress and prosperity of humanity as a whole, they cannot achieve or accomplish much due to infighting within humanity. This is why all people must go for a complementary human society or a proper human community if they want blissful, dignified and secure existence. This whole surah is about eliminating conflicts and removing fractures from within human society and putting people on the road to recovery and growth that is why it is called SURAH AL NOOR. It is because it is a beacon for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

51] The response of those who are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of humanity to invitation for learning program, constitution and law of Allah through His messenger to decide matters between them as a proper human community is, we hear the wisdom of Allah and we will be consistent with it. Such are the people who are bound to attain and maintain unity, peace, progress and prosperity as a proper human community.

52] It is because only such people who are consistent with guidance of Allah through His messenger are mindful of set limits of Allah and are consistent with each other for ensuring well being of mankind and that is why they are bound to succeed in accomplishing the ultimate goal Allah has set for them.

53] Some swear under oath that if you the messenger invited them, they will come out in order to support your mission. Tell them, you do not need to swear under oath to assure me about it rather your consistency to your declared commitment will become obvious for all to see when you will fulfil your declared commitment in actual reality. Rest assured Allah will make evident for all to see all that you will do towards that end.

This verse of the Quran explains who a truly committed person is to the cause of deen of Islam. Only such people are true Muslims who work for way of life advised by Allah the way they are clearly told by the Quran to make deen of Islam an actual reality in the real world. The Quran tells mankind to learn deen of Islam properly and share it with each other properly till all people know it and then wait till people come together to organise and regulate themselves into a proper human community and work towards a kingdom that is based upon guidance of Allah for ensuring blissful, dignified and secure existence of whole of humanity. This is nothing like what mullahs tell people about deen of Islam. Mullahs tell people to confess commitment to deen of Islam and then do what we tell you and you are fine. It is stupidity of mullahs and masses both that ummah has ended up the way it is and has remained so for many centuries since after the messenger of Allah. If Muslim ummah wants to live like this and wants things to keep getting worse then there is no need for doing anything but if ummah wants to make a comeback in a big way then there is no way open to ummah other than education and training and no time to be wasted to be on top of things. This is going to be a constant uphill struggle for a decade or so but ummah can rebound if it chooses to do so at any time. No people in the world are strong enough to stand in the way of ummah to stop it from going all the way in knowing the Quran properly and following it faithfully. This verses uses words TAA TUM MAROOFAH. It means consistent following of the Quran in such a way that results of that following become obvious for all to see in this world. It means if ummah properly understands the Quran and follows it faithfully then world will become a blissful, dignified and secure place for mankind to live in ie a paradise in this world for people to live in. This verse is most challenging for mullahs if masses could question mullahs about it.

54] Say, be consistent with guidance of Allah by being consistent with mission of the messenger but even if you are not, the messenger is still under obligation to fulfil his duty just as you are under obligation to fulfil yours, so if you will do what you are required to do then you have followed the right course of actions because mission of Our messenger is only to deliver Our message to mankind to bring it to their attention and the rest is up to people themselves as to how they respond to it.

55] Upon acting on that message Allah has promised those of you who have declared their commitment to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind by actively removing obstacles in the way of unity and development and growth and prosperity of humanity that He will surely establish them in the world as a proper human community in the kingdom of the universe that works for ensuring well being of mankind just as He made their predecessors inherit and manage the world before them due to their hard works according to His guidance. Likewise in due course He will establish for these people their way of life in the world which He advised for mankind because it can lead them to blissful, dignified and secure existence, that is how He will change their present state of fear and anxiety into peace and security. So let them therefore know properly and serve faithfully My program, constitution and law and take none as their ruler other than Me. Therefore if any people oppose My program, constitution and law after all this explanation then such a people are surely rebellious and law breakers so they want to break up proper human community into rival groups and want to keep them divided and at war with each other.

56] Therefore remain alert and establish and maintain proper human community network and thereby attain freedom from all sorts of social, political and economic ills by being consistent with mission of the messenger so that you could bring about and maintain blissful, dignified and secure existence for mankind.

These verses along with many others throughout the Quran leave no room for doubt as to what deen of Islam actually is ie a way of life advised by Allah for people to live by in order to bring about blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind. This is why deen of Islam is not a dogmatic creed mullahs will have us believe. This surah makes amply clear that in deen of Islam there is no ruler other than Allah and people are only a brotherhood of humanity that is supposed to work for the well being of each other to bring about the kingdom like paradise. Therefore community life in a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah is fundamental requirement of deen of Islam as well as need of humanity and that it will come about in due course regardless its opponents like it or not.

57] Never even think that those who oppose Our program, constitution and law can derail Our plan for mankind in this world instead the end of such people as a result of their own harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other is bound to be painful suffering by hands of each other which is a terrible state of affairs to be caught in.

58] O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind, let such people from among you who wish to serve you as part of your new administration as well as those who have not yet completed their term of service seek your consent and approval before leaving or taking on their official duties on three occasions, that is before the start of the new term for managing community network, during the term in case of temporary appointment or emergency and when the community network managing contract expires at the end of the term. These are the three times when you the community are most vulnerable so take extra care. At other times there should be no obstacle for you when you, the community and they, the administration go around seeing one another for business as usual. That is how Allah makes His goals and guidelines clear for you whereby Allah wants to make you informed and wise.

Word AURAAT is from root AIN, WOW and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is something that is vulnerable in some way. Also something that is wrapped in mystery, something that is defective or faulty in some way, something that is open to attacks in some way, loss of an eye, to be one eyed, harmful or destructive word or deed, sadness or shameful, something open to harm or destruction, something bound to end up harmed or destroyed unless protected in some way, to take extra care, to pay extra attention or show more concern for something in some way, something shameful in some way, something to be kept secret, something to be kept hidden from the prying eye, in famous person, difficult or troublesome situation, circumstances that open one to dangers in some way, someone vulnerable to something, an unknown or unforeseen situation, a secret path, an uncharted road or path, to fall prey, to borrow, parts of a body which should be kept hidden from prying eyes, administrative or management secrets, personal secrets, secrets of an organisation or association, private parts, time of privacy, time when something is bare or naked or unprotected or unguarded, time when something is open to dangers, time when something can be attacked or robbed easily, time when something becomes more exposed in some sense, time of seclusion or isolation, crow, something dark, dark secret, to keep someone in the dark about something, to keep something secret or hidden, to be a coward, cowardice, to lack courage, something or someone taken as bad news or evil omen, to take guidance from someone who oneself does not know about something, conjecture, guesswork, a person from whom nothing good is expected, a book in which writing becomes erased due to aging or wear and tear, something that gives sore eye, a place or direction from which a country expects to be attack by its enemies, something that must be guarded or protected in some way otherwise it is open to dangers, something that causes one to become worried or depressed, fear of the unknown, to show hesitation in saying or doing something, something that brings shame or sadness if said or done, eye or something like an eye in some sense, help or support, water spring, sense of sight, to spy, to keep an eye on something for some reason, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something twisted or bent or deceptive, something upon which something could hanged, head or something like a head in some sense, management, control centre, leadership, ruling elite etc etc.

As explained already, the Quran sets out basic structures and procedures for changes related to community administrations or managements. Community is supposed to be well prepared at all times to deal with any situation that may arise from time to time but it must be highly alert on these occasions in particular so that right people are selected or elected and put in place at the right time in a right sort of way to serve the proper human community. If any mistakes are made during these occasions then consequences could not be more serious for the proper human community. It is because if a people fail then their leadership alone cannot make them recover and if leadership fails then people themselves are bound to suffer as a result. This is why there is no room in deen of Islam for complacency or slackness and lazy or crazy mindset, attitude and behaviour. Responsibilities comes before rights or rights cannot be delivered if people responsible for the delivery of those right do not perform their tasks properly and faithfully according to handed down instructions of the community. As explained already in detail in deen of Islam power structure is derived from proper human community but in turn community derives its authority from guidance of Allah and administration is put in place to serve the proper human community according to the Quran to the best of its abilities. The power structure in nonMuslim human populations be they secular or religious is derived from power of establishment and administrations are put in place to control populations as per wishes or desires of the powerful and the rich as slaves. I am not going to repeat the explanation here but it was necessary to remind people about it so that people can see the main difference between power structure of true Muslim community and any other human population. The khilaafah mullahs talk about is nothing other than imperialism in the name of Islam by mullahs, their touts and supporters so ummah must become aware of this fact or it will regret it if it accepts rule by mullahs as the proper way of running the kingdom of Allah. Rulers, money lenders and mullahs are opponents of deen of Allah as well as enemies of humanity because for their personal gains at the expense of others they promote rivalries and animosities between people setting them up against each other. That is how hatred settles-in in minds of people for each other and leads them to war with each other which results in death and destruction of people at a very large scale due to numberless fractures in human population. Each and every person becomes isolated from all others due to following that way of life. So one can see why full attention must be paid to each and everything when it comes to proper human community. It is because if something goes wrong in organisation or regulation of the proper human community then nothing can work rightly or properly in it. The proper human community is like a machine if you like that if anything goes wrong with it then it loses its level of performance or totally breaks down. In either case it cannot fulfil its full task and the losses increase with time if things are not fixed. When changes are to be made in the community managements, they must be made in ways that do not leave the proper human community vulnerable from outside or inside.

59] Likewise when your children become capable of serving the proper human community age wise as well as knowledge and skills wise they should seek your approval as well as consent just like people who are already serving the proper human community before them. That is how Allah makes His instructions clear for you, so that you the mankind become aware that rule of law Allah is based upon His wisdom.

If any people want to serve community for the second term there is no restriction upon them if the community is happy with what they have delivered already for the community but none has the right to continue service for the community without the approval and consent of the proper human community. It is up to the community to decide whether to allow a second term for the existing administration or make any changes in it to make things better. Likewise it is up to community to decide how its future generation are to be prepared by way of education and training so that people have knowledge and skills necessary for serving the proper human community faithfully to the best of their abilities. If education and training of people is neglected in any way or is not up to the needed standard that can help people fulfil goals set for community according to the provided guidelines then people prepared through such education and training are not going to be capable of serving the community properly and as a result the community will suffer the losses.

60] Moreover there are no restrictions in the way of personalities that have already served proper human community for a set period of time sufficiently and efficiently to the best of their abilities that do not wish to extend or renew their contracts for serving the community for yet more terms if they decide to lay aside their official cloaks of community responsibilities without deliberately exposing the valuable confidential information, for it is best choice for them if they refrain from doing so and that is how Allah makes it amply clear for mankind that His set-up systems and laws are comprehensively sufficient for serving His purpose.

Word MUTABARRIJAAT is from root BAA, RAA and JEEM has been explained already but it also means to deliberately expose something that is supposed to be kept hidden or secret for some reason, to make something a spectacular for people to see, to make something appear glittering in order to gather spectators around something etc etc.

In these verses the Quran explains that just as there is age for study for children so there is age for working for adults and then after the working age if there is a period of time left then that is up to people themselves if they wish to keep working in any capacity should community decide to let them continue. However, it is important that right people are kept on right tasks and any additional work force is only there as volunteers just to have a supporting role to offer community whatever they can to the best of their abilities. Main task must not be left to children or elderly or vulnerable otherwise community will not get the input it needs therefore its output will become affected in a negative way. In other words the Quran teaches proper management of people and resources to ensure best outcome for the proper human community. The other point these verses make obvious is fitness of people in their own eyes for serving the community. It is necessary that people who think they can serve their community the best should put themselves forward and leave the selection to the community. If any person thinks one is not fit for serving the community then such a person must not volunteer oneself for any such task which is beyond capability of the person. In other words people who wish to put themselves forward for serving their community must have confidence in their own abilities to begin with. Likewise one should only put oneself forward for as long as one deems oneself fit for the task. If one becomes unfit for any reason then one should not put oneself forward for this purpose any more. It is also good idea to keep moving people around from task to task so that more and more people become knowledgeable and skilled in various tasks. This can help keep people active.

61] Further more there are no community service obligations upon any party while it lacks in knowledge, skills or experience nor are there any restrictions upon any party while it gains knowledge, skills or experience for serving community and there are no obligations or restrictions upon any party that is mentally or physically restricted in its capacity that prevents it from full participation in your community services. So there are no unnecessary obligations or restrictions upon you in participating in your directly related parent communities or directly related main communities or closely related serving groups or closely related serving managements, or your indirectly related parent groups, or your indirectly related parent administrations, or your closely related remote groups, or your closely related remote parties, or your sincere friendly organisations that prove their promises true, or any other administration or community or party which is open for you to participate therein. There is no obstacle in your way whether you participate as individuals or as teams but that when you enter into any service with others you should assure each other that you are working for ensuring unity, peace, progress and prosperity of proper human community. That is why Allah makes His goals and guidelines clear for you, so that you could grow in proper understanding of things to do them faithfully as a proper human community.

In these like verses which have complementary meanings other interpretations are also possible which are more comprehensive but it increases my workload considerably to try to put everything in here because my intention is only to guide scholars to come towards carrying out better works based upon this work. I cannot do so because this way my work will not see the light of the day ie it will never become complete for so long as I keep working on it for improving it. It is my contribution for humanity to benefit from the sooner the better. This whole surah is very comprehensive for guidance and that is why it is called AL-NOOR. In this surah Allah is talking about things the way he wants people to understand them but people being people will take their time to reach the standard of knowledge that God wants them to reach. So long as people carry on learning sincerely they will end up where God wants them to be. Rulers, money lenders and mullahs etc can do all they like to suppress message of Allah but it is bound to keep on gaining ground little by little as time goes on. It is a promise by Allah that cannot fail even if opponents of this message hate it.

62] Surely truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind are those who commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to program, constitution and law of Allah via His messenger and who when they are officially summoned to gather around him concerning any community related matter requiring collective action do not depart until they have been given permission by him or unless they seek his permission. It is those who ask your permission to leave are the ones truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to mission of Allah via His messenger. So when any of them officially asks your permission to leave to attend to their personal affairs, you may give permission to those of them whom you deem appropriate but keep working according to mission of Allah seeking blissful, dignified and secure life for them.

Word SHA-N is from root SHEEN, ALIF and NOON. Concrete meaning of this root is state of existence of something. Also to develop and grow, to progress and prosper, to spread, to be secure, to be firmly founded, to be permanent or lasting, to seek or provide sustenance, to depend upon something for survival, to be firmly fixed and be able to support or sustain dependents, to provide something with dependable foundation, to seek, to search, to look for, to intend, to will, to decide, to make a choice, to select or choose, the part of alcohol that secrets into bloodstream, the way or path through which tears flow from the eye, a blood vessel that carries blood to the eye, something very important, something of vital importance, a vitally important commandment or matter or issue, the intended target or aim or objective or purpose, something done properly by someone that one was well capable of doing correctly or perfectly, junction of small bone in the skull, tear ducts, watercourses branching over the face of the mountain, provider or sustainer, an affair or a situation or a concern, to have some sort of connection or link with something in some way, a business or task, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, rule of law, tradition or custom, sanctuary, refuge, protection, stick or something like a stick in some sense, power, authority, God, bull, oxen, strength, fish or something like a fish in some sense, something slippery or smooth, something that is fast moving, something fishy, something deceptive or clever etc etc.

63] So people do not treat official summoning for formal community consultations by Our messenger for dealing with community issues in the same manner as you treat the informal invitations by each other among yourselves. Set-up systems and laws of Allah make those people from among you obvious to others who slip away by hiding themselves behind others or by using their false excuses as cover. Let those who disregard his summoning for community meetings be aware that if they do not come to realise their vital importance for proper functioning of their proper human community then their community life could end up in terribly painful troubles.

Word LIWAAZAA is from root LAAM, WOW and ZAAL. Concrete meaning of this root is to use something in some way as a protection against something. Also to use something as a shield or shelter or refuge or cover, to resort to trickery, to use something as a way to deceive someone or something, to trap, to use some mechanism for some purpose, to keep close to, fortress, to evade, to dodge, to give a slip to, to move cautiously or cleverly, a make a cunning move, to move furtively, to approximate, to estimate, to assume, to conjecture, to underestimate, to try to be overly clever, to move stealthily, to move surreptitiously, to hide behind something, edge of a mountain, bend of the valley, to use each other as cover, to make a move, to hesitate, to resist, to try to slip away quietly, to oppose, to be a rival, to compete, to contest, to confront, ox-goad or something like an ox-goad in some sense, motivating factor or drive, to urge, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something bent or twisted or deceptive, door or something like a door in some sense, way through, controlled entry and exist etc etc.

64] Behold, all that is in the heavens and the earth works for turning the plan of Allah into an actual reality. So according to whichever way of life you decide to live, He makes the results of your thoughts and actions towards each other manifest in reality. So the day you start using the way of life advised by Him as your reference, He will let you know all that you are supposed to think and do for ensuring well being of each other because guidance of Allah makes mankind aware about all things they need to know and do for each other with help and support of each other as a proper human community.












Surah 25 AL-FURQAAN – The concrete distinguisher that clearly explains differences between two ways of life for mankind through their respective outcomes in this life. The way of life advised by Allah and the way of life invented and adopted by mankind themselves

This surah is named AL-FURQAN from root FAA, RAA and QAAF. Concrete meaning of this root is something that distinguishes something from something for some purpose. Also differentiation or discrimination or distinction or separation, something that shows clear difference between two things in some way, to scatter or spread or disperse, to divide or split or distribute, to spread something over a period of time, gap between two front teeth, a straight splitting of the hair on the head to divide them on either side of the head, group, faction, sect, sectarianism, to part, to go separate ways, installments, to divide into parts, to make clear, to judge between, to arbitrate, to fear, to take fright, to run away, to decide, to decree, to give verdict, to fragment, to cause disintegration, to splinter, to sow dissention, to cause discord, to separate from one another, to become disunited, to make the difference between things absolutely clear in some way, to slander, to spread rumors, to make false propaganda, to divert, to lead away, to section, to split into opposing sides, rivalry, animosity, company, party, to sort out, to organize, to categorize or classify, severance, to boycott, to sever or cut off, some, a part of something, criterion, standard, reference point, foundation, basis, body of religious teachings, guidance, the Quran, several, a path from which other paths branch out, the main road from which side streets branch out, highway from which sideways branch out, something that is made so clear for someone that it is properly understood by the intended person, a vessel that was used by people in Madinah to measure things, a standard of permanent values that do not change with time, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap or distance or difference between points, vain talk, to talk nonsense, to blow, to whistle, to alert, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, command and control centre, top part of section of something, management or administration, monkey or something like a monkey in some sense, clever, agile, swift, fast moving, deceptive, mischievous, to imitate, to follow, to copy, to hang onto etc etc.

This surah is named AL-FURQAAN not because word furqaan is used in it but due to its subject matter. It is about concrete distinction between two ways of life. The concrete distinction between two ways of life is that the way of life advised by Allah if understood properly and adopted faithfully can lead mankind to blissful dignified and secure existence due to help and support of each other but any way of life invented and adopted by people themselves for personal gains at the expense of each other can only lead them to their own destruction by hands of each other due to some people trying to dominate others by trying to undermine them. It explains clear differences between two ways of life mankind adopt to live their lives by, by seeing the results for living according to those ways of life for themselves in this very life. One way of life is proposed by the Quran and the other way of life that mankind invent and adopt by themselves. However people will keep on living the way they have been till it becomes clear to them that they have failed in finding out how to live properly in this world and then they will gradually adopt the way of life advised by Allah. This surah begins with God telling people a very basic point and that is upon what to based human moral foundation ie upon program of God because he is ever living himself and has the ability to give life and sustain life and provide guidance. To prove this point he puts forth his program for humanity to put it to the test and see the results for themselves. The other point is argument of the opponents against the program of Allah which is, this program is unacceptable for this reason and that reason. People are invited to examine these reasons to see if they truly stand to reason. Then arguments against these reasons are put forth to show that these reasons are baseless nonsense. It is because whatever anti deen of Islam forces and sources put forth for proving their secularism and religion they are all based upon their own make beliefs and baseless assumptions. They involve miracles, magic, superstition, mysteries and myths etc. It is a case of some people making fools of other people to take advantage of them by dividing them socially, politically and economics wise. The main reason is they contradict direct life experiences of human beings themselves ie what part such things played when they were trying to find out how their eyes worked and how their ears worked and how their hands worked and how their feet worked etc etc? All this was a natural process of growing up. Moreover how did they come to know about other things in life? By interacting with them directly, so far there is no mystery or miracles. Once man has grown up then man should be sensible enough not to doubt his own life experiences and fall victim to mullahs, money lenders and politicians and rulers and their make beliefs and baseless ideas instead one ought to know better and better by keep drawing from one’s own direct life experiences and those of others. This is why this surah brings in natural world phenomena telling mankind to observe them to learn from them and get rid of any doubts in its mind as to how things come about and how they work and what possible purposes they may be serving. That is why mankind have been vested with such powerful brains, senses and bodies to use them properly. This surah ends with telling us Islam is a DEEN not a MAZHAB. Then we are led to information about who is a Godly person and why and who is not a Godly person and why not. The major point made therein is that a Godly person is never a stupid person who accepts blind faith and follows make belief ritualism in the name of God instead a man of God when told here is message of God he gets into thinking frame of mind and scrutinizes it to make sure what he is told is actually true and only then submits to it once he has made it sure for himself. To make sure about anything one first has to make proper sense of it. In short this surah clearly shows the difference between way of life that is put forth by means of this Quran and any other way of life that man has ever come up with or will come up with.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

1] Ever existing and foundation and sustenance provider for development and growth of humanity is He Who has revealed to His messenger this criterion to make clear the difference between two ways of life for mankind so that he could thereby alerts all the human populations in the world regarding which way of life they should adopt and which way of life they should give up in order to have blissful, dignified and secure existence as a proper human community.

Word TABAARAK is from root BAA, RAA and KAAF. Concrete meaning of this root is something that is firmly founded in some sense yet keeps growing in some way. Also something that is self sustaining and can sustain whatever is dependent upon it for its support in some way, beast of burden, something that can carry heavy load or responsibility without being affected by it in any way, something that does not buckle or collapse under pressure or does not let something buckle or collapse under load or pressure, a solid foundation that is firm and does not fracture or break under load or pressure, something that has and can provide things in abundance, something durable or lasting, something that is secure itself and is capable of providing protection or security for something else, something that provides means for existence and growth, something that is firmly fixed in its place or status or being and keeps growing in some way or keeps expanding or spreading something, the provider and sustainer of the universe, God, lord, master, owner, something ever existing that brings into existence other things and sustains their existence through all necessary provisions, a goat that gives plenty milk, a pond with plenty of fresh water, a container full of useful things, chest of a camel upon which it rests, things in abundance, prosperity, highly fertile piece of land, highly fertile and healthy animals, abundance of vegetation, abundance of fruit trees, flourishing gardens, development and progress, thorax, to lie down on the chest, a group of camels, bounty, blessings, to be great, to be praised, to be exalted, to enjoy highest status or privilege, house or something like a house in some sense, something that provides total security, family or support or following, sanctuary or shelter, foundation or rule of law or constitution, a tradition full of rich customs, head or something like a head in some sense, command and control centre, management or administration, chief, top part or section of something, ruling elite, affluency, palm of the hand or something like a palm of a hand in some sense, soft, tender, kind hearted, compassionate, something that can absorb shocks, shock absorber, cushion etc etc.

2] The One to whom alone belongs the kingdom of the universe containing all the far away galaxies as well as this galaxy and who needs no assistant and has no partner for managing the kingdom of the universe because He alone brought about and evolved everything for His purpose by setting up and putting in place properly all the measures necessary.

Word TAQDEERAA is from root QAAF, DAAL and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is setting up and putting in place measures for some set goal or purpose along with guidelines, systems and laws for governing a process from start to finish in a coordinated way. Also to make something according to set out purpose or goal or standard etc, to estimate something in sense of quantity or mass or size or length or volume or capacity or speed, destiny, goal, measure, estimation, value, law, standard, criterion, power, authority, strength, ability, energy, destruction, balance, ratio, proportion, fate, luck, decree, to preordain, to reckon, to strain, to restrain or limit or restrict, to set or take measures, to put in place all that is needed for making something work in some sense for some purpose or end goal, to plan some action about something, to carry out a planned action, to make an action plan, power, strength, ability, to have power, to have something under control in some way, to have control over something in some sense, to decree, to measure, extent, worth, sum, destruction, to strain, strait, narrow channel which joins two bodies of water or two seas, bottle neck effect, a place where two rivers or seas become narrow and meet each other and become one, something difficult or stressful, narrow or confined, strict, rigid, proper, a channel between two rivers or seas that joins them with each other, cooking pot, to straiten, to over power, to catch up with, to get the better of, to restrict or set a limit, to give in meagre quantity, to decide, to determine, top judge, to give verdict, to reckon the worth of, to estimate the value of, to become straitened by circumstances, to become poor, to have limited means, to contemplate, to ponder, to plot, position, status, esteem, timing, to ordain, to govern, to make something like another thing, to have authority, to design, duration, capacity, volume, pattern, model, mould, cauldrons, providence, predetermination, vastness, expanse, a horse that walks in such a way that its rear feet come on top of marks left by its front feet, a person of average height, middle of something, average, distance between two things, monkey or something like a like monkey in some sense, agile, to balance, meat that is cooked in a pot with spices, butcher, cook, clever, skill, expertise, to be master of something, fast, mischievous, deceptive, to imitate or copy, to hang on to something, to stick with, to go along with something, to be consistent with something in some way, to jump about, door or something like a door in some sense, way through to something, controlled entry and exist, something fixed in some sense yet free to move about like a door, an obstacle, to block or stop, to close a hole or gap in some sense, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, leadership, control centre, management etc etc.

Allah has put in place systems and laws to make things work in a particular way for making sure that the purpose he has created all things for becomes fulfilled. This is why he made sure that fire burns and provides heat and light for mankind, He not only created matter but gave it all the properties it has and that is why water can become ice or liquid or steam or vapour. Each and everything works according to his set laws in nature. Mankind can only discover things that are already in existence and cannot originate anything from absolute nothing at all. People can only invent things from already existing materials by combining various kinds of materials. The laws of nature are determined by using the idea of IF, THEN and ALWAYS. This is why mankind can rely upon scientific methods because nonliving things only work in a particular way. If they did not work that way people will not know what to expect the next moment. This is why people can make their calendars for years because the sun and the moon work the way they do due to some set laws and they do so permanently since they have been originated and put to work. This is why seasons can be predicted with reasonable certainty and all things that are seasonal can be thought of that way. Problems only occur when people do not study natural world and therefore things seem to happen haphazardly eg earth quakes, floods and other natural disasters. If people studied things in detail they could become aware of what is actually going on in the universe. This is why the Quran tells mankind not to waste human resource by letting people remain useless or by making them useless deliberately for petty personal gains at each other’ s expense. If all people worked hard with help and support of each other instead of fighting against each other they could make progress much faster but will they? If so when?

3] Yet people have taken rulers other than Him who have not created a thing and instead themselves have been created by Him and they have no power even to ensure their own safety and security from harms and destructions or for that matter peace and prosperity and they have no power to destroy things out of existence nor ability to bring living things into existence out of nothing at all or to provide mankind with a program, constitution and law to gather them upon to live a blissful, dignified and secure life as a proper human community.

Word NUSHOORAA is from root NOON, SHEEN and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to publicise. Also to announce or declare in public, to proclaim, to make a public announcement, to multiply, to raise, to revive, to raise a people who live like a dead human population, to revolutionise, to reenergise, to inspire or motivate or urge, to saw apart, to sprout, to unfold, to come into leaf, to put to the public at large a program, to make public the future action plan, to manufacture a manifesto, to provide public with a manifesto, to scatter, to distribute, to spread, to make public declaration of principles or polices or intensions or goals or opinions or purposes, to disperse, to go about one’s business, to spread out in numbers, to scatter, to resurrect, to cause to wake up, to make people aware of something in some sense, to make people realise something in some way for some reason or purpose, to explain something in detail, to spell out something clearly for people, to swarm, scent, to waft, fragrant air, breath of fresh air, a news about new beginning, to spread information for gathering people for some purpose, to hand out invitation to public for a public gathering or meeting, to announce an event for public to gather, to open up a bundle of things that are tied together, of a tree to branch out or spread its branches, to split a piece of wood, the saw dust that spreads when a piece of wood is sawn, the harvested and gathered crop that is not yet thrashed for separating grain from the chaff, fish or something like a fish in some sense, smooth, agile, lively, deceptive, illusive, something that motivates or inspires, something energetic, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, tradition, constitution, rule of law, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, management, leadership etc etc.

The Quranic challenges in verses like this cannot be taken up by people no matter how clever and powerful they think they are. It is because it provides mankind with such vitally important information that mankind could never come up with if they were left on their own. This is what proves the Quran word of an intelligent supernatural being as already explained in detail.

4] Despite all this inability highly advantaged people who oppose Our guidance due to their desire for dominating others by undermining them say, the Quran is only a human invented thing. He, the claimant to Our messengership, has invented it himself and people of other human populations have also helped him do that. The fact is, it is they who have put forth a false allegation because it is inconsistent with the self evident proof.

As explained already, the information the Quranic text contains is beyond invention of any human being no matter how creative and smart one is. It is this information that is sufficient to humble any highly learned person. The challenges put forth in the Quran can in no way be met by ignorant and arrogant fools who hardly have much knowledge to begin with to judge the contents of the Quran. Any highly learned person is wise enough to know that s/he cannot find cannot find any excuse to challenge the Quran therefore such people are humbled by the Quran.

5] Moreover they say, these are collections of invented stories about the human populations long passed which he has copied down from what is dictated to him day and night by some story tellers.

It is true that people do have their folklores about their origin and survival etc but that does not mean the Quranic texts are copied from there. After all the Quran does not claim to be the very first book from God instead it claims to be the very last book from God. So even in the folklores of people there is some truth and historical records are not that bad that they cannot be trusted at all if there was a criterion available to distinguish truth from the falsehood and that criterion is archaeological evidence as well as self evident facts and the sense one gets from the study of the revelation of Allah in light of self evident facts as explained in detail already. The ancient scriptures that still exist in the world among human populations have a lot of information in them which proves it has come from the originator of the universe so the question arises how did it get in there unless they copied it from the original books which Allah sent long ago? So people who think nothing in the ancient scriptures or history books is true need to re-examine their position because it is a very weak position to take.

6] Say, it is a verifiable fact that this Quran is revealed by Him Who knows and will make known to mankind as times goes on every little thing about all the galaxies in the universe including this galaxy and that is how He will provide blissful, dignified and secure existence for mankind through His blissful, dignifying and life securing program.

As the saying goes that proof of the pudding is in the eating, so the time will come when people will smarten up enough that they will rise to kind of life that has been promised in the Quran. Allah makes mankind aware of all thing by way of giving humanity brains, senses and body mechanisms. He repeatedly tells mankind to use them properly to explore and discover themselves and rest of the universal realities as well as his guidance. He did all this so that mankind could bring about a world in which they will love to live and work hard as a proper human community to manage it for their own good and see the work of God to appreciate his greatness or glory. This like statements in the Quran could not have come from human beings because people do not think that wide and deep even today. Most people die as they are born like animals and the rest, which is a huge majority of them live to plan to enslave each other and that is how far and deep they can think. The Quran invites mankind to thinking much beyond that and that is why the Quran cannot be proven as work of mankind. This has been explained already in detail.

7] Yet they say, what sort of messenger is he who partakes in daily tasks like any other ordinary human being and walks through the streets like any other human being for his household tasks? Why has there not been sent with him a supernatural being with supernatural powers so that he alerted mankind about the message forcefully along with the messenger?

In verses like these the opponents of prophets raise the question that if God wanted to talk to them then he should have done it through a supernatural being rather than an ordinary human being. The point made by the Quran is that it is not their decision to make how God does things but they have every right to question things the way God has done things to see if they are sensible or not. However, it is not proper for them to question God or raise objections without understanding what he is saying in the message. The main thing is, does the alleged divine message serve his stated purpose that God sent him for when the idea is properly examined? If what is said in the message makes no sense then it matters not who brought the message and likewise why should it matter who the messenger is when the message makes perfect sense under scrutiny? A postman delivers letters to people from other people and it matters not which colour or race the postman belongs to. So long as the postal system works and people get their letters through, that is the main thing that should matter. The rest is between the sender of the letter and the recipient of the letter. So people need to examine the Quran to see if it serves the purpose it is sent for or not. If it does then any irrelevant or nonsense objection matters not. If an idea does not work but it is said to be from God, does that make the idea the idea from God in its origin? No. All we humans need to know is whether the information contained within the message could be of human origin. If not then it has to be from the source that claims it ie God. This verse also makes clear which people are looking for a supernatural messenger or a messenger with supernatural powers ie miracles. It is the people who think they are smart and powerful. The question is why they say so? So that by this trick they could make fools of people and therefore keep their hold on them through silly tricks far as long as they can. A clear proof that the Quran explains things rationally and not miraculously or magically. A very strong slap on faces of all mullahs of all religions who equate deen of Islam with other religions. The Quran is a unique book of its kind in the world that no other book even comes close to it. Religious stuff if invented for fooling masses but the Quran wants to make people learn and think and thereby become proper human beings to do what is right properly.

8] Why has he not been given any treasure or any garden for living a great life by mean of that? Moreover these advantaged people who try to dominate each other by undermining each other therefore inflict each other with harms and destructions for personal gains at each other’s expense say to those who accept his message, you are only following a man who himself is influenced by magic.

Word KANZ is from root KAAF, NOON and ZAA. Concrete meaning of this root is collection of useful things in something. Also wealth buried in the ground in shape of raw materials, things the earth offers people to help them survive and prosper, things the universe offers mankind to live and grow, collection or gathering of things, hoarding of things, things that people collect or hold onto as treasures, gold or silver or animals or oil, petrol or grain or any other thing of value for people, treasure, wealth, buried treasure, natural resources, human labour, intellectual property, anything natural or manmade is called KANZ, things in abundance, prosperity, palm of the hand or something like the palm of the hand in some sense, tender, ease, kindness, compassion, something that makes life easy, cushion, shock absorber, tenderness, fish or something like a fish in some sense, smooth, fast moving, lively, weapon or something like a weapon in some sense, tool or something like a tool in some sense, instrument or something like an instrument in some sense, something that is useful as a tool or as an instrument or as a weapon, something that facilitates or helps do something etc etc.

Again a very strong slap on faces of mullahs who tell us messenger of Allah was influenced by magic. How stupid of such people who could talk this way about the messenger of Allah and yet claim they are his true followers. Here it is opponents of deen of Allah who claim the messenger of Allah is influenced by magic of their magicians. The Quran is totally against the idea of existence of supernatural beings or any existing beings having supernatural powers of any sort. It tells mankind repeatedly there is no God other than Allah and Allah has created this universe for a purpose and that purpose does not involve supernatural beings or any being having supernatural powers. This is why the Quran explains all things rationally and where possible on basis of available direct evidences. In verses like these Allah is simply telling us human beings what opponents of his guidance used to say to or about his messengers. They used to make silly demands and they used to say silly things about them but only for fooling masses. As for any messenger coming with treasures, Allah tells mankind it is all yours that I have created so all treasures in the universe belong to mankind for using them as told by the creator and provider. So all human beings are born with right to his provision and that is what society, politics and economics is all about. Humans are a family and God gave them the right of way as a family not as individuals, so all must make decisions for themselves as a proper human community or else as they please and face the consequences for acting upon their those harmful and destructive decisions they make for themselves as individuals. This is why Allah says in the Quran elsewhere that all community matters must be deciding by people as a community after consulting each other. Once community matters are decided then individual related matters must be decided within that framework and all will be fine because the Quran has provided humanity in this age all the necessary guidelines for the clearly set goals for human beings as a proper human community. This is why even if a single person is left without things of needs the human race is condemned by God and called worse than animals who do not use their God given brains and senses and other provided resources properly. So if people want respect then the very basic test for them to check themselves is that they must show they have brains and that they know how to use them properly for betterment of their own human family.

9] See what sort of nonsense objections they raise against you the messenger and the message! All this because they are lost in their self centred harmful and destructive ambitions and desires and do not want to know the way out of their this state of affairs.

10] Ever existing is He who has provided mankind with solid foundation in form of His guidance to follow faithfully as a proper human community along with all that is needed for blissful, dignified and secure existence of humanity, so if you the mankind will willingly and actively pursue His guidance faithfully then He will bestow upon you the mankind all that He has promised you such as kingdoms wherein things of your need and desire will flow like rivers as well as palaces.

Here the Quran tells mankind that if they properly studied the Quran and the universe and followed the provided guidance faithfully then the kind of life that has been promised in surah one will become a reality for them. However failing that will have its own consequences as have been made clear in the Quran. So it is up to people themselves as to what kind of life they wish to live, the blissful, dignified and secure life or a life of disgrace and debasement.

11] However instead of learning and doing things in light of Our guidance properly for bringing about blissful, dignified and secure existence period of time as soon as they can for mankind, some raise nonsense objections and make senseless excuses and thereby act to prevent coming about of the period of time which could give mankind blissful, dignified and secure existence but We have put in place measures for such people - who try to prevent coming about of the period of time which could give mankind blissful, dignified and secure existence - which deliver them results of their own harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other that make their lives a living hell.

Word SAEERAA is from root SEEN, AIN and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is intense painful suffering which results from lack of fulfilment of some need or desire. Also feeling of hunger or thirst that cannot be satisfied, an intense yearning or longing for something, insatiable craving or greed, something that consumes a person in some way, something that takes over a person, intense heat of actual fire or intense fire of hatred, to say something to someone that blows one away or destroys the person, to attack a person with intense hatred in order to damage a person or to utterly destroy him, hardship or difficulty, something very troublesome, something that makes life very difficult or hard or troublesome, intense poverty of things of need, a person overcome by intense hunger or thirst, roaring fire, to rain down arrows on someone, a person over taken by greed, to rise up to do something in state of intense anger, to declare war on someone or something due to intense anger or hatred, revolt, revolution, intense burning of fire, to kindle a fire, madness or insanity, to go mad over something, to fix a price, fatigue, distress, to become inflamed, to set alight, flaming or burning, shooting or firing, to initiate something for some reason, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, something painful like a toothache, tradition, rule of law, set limits or customs, eye or something like an eye in some sense, sore eye, something that brings tears to eyes, a painful situation, to keep an eye on something, to help or support someone in some sense, head or something like a head in some sense, headache, an intense situation or set of circumstances, chief, leadership, management, ruling elite, control centre, central nervous system, a network of things for some purpose etc etc.

As explained already ASSAAH is a period of time in which mankind will have blissful, dignified and secure existence throughout the world which Allah has promised mankind but it will come as a result of education based revolution by people themselves. However if people will not bother to learn things they are told to learn on revolutionary basis then set up natural systems and laws will gradually drive mankind along that path through various populations of people forcing each other to change but this will involve intense painful suffering and a lot of hard work and will take a very long period of time. This period of time will be full of bloody revolutions throughout the world. So people are told to save themselves from all this terribly painful suffering by listening to message of Allah and doing things that need to be done. In other words if people will not work towards their own well being then they will be consumed by fire of hatred between themselves and things will become so bad that mankind will have no choice but to accept the way of life advised by Allah. This situation of painful suffering of humanity is not here to last forever because people will eventually learn sense and come out of it with help of each other. However if they start sooner they will be much better off. It is because if mankind do not bring about education based revolutions then blood revolutions cannot be avoided.

12] It is because the advantaged see the coming of the time period of blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind as a farfetched idea or something impossible to happen therefore they adopt the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other whereby they act against each other therefore they will keep on seeing and hearing the raging and roaring of the period of bloody revolutions as warning signs long before it arrives in order to prepare people for its arrival.

Word TAGHAIYUZAA is from root GHAIN, YAA and ZWAA. Concrete meaning of this root is intense expressed or unexpressed anger. Also intense heat that makes one’s blood boil, rage, intense dislike for something, irritation, agitation, angry reaction to some unpleasant experience, restlessness, to make one angry, to cry due to anger, a feeling of helplessness, anger one feels when one is hurt by someone but cannot hurt back due to being a weak person, to infuriate, to enrage, to vex, to gall, wrath, ire, fury, to incense, to irritate, eye or something like an eye in some sense, to keep an eye on something, water spring, help or support, assistance, spring season, new beginning, hand or something like a hand in some sense, grip, control, reach, jurisdiction, landmark or something like a landmark in some sense, signpost, guide, mark, monument etc etc.

Word ZAFEERAA is from root ZAA, FAA and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is groaning under heavy burden. Also to exhale or pant, to wail, to roar, to sigh, to carry a heavy load, onset of a donkey’s bray, to express intense regret over something, to show extreme anger through shouting or loud talk, to be highly agitated, to show intense emotional outburst, to work hard, to breath heavily, to exhale forcefully, to feel oneself under heavy pressure, to make someone feel under heavy pressure, to put heavy pressure on something or someone, to sob, roaring of fire, to suffer a natural disaster, instrument or something like an instrument in some sense, tool, weapon, equipment, to be instrumental in some sense, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap or distance between two things, different between two points or things, to consume, to devour, to make use of, head or something like a head in some sense, leadership, ruling elite, management, a skin bag in which people carry fresh water from a water spring or well, things of need for a traveller, load or burden, sound or voice or noise etc etc.

Uprisings do not take place every day they take place after a long time because it takes a long time for harm and destruction to spread among people till victimisation reaches to its peak or tipping point when people react to all the atrocities that have been inflicted upon them by hands of each other and that they have woken up to the reality of what is really going on and who is making all this happen to them. That is how existing rulers, money lenders and mullahs are gotten rid of through bloody revolutions by turning things upside down. However if the change is only in form of rulers then after a long time same thing happens again and then again therefore the need for a universal system of ruling that is based upon proper rule of law and that people properly act upon it. This is where in comes the proposal by the Quran. The Quran gives mankind proper rule of law and if people understand and follow it properly then that will be the final revolution based upon education rather than bloodshed as usual that takes place due to rivalries and animosities people have towards each other due to terribly divided human populations that have no respect for God and humanity due to being ignorant and arrogant.

13] That is why when during the time periods of bloody uprisings the advantaged or privileged with harmful and destructive mindsets, attitudes and behaviours who stick together for purpose of using and abusing masses for their petty personal gains at their expense are collectively put through hell of their own making by their victims, they will there and then plead with them for their own annihilation.

Word DAIYIQAA is from root DWAAD, YAA and QAAF. Concrete meaning of this root is narrowness. Also hardship, difficulty, trouble, restriction, straitened, cramped or confined, anguished, poverty, lack of things of need, defective, imbalanced, to be in tight circumstances or in a tight situation, to be facing pressure from outside, to put or be under pressure, to act under duress, to put in a straitened condition, distress, something that contracts, to fail to accommodate, to collapse or cause to collapse, to breakdown or cause to breakdown under pressure, sadness, sorrow, a sorry state of existence, to be short of what is needed, to be defective or faulty or incomplete or broken, to decompose or disperse or scatter, to become limited in means of existence, plant or something like plant in some sense, essence, extract, juice, to squeeze the life out of something, to withdraw support, hand or something like a hand in some sense, grip, reach, power, jurisdiction, monkey or something like a monkey in some sense, agile, clever, something that hangs onto something in some way, to imitate, to copy, to be mischievous, to try to deceive someone or something, to trick etc etc.

Word SUBOORAA is from root SAA, BAA and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is obstruction. Also something that causes something to stop in some sense, to place a restriction upon something in some way for some reason, to stop something from existence or doing something, to destroy, to cause to perish, to annihilate, to destroy completely, to defeat decisively, to reduce to nonexistence, to extinguish, to exterminate, to obliterate, to stop something from carrying on with something, to make something stop living or growing or progressing or developing, to prevent something from getting its nourishment for survival and growth, to restrict means of livelihood of something, to pass a sentence on a convicted criminal after conviction, to prevent one from having a blissful or dignified or secure existence, a place where camels are slaughtered, slaughterhouse, a place where massacre takes place, a place where animals are butchered, an abattoir, to take away one’s freedom, to become defeated, to accept defeat, to overcome, catastrophe, disaster, to suffer upheaval, a person who lacks intelligence, a person of unsound mind, continuous or persistent destruction, deprived or debarred, to hinder, to prevent, to ruin or be ruined, to be vanquished, to be transfixed, to be detained, to persist, to be doomed, to be diligent, the one who is lost, womb or something like a womb in some sense, basket, container, chest, coffin, house or something like a house in some sense, family, support, following, household, shelter, sanctuary, rule of law, constitution, tradition, tribe, society, community, head or something like a head in some sense, management, command and control centre, top part or section of something, ruling elite, top of the mountain or hill or tower, depression, anxiety, worry, conspiracy, scheme, plot, plan etc etc.

This verse tells mankind to open their eyes and look at rulers, money lenders and mullahs among them and see how they have joined hands to use and abuse masses by using their tricks and mechanisms. The day masses become aware of all this that period of time will be very painful for rulers, money lenders, mullahs, their touts and supporters. It is because revengeful people do terrible things to those who victimise them once it is their turn to show what they can do to people they can get their hands on. The cycle of violence therefore comes full circle and unless this cycle of violence is broken by mankind through helping each other via proper education the world cannot become stable as people wish it to be. This is why the message of the Quran is of such vital importance because it can help people come together on a solid foundation it provides.

14] However they will be told by those who were victimised by them, don’t plead with us today for your annihilation just for once for the harms and destructions that you inflicted upon us for a very long time rather keep on living through many very painful near death experiences or real death threats.

Whenever any person is victimised by anyone, one naturally wishes for death to escape painful suffering when all else fails for the victim. However when it is turn of victim to exact his revenge the victimiser who becomes the new victim also does the same because there is limit to what one can put up with. It works in favour of victimiser to keep on increasing his punishment on his victim. It shows how human beings turn worse than animals towards each other if people must go down that road. Each coming period of time will therefore become more and more painful and destructive for humanity. This is why going down that road is not the right way to think or do. It is therefore better for mankind to try to move people away from cycle of painful suffering, death and destruction otherwise there is no end in sight for all this carry on. This verse also makes clear that the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other can only offer a kind of privileged life that is constantly under threat of death by all enemies of a person. So the Quran tells people to compare the two ways of lives. One that is advised by Allah which offers blissful, dignified and secure existence for all people because each person lives for others so there is no threat of any kind to any person as already explained in detail. The other way of life is based upon personal gains at the expense of each other which by its very nature leads to fractures and divisions and rivalries and animosities and therefore each person becomes a threat for the other if not one way then the other way so all people are then living under threat by all the rest of people. This is how the Quran shows why one life is like living in paradise and the other like living in hell as already explained in detail. So no wonder why this surah is named AL-FURQAAN ie because it explains the advantages and disadvantages of each of the ways of life people can choose to live by.

15] At the time of bloody uprisings when the advantaged are put through hell by their victims the advantaged will be asked by Our missionaries, which is better, this life in hell that you have brought upon yourselves or the secure life in the blissful and dignified kingdom of God that was promised to those consistent with program, constitution and law of Allah for ensuring the well being of mankind? Obviously having secure life in blissful and dignified kingdom that is highly rewarding should be the foundational goal of mankind always.

16] For them upon entering therein there will be all they will desire. The responsibility of fulfilling that promise rests upon set-up systems and laws of your Creator and Sustainer for which they are bound.

Here the Quran tells mankind what their minimum goal should be ie to bring about a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind. Without having such a kingdom people cannot have blissful, dignified and secure existence to go for higher goals stated in the Quran for humanity elsewhere. These verses deliver slap after slap on faces of mullahs due to their such terrible ignorance and stupidity which they attribute to the Quran. The same goes for all others who claim to be educated yet take the Quran as a book full of nonsense ie the scientists and philosophers etc.

17] So a period of time is coming when set-up systems and laws of Allah along with His missionaries will bring together opponents of His guidance from among masses and those whom they take for rulers other than Allah under His rule of law then Our missionaries will ask the fake claimants of sovereignty in Our kingdom of the universe, have you led away from My guidance these people who followed you or were they led away from My advised way of life all by themselves?

18] Moreover Our missionaries will testify in Our name before these fake rulers at the time saying, we told these people that sovereignty of this universe only belongs to You, the God alone and that it is not fitting for us human beings that we take rulers other than You however as we see the situation of these people it seems to us that when You left these people and their forefathers on their own due to their opposition to Your guidance, they used and abused each other for enjoying petty personal gains at the expense of each other and that is how their disregard for Your advised way of life brought them to this state of existence that they turned themselves into such a worthless people.

Word BOORAA is from root BAA, WOW and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is a piece of land that is not fit for agriculture or plantation. Also a wasteland, barren or infertile piece of land, a desert, a rocky piece of land that cannot be used for farming, an ignorant or an illiterate person, an uncultivated land or uncivilised person, a useless or unproductive person, an uncultured or untrained person, a person lacking manners or skills, a Bedouin, a villager, something that does not accept change, something that cannot be moved or motivated or inspired, something dead, something that remains put, a loser, an unsuccessful person, a merchandise that no one wants because it serves no need or purpose there it is useless, a business in which there is no profit but only loss, a people who are doomed or heading for self destruction, a woman with whom no man is interested for marriage, to bring a caravan full of merchandise to such a market place where there is no buyer for that sort of merchandise, a useless plot or scheme or plan or design, to land one’s people in such a place where no one is bothered to know anything about anything, a foreseen place or people, waste or reject, refuse, to dwell on something permanently, to be corrupt or stagnant, to be lazy or idle or idol, to test, to put through a trial or struggle, to perish, to fall or decline or demise, to meet with bad end, to come to nothing, to be unprofitable, utter loss, ruined or condemned, house or something like a house in some sense, family or following or support, a house that is in ruins, sanctuary, shelter, shield or covering, hook or something like a hook in some sense, something twisted or bent or deceptive, something that hooks onto something for some purpose, head or something like a head in some sense, command and control centre, central nervous system, ruling elite, top part of section of something, management etc etc.

These verses make clear what is happening and why it is happening and what is to happen and why it will happen between the two opposing parties ie the party of Allah and the party of those who oppose his advised way of life. These like verses tell us about coming about of an Islamic state or a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah and that will happen once people have had their revolutions and they fail to address their main concerns. Fed up with all steps they will have taken against each other, most people will then turn to guidance of Allah and establish a kingdom in the name of God in the world. This kingdom will then address all allegations and all concerns of humanity in due course. The main reason why people move away from the way of life advised by Allah is because rulers, money lenders and mullahs keep telling people that men truly sent by God with his messages were a fraud or that they attributed all the nonsense to them which was unacceptable in light of logical consistency. These like verses also tell that missionaries of Allah will succeed in explaining everything in the end and that way prove these people liars, cheaters and manipulators of truth and masses for use and abuse. It should be noted at this point that when the Quran talks about God asking questions and answering question as if directly, it is actually administration of the kingdom of God that is put in place by people of proper human community that acts on behalf of God. It is a case like that of a lawyer representing another person’s case. The reason such people can do that on behalf of God is because these people will know the book of God properly as a proper human community. In the Quran God says, O prophet, when my people ask about me tell them I am near etc etc. What it means is that the Quran has all the answers to all the questions worthy of answers by all people for ever. This is how prayers of people are answered by God according to the Quran. This is how people who have the knowledge of the Quran can fight on behalf of God. This is why nonsense of mullahs in the name of God should never be accepted instead people should learn the Quran by themselves by educating themselves as already explained in detail. The same is true in case of people who raise objections against the Quran who hardly know anything about it. They too are like mullahs that is why as mullahs attribute nonsense to the Quran so they raise their objections against mullahs nonsense thinking they are actually raising objections against the Quran, which they have never bothered to understand properly to begin with.

19] That is how those whom you take for your rulers other than Allah deny you their followers the access to way of life advised by Allah through what you are told by them according to your own claims therefore you cannot escape nor get any help because whichever people inflict harms and destructions upon each other for personal gains at the expense of each other must experience grave consequences of their own such thoughts and actions against each other for as long as they carry on that way.

Word SARFAA is from root SWAAD, RAA and FAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to change something. Also to cause changes in something, to replace something with another thing, to evade or avoid something, to cause an arrow to move away from its intended target, to cause the arrow to miss its target, to escape arrest or prison, to cause change in direction or goal of something, to move something away from something in some sense, to escape accusation or conviction, to move oneself away from something, to escape or avoid danger, to escape or avoid being caught, to survive an attempt on one’s life, to turn back, to return, to make a messenger go back to where he came from, to cause winds to change directions, to muddle up affairs, to take one thing for another, a reference point, a place that is visited often, silver or silverware, a place where change occurs, to redirect winds, money changer, to explain something in various ways, to explain something in different places in a treatise or in a large piece of writing, to repeat something for different reasons or purposes, to have control over something in some sense, to have power over something, to have something within one’s reach or jurisdiction, to have authority over something, to save something from something in some sense, to shelter or cover or protect something from something, to shield something from something, to divert or avert, to repel, to cause to turn, to cause to shift, to change state or condition of something, to dissuade, to dismiss, to creak or grate, to exchange, to turn away, to direct towards, to divert away, to expedite, to explain, to arrange, to leave, to go away, to depart, to manipulate, to take the matter in hand, to manage, to take away, to abate, to die down, to settle down, something to turn to, plant or something like a plant in some sense, essence, extract, to squeeze life out of something, to demotivate, to calm down, to be fixed in place and keep growing or spreading, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, control centre, ruling elite, management, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, rumour, false accusation, to blow, gap, distance between two things or some sort of difference between two points etc etc.

Rulers, money lenders and mullahs promise heaven to masses through their touts and supporters and people at large largely being ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained, unskilled and unable to think better for themselves end up being deceived by tricks of the trade of these people who use such mechanisms to trap unsuspecting innocent simple minded people. Once these predators take hold of such people then escape is not easy for their victims. People are supposed to learn and do things sensibly but most do not however things do happen in the world, which do provide mankind with opportunities every now and again to escape such situations this why we see world teh way it is today. The main problem is that most of the people do not want to be free because that means one becoming responsible for oneself and that is what most people do not want ie they try to avoid the very idea of self reliance. Freedom is something not yet understood by humanity in general because it means freedom from use and abuse by oneself as well as by others. People who are rich and powerful have no freedom because they are slaves to power and riches so at all times they are worried about next gain or loss and likewise those whom they control through power and riches are not free either. Till mankind understand what real freedom is, things will remain as they are and only change a little bit ie as much as people wish to change them. In other words only that much change is possible with which people are comfortable. This is why freedom or change is more about psychological conditioning of peoples’ minds. This is why unless guidance of Allah is first understood properly with satisfaction of mind one cannot feel comfortable with deen of Allah and once one knows for sure the Quran is true guidance from Allah then one has no problem in working for it because from deep within oneself one feels the urge to let it be known to others. This is why once people become satisfied and help each other know the message of Allah then it is only a matter of people coming together to bring about the kind of human community that the Quran wants people to bring about. This verse also explains what is meant by Allah punishing people for their crimes against each other. Also what is meant by everlasting punishment ie for so long as people continue to live a certain way that is harmful and destructive for them. No where the Quran tells people to fear Allah but instead it tells mankind to fear the consequences that what is going to happen in the world if people will carry on doing wrong to each other. Stupidity of mullahs is very much obvious throughout their nonsense interpretations of the Quran. Their translations of the Quran are full of stupidities and absurdities. No wonder the world hates the Quran and so called its followers. Reading those nonsense explanations of the Quran one cannot escape the thought that God of the Quran is a lunatic, a tyrant or a sadistic being. With followers like these the Quran needs no enemies. No wonder mullahs and madrassas are heavily funded by rulers and money lenders be they claimant of deen of Islam or nonMuslims to keep mullahs in business who in turn keep their system of governance going.

20] The fact is, We never sent any messenger before you who was not an ordinary human being who did not partake in daily activities or walked through streets for fulfilling his household responsibilities. The truth is, We put you through struggle basically for blissful, dignified and secure existence by means of each other so both of you people the advantaged and the disadvantaged must work together as a proper human community to accomplish your goal, so will you be steadfast in your struggle for that end? That is why your Creator and Sustainer is helping you see things the way He has explained them for you.

Word YAKULOON is from root ALIF, KAAF and LAAM. Concrete meaning of this root is to chew a piece of food properly and then swallow it. Also to work hard at trying to understand something, to make proper effort to understand something, to think something through thoroughly, to make proper use of something, to partake or participate in something in some way, to eat, to consume, to devour, food, yield, morsel, to erode, to become enraged, to feed, to graze, pasture, to appropriate something, to put something right, to squander, to waste away, to charge, to exact wages for one’s work, to get compensation for a victim of some trouble by someone, to annex, to accept something for one’s use, to be greedy, that which is eaten, grazed, cropped, gnawed, devoured, consumed, used, something that has been done, an animal eaten by a predator, something that has disintegrated or has become decomposed, something broken into bits, something chewed, intelligence, opinion, prosperity, abundance, to take something, something that gradually reduces, stick or something like a stick in some sense, power, authority, God, bull, strength, palm of hand or something like a palm of a hand in some sense, tender, compassionate, kind, soft, shock absorber, cushioning affect, ox-goad or something like an ox-goad in some sense, spear, something that motivates or inspires or encourages or urges something to do something etc etc.

Word TA-AAM is from root TWAA, AIN and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is things that living things eat for food to stay alive. Also food for thought, something useful for doing something, wheat, bread, grain, grass, fruit, vegetable, livelihood, to taste, something that provides nourishment for a living body to remain alive and grow, something useful for some purpose, something consumable, to partake or participate in something in some way, to find something palatable, to eat, to consume, to give food to someone, to provide for, to keep, to use, to have enough of something, to provide with hospitality, to get fed up with something, to get annoyed or angry with something or someone, to have stomachful of something, a rich or wealthy person, someone who has plenty of wealth or useful things, to have power over something in some sense, provision, sustenance, landmark or something like a landmark in some sense, signpost, guide, something high and visible from a distance, mark, eye or something like an eye in some sense, water spring, tears, to keep an eye on something, help or support, spring season, water or something like water in some sense, energy, something life giving or inspiring or motivating, something that runs quietly and smoothly, revelation of God etc etc.

Word YAMSHOON is from root MEEM, SHEEN and YAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to intentionally move from one place to another for some reason. Also to shift from one place to another, to leave one place with intention to settle in another place, to find one’s way to one’s intended goal, to find guidance, camels, goats, cows, cattle, plentiful, abundance, prosperity, to grow, to make progress, to go, to proceed, to advance, to walk, to prosper, to multiply, to spread slanderous rumours, to move or walk on foot, a women who has a lot of children, a fertile female, to expand or extend, to move, to increase, accumulation, a person who spreads gossip, backbiter, to go about one’s business, to move about, to go on, to go about constantly, to follow a routine, to be consistent in doing something, water or something like water in some sense, something life giving or motivational, revelation of God, something that energises something in some way, to inspire, to urge, to encourage, to give courage, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, a loose tooth, something unstable or agitated, to suffer from anxiety or depression, tradition, rule of law, hand or something like a hand in some sense, reach, jurisdiction, control, grip, to have something in one’s possession etc etc.

The problem with masses who oppose divine messengers and the message through them is that they have been misled by their leading people whom they follow as their rulers to think a divine messenger cannot be other than a person in human form but with supernatural powers who could do anything at any time. Therefore unless they are de-indoctrinated and educated properly to think properly, they are a lost case. The leaders are self centred and live on basis of personal gains so why should they give up the position and power that comes with it unless one day things reach the bottom and they have no escape? So this nonsense will carry on till mankind become better educated to see through each other. It is just as wrong to take a human being and raise him to status of a God as taking a human being down to status of animals and even lower. As explained already elsewhere people need to be very careful with verses like these which use same words in different contexts. Word MALAK when used by opponents of the message has very different meanings than when it is used by God. They take it to mean supernatural being with supernatural powers but God means ordinary people who fulfil his mission or manage things in divine kingdom as told by him etc. Mullahs make serious mistakes when they take same word to mean same thing throughout the Quran. The use of any word in the Quran is not necessarily same. Each Surah has its own context and that is wherein each word has to fit in before it could be taken to mean same in other places. This does not mean that same word has to have different meaning in each place it is used but it is possible that the same word has same meaning in more than one place but not necessarily in all places it is used in. Grammatical rules do not apply to Quranic text because they are supposed to be derived from the proper understanding of the Quranic text. If people could not make proper sense of a surah of the Quran to begin with then how could they derive proper grammatical rules from that text? The meanings in Arabic language are attached to roots as concepts based upon reasons from which words are derived. The words are then derived to be used as nouns and verbs or subjects and objects etc etc. Therefore roots could have many different concepts attached to them but any meanings are subject to intentions of the users what they wish to convey for others to understand. God wants mankind to understand words in context of his intention and others want to convey what they intend respectively. This is why when God talks about MALAAIKAH it means different from what opponents of divine message wish to convey through use of the very same word in order to deceive each other.

21] Yet those who do not want to meet Our set out vision for humanity by bringing themselves up to Our required standard say, why have there not been sent to us as messengers by Allah supernatural beings or such people as have supernatural powers or why is it that we cannot see Our Creator and Sustainer in person? Certainly such people have taken over their people for using them abusively instead of working with them for the same end goal that is why they have stood up against Our guidance in such a big way which explains for them Our purpose for creating them.

Allah has explained in the Quran everything for those who educate themselves so they know what the Quran is about but those who have not learned sense make all sorts of excuses to avoid learning and doing things that ensure well being of mankind as a proper human community. However, as ignorance based arrogant act irrationally against the mankind and thereby invite reaction they are going to end up in a sorry state of affairs due to their own ignorance based arrogance.

22] The fact is the day when they will see Our missionaries in action, it will not be a time of joy for these people who commit crimes against humanity rather they will wish there was some sort of indestructible barrier between Our missionaries and them.

Here word MALAK is used for reactionary forces that will confront those who refuse to see sense through rational arguments and self evident realities on the ground ie when people use and abuse each other using social, political, economic and religious set-ups, systems, structures, procedures and practices they become very much obvious and the reactions do come about over a period of time. When such reactions do happen, things turn really ugly before they get better. As explained already, if people do not live by advice of Allah then they are left on their own devices so they are given level playing field to sort things out between themselves as they wish or as they can even by way of using force. If people will not live by civilised rules based upon wisdom of God then such people are categorised as worse than animals so they need to be brought under control in order to save humanity from their harmful and destructive mindsets, attitudes and behaviours. It is all about controlling antisocial elements in a proper human community. If some people believe that they have right to use and abuse others then their victims also have similar right to react the way it suits them. Rules of game are put aside if that is how either side of the players wishes to play the game. This is why if one side plays it dirty then the other has no choice but to take appropriate measures to contain or limit the harm and destruction.

23] This is how We will confront their harmful and destructive actions which they carry out against humanity and that is how We will render them ineffective like loose particles of dust that are blown away.

Word HABAA is from root HAA, BAA and WOW. Concrete meaning of this root is fine dust particles floating in the air. Also particles of dust that are visible in the sunlight, loose particles of dust, mote, dust cloud, to swagger, to walk with conceit, to dissolve into nothing, to vanish into nothing, vain effort, to become nothing, to become ineffective, to have no influence, to become worthless or useless, to vanish into thin air, to become insignificant, to become utterly powerless, to become dust, to lose one’s respect, to have no respect or self worth, to be mentally or physically insecure, to become infirm or unstable, to become weak or insecure, to float about, to have no firm foundation, to be like smoke, the dust that flies in the air due to feet of horse when it is running, to have nothing, to be empty handed, dust that falls into the grave, words or actions that have no worthwhile outcome, window or something like a window in some sense, window of opportunity, a way into something, ways and means, formula, technique, trick, a way of doing something, house or something like a house in some sense, family, support, following, shelter, sanctuary, rule of law, tradition, chamber, room, space, capacity, hook or something like a hook in some sense, crooked, twisted, bent, deceptive, something that hooks onto something, something that has link to something, relationship, something that gives false impression about something etc etc.

Word MANSOORAA is from root NOON, SAA and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to decompose and scatter something. Also to breakdown something into pieces and disperse it, to disperse something already gathered in one place, to cause fractures or breaks in something and let it become scattered, to let something break away and disperse, to find out a secret and spread it, to become aware of some confidential information and spread it, to be talkative, to talk too much, to boast, to be full of hot air, to be full of nonsense, to talk nonsense, a weak person who is worthless, a palm tree from which dates are fallen down well before they ripen, a person who has nothing worthwhile to say, to make one remain unsuccessful in accomplishing one’s objective, to hold one back from accomplishing one’s goal or fulfilling one’s desire, the one who has nothing to say or do that is constructive or helpful, something useless or worthless, something not worth paying attention to, something that fails to catch attention of someone, something worth ignoring, to strew, to sprinkle, spillage, waste, to go in different directions, to be confused, to have no sense of direction or purpose, to have no goal worth pursuing, someone clueless about something, fish or something like a fish in some sense, smooth, agile, fast moving, deceptive, pretender, boaster, vain talker, imposter, womb or something like a womb in some sense, basket, chest, container, coffin, head or something like a head in some sense, madness, insanity, confusion, lack of clarity, management, ruling elite, top part or section of something etc etc.

24] In contrast people working for blissful, dignified and secure life providing kingdom based upon guidance of Allah make a beautiful choice and that is why they are going to end up have a beautiful place to live in.

25] Moreover the day the new beginning bursts through in the world for secure existence of mankind the missionaries for mission of Allah will appear properly organised and fully regulated.

26] The kingdom of the universe on that day will become based upon true guidance of the Master of the universe in actual reality and that is the day that will make existence of those who oppose way of life advised by Him impossible.

27] Therefore on that day the group of those who inflict harms and destructions upon each other for personal gains at the expense of proper human community will bite its hands in regretful rage saying, Oh! I wish I had supported the struggle for establishment of the way of life advised by Allah along with the messenger!

28] Oh! I wish I had never chosen so-and-so for my leadership.

29] He was indeed the one who led me away from the message of Allah after it had been brought to my attention. The harmful and destructive leadership is ever deceptive and treacherous for the masses.

30] That is why Our messenger complaint, O my Creator and Sustainer! my people to whom you have sent me are bent upon neglecting the message of this Quran and drowning it through their false propagandas against it.

Word MAHJOORAA is from root HAA, JEEM and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to separate something from something in some sense for some reason. Also to isolate or cut off, to move or shift, to leave or abandon, to evade or avoid, to emigrate or migrate, to restrict or limit, to imprison or confine, to tie or bind, to move away or to distance, to talk nonsense or act senselessly, to string up an animal in such a way that the pace at which it walks is controlled by the length of strings attached to it or it is tied with, to bootstrap, to create a feedback loop of some sort, to shift ideologically or physically, to depart or go away, to suppress, to try to make something ineffective, to drown a voice in the noise, to keep on moving towards a goal, to keep on struggling for establishing or accomplishing something, to keep on moving in the direction of something, to keep the goal in focus, to keep eyes on the goal, window or something like a window in some sense, window of opportunity, a way through to something, ways and means, a way towards understanding something, a way of doing something, a formula or a technique or trick, mechanism, camel or something like a camel in some sense, something beautiful or durable or long, beast of burden, something which can provide foundation for something, something not irritated easily, head or something like a head in some sense, to change one’s mind, to manage something, to control something, leadership, headache, something painful or requiring hard work etc etc.

It has been always the case with all the prophets that when Allah revealed to them his program, constitution and law for guidance of people their opponents in position of leadership spread false information about it in order to confuse masses about it eg they said it was invented by the claimant of prophet-hood himself or was copied by him and his helpers of other scriptures or is just full of false stories about the people in the past etc etc. This is what is happening even today that nonMuslims talk a lot of nonsense about the Quran without ever reading it for the purpose of its proper understanding. The same is true about a huge number of people who say they are followers of the Quran. They never study the Quran in their entire lives for understanding it properly instead they follow whatever nonsense they are told about the Quran by their mullahs. So there is no end to sectarian warfare among so called followers of the Quran. Falsehood is falsehood no matter wherever it comes from and as people spread more of it in the name of God or against it, it slows down process of proper study of the Quran. This acts as a much bigger obstacle in the way of getting to know the Quran than people realise. It becomes a case of not letting the book have the freedom to work the way it should. This is why word HAJOORAA is used because it means to tie head and legs of an animals with strings in such a way that the animal cannot move freely as it should instead its movement is controlled by way of this mechanism. This verse does not mean the prophet is complaining about his true followers to God that they are avoiding following the Quran rather he is complaining about all such people who in any way put obstacles in the way of proper understanding of the Quran be it in the very name of God or in the name of polytheism or even atheism. The case of people who claim to be his followers but are not his followers in actual fact is different because they are MUNAAFIQEEN in the context of the Quran. There are people who say they accept the message of the Quran yet they are bothered not with proper understanding of it so that they could carry out its program as a mission appropriately. If people do not make progress on the implementation of this program then all their other efforts no matter how good they are remain unfulfilled because only progressing towards the end goal can show what ummah has done for the program they have been given to implement. So long as ummah does not do much to show it worth, whatever credits it claims will always speak for itself. So Muslims need to think about it and seriously if they mean what they say. The message of the Quran is mainly held back by Muslims themselves due to not knowing what the Quranic actually says therefore they cannot implement it as they should. This is why we find the world in the state that it is in.

31] That is how We saw opponents rising against every messenger We sent from among those who commit crimes against humanity, however sufficient is guidance of your Creator and Sustainer in getting His message through to mankind and to help them thereby out of their all problems if they understand it properly and follow it faithfully.

32] Yet those who oppose Our program say, why is the Quranic program not implemented for him all at once? The reason for manifesting it stage by stage is so that that way We give you the mankind the time needed to prepare yourselves for its implementation.

Word NUZZIL not only means reveal, sent, manifest but make something a reality as well or bring something into the open or out of hiding. This verse is not about revelation of the Quran but manifestation of the program in reality. The objection of opponent is not about revelation of the Quran but its program about which they are told. Just as they are told that if you do not stop living the way you are then one day you are going to end up in a very serious trouble so they are told that when the Quranic program is implemented the troubles of humanity will be over, so they are saying then what is stopping the Quranic program from becoming a reality when Allah is all prevailing? They are told that Allah has put in place systems and laws for a set purpose so all things happen as planned and through those who are suppose to carry them out. Since in divine scheme of things only providing guidance and necessities is up to God and the rest falls upon human shoulders so go ahead and do it sooner or later as you want. The point made is that rather than asking nonsense questions, why not try and find out what the program is about and why it is the way it is so that you could see it for what it is and what for and get on with implementing it to make it a reality? When it comes to that most people leave this program aside because it is very demanding so they do as they think fit for themselves therefore consequences of what they do are brought face to face to them to see for themselves what they have done. The stage by stage work involves various steps eg to begin with getting to know the program then helping others who are willing to learn it and once enough people have learned it and agree with it therefore come together to implement it it will become a reality. So long as people do not work on it step by step in an organised and regulated way and in an orderly manner, nothing can happen. Mullahs need to realise it if they are really interested in implementation of Quranic program but most of them are only interested in deceiving masses for petty personal gains at their expense. This is why they have no idea what the Quran is about and how can it be implemented. This is why they have become pets of rulers and money lenders which shows they lack the ability to be leaders otherwise it is they who will have been in the lead. That at least will have shown they are cleverest of all other deceivers of mankind even if they had no idea what the Quran was all about and even if they were even less aware about role of the Hadith and the Fiqh in Islam.

33] So no matter whatever way of life the opponents of Our advised way of life propose to you the mankind to adopt, We will make obvious for you in due course that We have brought to you the beautifully balanced and properly founded way of life that is made absolutely distinct for you for leading you to blissful, dignified and secure existence.

All the ways of life people have implemented so far have proven themselves to be flawed for purpose of unity and life of prosperity and dignity for mankind other than the way of life that was implemented by the divine messengers. The Quran is record of that way of life and it could be examined how it could be made to work if people are really interested in its implementation. But as we can see in the real world, people just want to live any way they can because they are not bothered with dignified life for mankind. This is why the world is the way it has been made by human beings themselves. If they do not like it and want to change it then they need to work for it otherwise they can wait for change for the better all their lives as did the people before them.

34] Those who despite becoming aware of Our guidance for a way of life that can lead mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence still gather upon different ways of life based upon foundation of personal gains at the expense of each other that lead them to life of hell, such people will be dragged into terrible painful suffering by each other which is a terrible state of existence to be in because any such way of life is full of wrong ideas that lead humanity away from life of blissful, dignified and secure existence.

35] That is the reason We gave Moses Our book for informing people about Our program, constitution and law and We commanded his brother Aaron to support him

36] and We said to both of them, go both of you to a people in Egypt, the advantaged people of whom deny their disadvantaged people the right to Our provisions. However those people opposed Our advised way of life put to them by Our messengers and continued living by way of life they invented and adopted by themselves and as a result We let them destroy each other to their utter destruction.

37] Likewise opposed Our advised way of life people of Noah which Our messenger put to them so in due course We caught them ruining each other therefore we pointed them out to human populations to come as a lesson not to follow the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other because We have put in place measures for those who inflict harms and destructions upon each other for personal gains which lead such people into terribly painful existence and utter destruction.

38] The human populations by names of Aad and Thamud were also destroyed by themselves and so were the dwellers of Al-Rass as well as many generations in between them.

Word RASS is from root RAA, SEEN and SEEN. Concrete meaning of this root is to dig a ditch and keep deepening it and widening it for some purpose. Also to invent something and then keep expanding it and publicising it extensively, to forge a lie and then keep stretching it and spreading, to bring about reconciliation, to mend, the onset of fever, to be firmly fixed, to be well established, to take root firmly, a sign, a wise person, an old or ancient well, to dig a well, to spread rumours, to bury, to bury the dead body after death, to begin or initiate or invent something, the starting or beginning of an illness or a trouble, the tiny bit of essence of something, to try to cause divisions among a people and then keep on spreading them so that reconciliation between them becomes difficult or impossible, to create animosity, to freeze, to solidify, to become solid, to stop, to bury the hatchet, to end hostilities, a people who have only a tiny bit of the original message of God with them, a people who have gone astray, a misguided people or those who misguide others, head or something like a head in some sense, to go ahead, to follow a particular direction or goal, to spearhead a campaign or movement, to manage, to control, top part or section of something, ruling elite, political or religious authority, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, tradition, rule of law, custom etc etc.

39] We informed each of them regarding consequences for following personal gains based way of life at the expense of each other in opposition to Our advised way of life by citing examples of those who were destroyed before them by hands of each other, even then they opposed Our guidance, so We left each of them to themselves and they destroyed themselves out of existence due to following their own invented and adopted ways of life.

These verses clearly explain why God sent his messages and messengers and what people did to those messages and messengers and what happened after that. A clear proof that no way of life other than the way of life advised by Allah can lead mankind to life of blissful, dignified and secure existence as a proper human community. Nowhere in the Quran Allah claims that he destroyed anyone for his sins, if anything he tried again and again to tell people not to follow ways of life that lead to painful suffering and ultimately to destruction. If we examine the ways of life people live by even on the paper, the flaws clearly show up just as examining the way of life advised by God shows that it is a way of life that can lead humanity to blissful, dignified and secure existence but only if it is properly understood by people and followed faithfully by them. However, seldom mankind do this for themselves and that is why most of them still remain worse than animals even today otherwise our world could have been in a much better state of existence than it is.

40] These people of yours who have passed by that town or kingdom which was destroyed by a fatal rain of troubles and problems between its people, have they not carefully observed its ruins and wisely reflected upon them to learn some useful lessons as to how not to live their lives? But the fact is, they do not carefully observe things nor wisely reflect upon the idea of how nations rise from the ashes to a new beginning.

41] This is why when they see you, they scoff at you saying to each other for a laugh, is this the man whom Allah has sent as a messenger?

It was always behaviour of the advantaged opponents of way of life advised by Allah to ridicule those who tried to educate them out of their ignorance based arrogance and that remained the case till such people were taken over by their own thoughts and actions against each other and ended up utterly destroyed. It is not only the rulers, money lenders and mullahs who are harmful and destructive but their touts and supporters are even worse because if they did not promoted them they will find to place in human society.

42] Had we not stood firmly upon our tradition, he could have misled us about our rulers. However in due course when they will face the terribly painful results of their own thoughts and actions against each other due to these rulers they will find out who in actual fact went off the track of properly balanced and firmly founded way of life that can lead mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence.

43] Have you the follower of this message come across a person who is ruled by his/her ambitions and desires that are harmful and destructive for mankind? Could you be an advocate for a way of life of such like person?

44] Or do you think that most of such like people are sensible enough to heed the message or have enabled themselves to understand it? These people are just like stray animals or even further away from the properly balanced and firmly founded way of life that can lead mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence than stray animals from their path.

Only those people think about things that really matter in life who are self aware and aware of universal realities. That is why they look for guidance of their creator and sustainers and when they find it they stick to it. All other people are low life because they have not raised themselves to higher level of thinking by becoming literate, educated, trained, skilled and thoughtful.

45] Have you not carefully observed and wisely reflected upon the fact how your Creator and Sustainer gradually increases your influence in the world? If it is His plan, He will keep on increasing it constantly and consistently. Moreover we draw your attention to the sun and the phenomenon of the shadow as a demonstration of it.

46] Likewise we set the pace for increase in your influence naturally by way of gradual steps.

Here the Quran is telling mankind that even if no one worked for deen of Islam, it will still become an established reality gradually by actions and reactions of people themselves for their own reasons. A clear challenge for mankind to fight off deen of Islam anyway they want and see if they can hold it back from increasing its influence over humanity. The Quran explains how Allah has set-up systems and laws to get his way eventually. So it is better that people instead of fighting against deen of Islam adopt it and save themselves from a lot of unnecessary troubles and painful suffering as explained in detail already. It is impossible for mankind to fight and win against deen of Islam in any way. If people try to stop it from increasing one way they end up doing things another way which also furthers cause of deen of Islam so all ploting, conspiring, scheming and planning against deen of islam always fails and more and more people fall under influence of deen of Islam as time goes on.

47] Moreover He is the One Who has made the night a mantle for you to sleep and rest, and made the day to rise up to get on with daily life.

48] He is the One Who sends the winds as heralds announcing His blessings in form of prosperity whereby We send down pure water from the heaven,

49] so that with it We may give life to a dead land and quench thirst of countless animals and human beings that We have evolved.

50] We have distributed all things among all of the mankind so that thereby they manifest Our advised way of life yet most of the people refuse to use things provided for them properly for the purpose they are given to them.

Just a reminder that these verses have complementary parallel meanings as already explained.

51] Had We planned We could have sent Our prophetic messengers in each and every habited place regardless of size of its population but We only planned and sent a warner to each and every kingdom or a major township,

52] Therefore you the followers of Our this guidance must never surrender to the way of life the opponents of Our advised way of life propose instead put up a great struggle using this Quran for educating people out of their ignorance,

Here the Quran itself uses word JIHAAD and this JIHAAD is to be carried out through use of the Quran. This surah even according to mullahs was revealed in Makkah before the prophet shifted to Madinah. A clear proof that JIHAAD does not mean declaration of holy war on infidels by sword. Jihaad is basically about putting effort into learning to be a sensible person to be able to understand the message of God properly and once understood spread it as far and wide as possible so that other people become aware of the proper message of Allah properly and then follow it in practice to bring about a proper human community in order to ensure blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind. In the context of the Quran bloodshed between people is to be avoided not encouraged. This is why the Quran offers peaceful solutions to differences between people but if push comes to shove then Muslims too are left to deal with their opponents the way they think is right for them in response to atrocities of enemies of humanity. If people will not let education based revolutions take place in their populations then bloody revolutions will start taking place in such populations. In short if people will not let right things happen then they cannot stop wrong things from happening.

53] because He is the One Who has let free the two large bodies of water, one sweet and fresh and the other salty and bitter, and he set a barrier between them, an insurmountable barrier,

Word MILH is from root MEEM, LAAM and HAA. Concrete meaning of this root is something that tastes pleasant to some but unpleasant to others. Also something salty or bitter or unpleasant or irritating or troublesome or corrosive or acidic, something beautiful or pleasant or palatable or consistent, something nice or someone of good character, sailor or wind that drives boats, bitter or salty water, saline, beauty, salt merchant, a person who makes good his promise, man of his words, a person who is conscious of his responsibilities, something agreeable or supportive, something light, to show favour, to be biased, to show prejudice or discrimination, to differentiate, water or something like water in some sense, fresh, lively, inspiring, motivating, smooth, life giving, revelation of God, ox-goad or something like an ox-goad in some sense, something that urges on or encourages, spear, something that pierces or cuts through something, fence or something like a fence in some sense, barrier, limit, restriction, shelter, protection, cover, shield etc etc.

Word UJAAJ is from root ALIF, JEEM and JEEM which has been explained already but it also means a sound made by footstep, footfall, inkling, a sudden occurrence of an audible event, tramp of military boots, sudden roaring of a fire, to disperse, to suddenly become angry, to lose one’s temper, to walk fast or briskly, to suddenly hear a mixed noise, strength, loudness, confusion, something that becomes mixed up or muddled up, extreme heat, something very bitter or unpleasant, to attack someone suddenly, to be very troublesome or irritating or problematic etc etc,

As explained already the Quran is full of verses with complementary meanings that deal with social, political, philosophical and scientific facts all at the same time. It is beyond any single person to comprehensively deal with all these aspects in the verses of the Quran. Just to explain here the Quran is also talking about two ways of life that people adopt for living their lives. It is not possible for one way of life to become compatible with the other. For the very same reason two groups of people who follow these two ways of life respectively cannot become one unless one group completely gives up its way of life and joins the other. Since one way of life can lead mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence and the other can only lead mankind to harms and destructions so both cannot be adopted at the same time by anyone. So there has to come a time when people are forced to choose one or the other and face the pleasant or bitter consequences. So people who think religion and secularism and deen of Islam are all one and the very same thing need to think about it very seriously. This verse makes it clear that deen of Islam has nothing to do with religion or secularism. A clear proof that mullahs and rulers and money lenders are all one and the same.

54] Moreover He is the One Who has brought forth human kind by mechanism of fluid and made for him kith and kin, because your Creator and Sustainer is capable of setting up proper measures for all things.

Word SIHRAA is from root SWAAD, HAA and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to join two things together by applying heat. Also to weld two things together by melting them, to fabricate, to apply pressure, to join together, to forge, to melt down, to heat up, to roast, to bring closer, to bring near, to marry into a family, in laws, to scorch, to relate or connect through marriage, to link up or join through a legal contract or an agreement, kith and kin, heat or extremely heat, a hot thing, fat, to melt fat, the boiling of brain in the head due to heat of the sun, to cook on the fire, molten fat, a mutual connection or relationship between things, a common point between things which act as one or a single group, tree or something like a tree in some sense, extract, juice, essence, something fixed in a place yet spreading or growing, something that can entangle, window or something like a window in some sense, window of opportunity, a way into something, a hole through, farsightedness, wider picture, distance dream, goal or ambition, to have an eye on future, head or something like a head in some sense, command and control centre, brain, central nervous system, chief, management, top part or section of something, ruling elite etc etc.

55] Yet they take for rulers other than Allah who can neither ensure their well being nor provide them with complete protection from harm but instead opponents of Our guidance support harmful and destructive way of life in opposition to the way of life advised for them by their Creator and Sustainer for the reason of personal gains at the expense of others.

The very reason advantaged people invent and adopt a way of life is personal gain at the expense of others so how can any such person be expected to ensure well being of others? If people want to live then they must eat and if they must eat then they cannot be friends with things they eat other than for eating them. Likewise those people who live on backs of others cannot become their caring and sharing friends for their well being but only for benefit of themselves. This is why kings and mullahs and money lenders no matter how they try to fool people by their smooth talk and false propaganda they only lookafter their own interests and that is why they are enemies of humanity according to the Quran. They are declared enemies of humanity because the Quran tells people how to live for each other and have a great life as a proper human community yet these people ignore that and go ahead to live by way of life that brings them privileges at the expense of other people whom they treat less than animals.

56] However We have not sent you O Muhammad but for spreading the good news among mankind about a way of life that can lead them to blissful, dignified and secure existence and to warn them against inventing and adopting any other way of life for living their lives because it will lead them to inflicting harms and destructions upon each other for personal gains at the expense of each other.

57] Say, I ask of you for no return on my time that I invest in my this missionary work for educating and training people because my desire is only that he who wishes to abide by properly balanced way of life from His creator and Sustainer for ensuring well being of mankind is allowed to do so.

The Quran repeatedly tells us that no messenger of Allah ever asked for any wage of anyone for trying to educate and train his people so they could live as proper human beings in this world. All he asked people was let people be free to do so, so that there could come about a world that is beautiful to live in for mankind. A clear proof that dealing with each other on basis of money or any other use and abuse mechanism is not part of deen of Islam. In deen of Islam a person is not allowed to be used and abused by anyone, not even by oneself. All must do to the best of their abilities everything together as a proper human community. Whatever is thereby produced is to be shared on basis of take as much as one needs but only within limit of what the community can afford. It is not possible to distribute what community cannot produce. It is up to people as individuals to organise and regulate themselves as a community in such a way that none of their need or want remains unfulfilled. All this has been explained already in detail.

58] So rely upon the way of life advised by Ever-Living ruler of the universe Who never dies and strive hard to manifest His glory through proper understanding and faithfully following that way of life because His advised way of life is sufficient for helping mankind become aware of their problems in order to solve them.

59] The way of life advised by Him Who created all the galaxies in the universe including this galaxy and all that is within them in gradual stages and by that right firmly established His sovereignty over the kingdom. Ask about all this of any person who is well aware of all this.

This verse makes a very important point because it tells mankind who is a truly learned person in sight of Allah and why. Only a person who has his eyes on the creation and the revelation of Allah is the person who is truly learned in sight of Allah. That is the person people are told to ask about things if they truly wish to learn to become wise. So mullahs, money lenders and rulers are not those people whom masses follow blindly and suffer because of that blind following. Not only that but even those who claim to be masters and doctors of science, philosophy and politics or law etc etc are ignorant people if they are not aware of the message of the Quran. It is because mere inventions in technology do not qualify one to claim one is a truly learned person. It is because the basis upon which something is supposed to be used is missing. It is one thing to make advances in medicine but quite another to benefit humanity with it the way it should be. Without solid moral foundation beyond question whatever people do is useless because it does not serve the purpose it is supposed to serve. So knowing the message of God is much more important than all else that people learn as professionals for trying to make a living for themselves. Only solid moral foundation can help people live properly in this world and that moral foundation does not exist outside the revelation of God and that is why people cannot afford to bypass the message of the Quran. If anyone is thinking we can have moral values without revelation of God then one is thinking utterly wrong because since humanity has come to existence it has not found any way of justifying anything they do at all. The world is only in terrible state of existence because most people in the world live a confused life and that is because they are not bothered with learning and doing things as they should. This is what provides some people with opportunities to try and become rulers, mullahs and money lenders which in turn bring them opportunities to exploit people for their own ends. This is why even those who do make efforts to learn and do things people already controlling things put obstacles in their paths which acts as discouragement for them. If all individuals made efforts to learn and do things then they could become clever enough to see what is going on so they could learn the ways to avoid being used and abused by others. This could block chances of undue exploitation by users and abusers of humanity. Rulers, money lenders and mullahs are only filling in the gap that people are leaving for them to exploit to their advantages. This also explains why mullahs work towards demoralisation of humanity along with rulers and money lenders, so that there is no obstacle in the way of these users and abusers of humanity. Mullahs teach immorality in the very name of God giving it name of creed or religion which are in fact some make beliefs or dogmas and some useless rituals. This makes ignorant people happy who think they are actually doing God’s work. This way those who want to make God happy do what they do and that way stay out of the way of rulers, money lenders and mullahs. If people really knew what God wants of them then they could put a stop to what rulers, money lenders and mullahs do to mankind because God does not approve it and it does humanity a lot of bad. However, people do immoral things in the name of God because they are brainwashed to think they are doing God’s work. This is the real role of mullahs and unless mullahs were at the forefront of undue human exploitation, rulers and money lenders had no chance to do to humanity what they have been doing for so long. The point is, unless people push for education there is little chance they will ever come out of trap mullaism has set for them. The Quran is useless unless educated people learn it and educate others about it in order to defeat rulers, money lenders and mullahs so that humanity could have the freedom it is longing for.

60] Yet when it is said to advantaged people accept the authority of the Master of the universe they say, who is this Master of the universe, are we to submit to anyone just because you tell us to? It only increases them in their opposition to Our advised way of life.

61] Ever living and provider of foundation and sustenance for development and growth for His human creatures is He the Master of the universe Who has furnished the solar system with planets and placed in midst of them the sun like a huge lamp as well as a moon that shines.

62] He is the One Who has set up the mechanism to cause the phenomenon whereby night and day follow each other. This information is for him who wishes to observe them to learn and understand how they came to existence and work to serve their purposes or for the one who intends to do things as they are supposed to be done.

As explained already the Quran is full of verses with complementary meanings ie these verses not only explain verifiable scientific facts about universal realities but also what is going on in the human world. In the human world revelation of God is like a sun giving light of guidance to humanity to live by. Messengers of God and his missionaries are like moons or satellites or luminaries or planets etc. In other words God talks about two different worlds using the very same text. Word SAMAA not only mean sky we see out there but heaven or sky or horizon of knowledge as well. It is far too much work for any person to explain each and every verse in detail. This is why I point out something and leave further explanations for others to come and do their bit. My idea of explanation is limited to letting knowledgeable people know that the Quran is not a book full of nonsense as told by mullahs. If people come to realise the Quran is not a book full of nonsense but a vitally important message of God for mankind then they will not fail to explain it further out of their own personal interest. For the time being most educated people avoid reading books that are claimed to be from God because priesthood has covered up the actual message of God in these books by their nonsense baseless explanations. I am challenging those explanations in a very big way and providing people with alternative explanations that are firmly founded to clearly show how people themselves can verify what is said if they wish to do so.

63] Because the truly committed to abiding by rule of law of the Master of the universe are those who conduct themselves in this world in a dignified way as told and when people lacking in information and understanding of the way of life advised by Allah ask them about it, they advise them to learn about it, to be united, peaceful, progressive and prosperous as a proper human community.

Word HOWNAA is from root HAA, WOW and NOON. Concrete meaning of this root is to handle something appropriately. Also to behave as the situation demands, to handle something gently, to be humble, to be easy going, to show respect, to be gracefully humble, to do something as required, to show humility, to humiliate, to disgrace, to humble, to ridicule, to value lightly, to take someone for granted, to be an easy target, to be meek or weak, to be despicable, to be worthless, to be useless, to be lowly, to be amiable, to be moderate, to be solemn, to demean, to debase, to be modest, to be nice, to have manners, contempt, disdain, abasement, degradation, to put to shame, to be shameful, to be shy, something that can be accomplished easily, to insult, to abuse, to facilitate, to pave the way, to make something smooth, to be at rest or in peace, to have the confidence, to be satisfied, window or something like a window in some sense, way through to something, window of opportunity, to have future in sight, to keep an eye on a bigger picture, to be able to see things at a very long distance, hook or something like a hook in some sense, link, something bent or twisted, something wicked or deceptive, to hook onto something, to drag or pull something along using a hook, fish or something like a fish in some sense, something fast moving or smooth, something lively etc etc.

64] They are a people who abide by program, constitution and law of their Creator and Sustainer by fully submitting to it themselves and they stand up for spreading this message far and wide.

65] They are those who say, our Creator and Sustainer, keep us away from the way of life that leads to painful suffering, no doubt the way life that leads to life of painful suffering is a terrible way of life to live by.

Word GHARAAMAA is from root GHAIN, RAA and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is something terribly painful. Also a permanent state of suffering or exploitation or use and abuse, something evil or harmful or destructive, a disaster or catastrophe, a difficult to handle woman or an animal, something very hard or difficult to put up with, hard to bear, something terrible that does not leave one alone, liability, fine, compensation, damages, something terrible from which one cannot get away or stay away, debt collector or terrible borrower who cannot repay the borrowed money, to stick with something in some way or to remain stuck with someone, the one smitten with love, the one who stalks his beloved, to be with something or someone constantly, to keep following someone for some reason like a debt collector or a lover, to be struck with a disaster, to suffer a loss, financial liability one takes upon oneself, constant lasting torment, aching love, fondness, heart, scorching heat, opponent or rival, people who incur debt due to helping others, unjust fine, unfair liability, clinging, imposition, something difficult to get rid of, eye or something like an eye in some sense, water well or spring, help or support, assistance, to keep an eye on something, to guard, head or something like a head in some sense, control centre, administration, ruling elite, water or something like water in some sense, something life giving, energy, revelation of God, something inspiring or motivational, something that runs smoothly and quietly, something that can cause flood or disaster in some way etc etc.

66] Surely it is a terrible state to land in and very painful to remain in.

67] They are those who use what We have provided them with for ensuring well being of others and they do not use it for harming and destroying others and that is how they keep themselves firmly stuck within Our set limits.

Word YUSRIFOO is from root SEEN, RAA and FAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to go beyond a point in some sense for some reason. Also to do something over and above requirement, to exceed limit, to pay no attention to a point of reference or something, to be heedless, to be negligent, to over do something in some sense, to pass by something in some sense, to leave behind something in some sense, to exceed all bounds, to break the law, to be extravagant, to be immoral, to be immoderate, to be wasteful, to be immodest, to undercut something in some sense, to undermine something in some sense, to do something due to ignorance or ignorantly, tooth or something like a tooth in some sense, tradition, rule of law, custom, reference point, example, precedent, head or something like a head in some sense, chief, leader, management, control centre, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, distance between two points, some sort of difference between two things in some sense, class or caste divide, to spread rumours, to backbite, to accuse falsely, to slander, to eat, to consume or use something, to talk nonsense etc etc.

Word YAQTUROO is from root QAAF, TAA and RAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to narrow down something in some sense for some reason. Also to restrict or limit, to be poor or niggardly or stingy, to act like a miser or to be miserable, to be depressed, to smell, smell of roasting meat, black smoke, darkness, sadness, to live in misery, to suffer hardship or difficulty, an opening in a wall, a window, a see through hole in something, to group things together, to hoard up, to be a collector of things, to be a hoarder, to be a junk collector, to accumulate miseries, to feel dejected, to be gloomy, melancholy, to be in state of distress, to be in trouble, to be mean, very grudging, to be needy, to be in dire circumstances, to live from hand to mouth, to have limited livelihood, to be confused, to suffer disgrace or humiliation, the edges of armour, an old man, an infirm or unstable person, monkey or something like a monkey in some sense, agile, fast moving, something that hang onto something in some sense, to imitate or copy, to be mischievous, to be clever, to jump about like a monkey, womb or something like a womb in some sense, basket, coffin, chest, book, pages with written information on them, head or something like a head in some sense, command and control centre, central nervous system, management, ruling elite, leadership etc etc.

This verse very clearly forbids all that people do to each other for dominating each other or for undermining each other. It therefore defines what deen of Islam really is. It is not about people ruling each other or using and abusing each other by use of some mechanism or trick such a use of money or gold coinage or any other exploitation mechanism. A very strong slap on faces of people who tell us Islam is a way of life that exploits people through buying and selling slaves and maids. It does not allow buying and selling anything at all not only human beings. It is not a business for profit based way of life at all. Anyone who is buying and selling things is declaring a war against Allah and his messages and his messengers. The Quran does not allow people ruling people, it does not allow buying and selling of things and it does not allow priesthood or religion. So one can see what mullahs claim Islam to be is not deen of Islam at all but something invented by mullahs in the name of deen of Islam for their own ends. This is why rulers, money lenders and mullahs are a dangerous breed of people among mankind. They are wolves in sheep clothing. Why people need buying and selling mechanism when they are only there to to work together for ensuring well being of each other? Does this make any sense at all in context of deen of Islam which is based upon sense of ummah? This ummah must therefore get rid itself of mullahs who justify rule of man by man and buying and selling of things including people instead of all working to the best of their natural ability to provide everyone goods and services or things of need free of change at the point of need as already explained in detail. Ummah is family at a large scale and a family does not look at its individual members in terms of masters and slaves or profit and loss rather it works as a family to ensure all have a great life as a family.

68] They are those who do not rely upon any other way of life by anyone along with the way of life advised by Allah so they do not holdback any person from development and growth whose secure existence Allah has sanctioned unless for purpose of serving true justice because they do not adulterate proper way of life with improper way of life, so be aware that any people who mix way of life advised by Allah that can lead mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence with a way of life which can lead mankind to their own destruction by hands of each other are bound to thereby slow down the process of unity and peace between people therefore progress and prosperity of humanity.

Word ASAAMAA is from root ALIF, SAA and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is to lack energy for doing something. Also tiredness due to over work or due to misuse or inappropriate use of oneself, to do something that brings tiredness upon a person, to take drugs, to lack strength to do something, to not be able to cope with some task or something, to commit a crime against someone, to do wrong to someone, to harm or destroy someone, to exact interest on capital, the person who lives on interest by lending his money, a person who commits adultery or fornication, a person who causes self harm to oneself in some sense, a person who sits idle, an idol, something dead that does not show sign of life, someone not lively or happy, a person in a bad state of existence, stagnation, regression, lagging falling behind, a person avoids work, a person in sad or shameful state of affairs, a debased person, a thug, one who live on the back of others, capitalist, a person who uses and abuses others, a person who has bad influence on society, a person who has damaging or destructive influence on society, ill gotten gains, robbery, theft, lying, killing, fighting, guilt, to chastise, to punish, to blame, to censure, to do what is wrong, evildoer, wicked, deceiver, hardened criminal, to involve someone in doing something wrong, to slander, to falsely accuse someone, recrimination, stick or something like a stick in some sense, God, authority, power or lack of power, bull, ox, head of an ox, strength or lack of strength, weakness, womb or something like a womb in some sense, coffin, chest, basket, book, pages with writing on them, water or something like water in some sense, something that inspire or motivates or urges or encourages, revelation of God, something life giving, energy, something that takes away life, something that discourages, something that demotivates, something that stops one from doing something, something that drowns something in some way, something that kills something in some way etc etc.

69] This is why there is going to be double the painful suffering for such a people during the time period of bloody revolutions and in that state of existence such people will remain till they die

70] unless such a people stop thinking and acting that way and commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of humanity by thinking and doing constructive things that help human community develop and prosper, that is how program of Allah will help such a people overcome results of their harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other with outcome of thoughts and actions of such people that are beautiful for building and maintaining a proper human community because that is the way, way of life advised by Allah brings mankind blissful, dignified and secure existence.

71] So he who stops acting harmfully and destructively against proper human community and starts acting beneficially and constructively for proper human community has properly turned to the program, constitution and law of Allah as one is required to do.

72] Such people never take a stand for promoting falsehood and if they are confronted by harmful and destructive situations and circumstances or elements they deal with them appropriately while keeping their dignity and integrity intact.

73] Such people when they are informed about the goals and guidelines of their Creator and Sustainer do not accept and submit to them blindly like people who have failed to develop their faculty to observe things properly and faculty to understand things properly.

In these verses it is made absolutely clear which people are those who are acceptable as people of God by God. They are those who are self aware to begin with. They are aware of universal realities. They are those who look for guidance of Allah and when they are told about it examine it carefully for its purpose and how it fulfils its purpose which helps them know how they should think in order to shape their mindset, attitude and behaviour. This is why they cannot act harmfully and destructively against the proper human community deliberately and if anything they act beneficially and constructively to help proper human community develop and prosper. These verses clearly tell us who is true follower of the Quran and why and who is not and why not. These verses make it very clear that Islam is ADDEEN and not a MAZHAB. So mullahs are not ulema of deen but priests of religion. So masses need to get out of their control and start becoming aware of revelation of Allah so that they could change their world for the better for themselves according to the program given to them by God. Failing that they can carry on as usual and keep living a life full of painful suffering and misery.

74] Therefore such people say, our Creator and Sustainer, help us through Your guidance by granting us such fellow members of the kingdom and successors that proves to be a pleasant sight for the eyes to see and make us a leading people for those who are consistent with Your guidance as well as with each other.

75] Such are the people who will be rewarded with blissful, dignified and secure existence in the kingdom based upon Our guidance due to their steadfastness in following Our advised way of life that is why therein they will live a life of unity, peace, progress and prosperity

Word GHURFAH is from root GHAIN, RAA and FAA. Concrete meaning of this root is to scoop something with hand or a scoop. Also to dip and convey with ladle or as if with ladle, to use something bent to take out something of a container, to take something out of something using a hook or some sort of mechanical linkage or leverage, to use some way to get out of a troubling situation which will be considered inappropriate under normal circumstances, a well with its water level in level with its mouth, a room above ground level, places of honour, fast moving camel, elevated places or positions, to cut, to bend, to break, a running stream full of fresh and pleasant water, plentiful, prosperity, ease of livelihood, eye or something like an eye in some sense, to stand guard over something, spring season, water well, help and support, sense of sight, a pleasant sight, head or something like a head in some sense, command and control centre, administration, management, leadership, ruling elite, mouth or something like a mouth in some sense, gap, distance between two things or points, to spread rumours, to slander or backbite, to accuse or accuse falsely, to make a false claim, to talk nonsense, to deceive etc etc.

76] to remain therein for as long as they live by Our program, constitution and law. A beautiful kingdom and an excellent place in that kingdom to dwell in.

77] O messenger say to those who oppose and reject this message, the program, constitution and law of my Creator and Sustainer is not affected at all by your opposite response to it, however since you have rejected and opposed this program, constitution and law soon you will start facing the inevitable outcome of doing things your own ways according to set-up systems and laws of Allah.

Word YA-BA-U is from root AIN, BAA and ALIF. Concrete meaning of this root is burden. Also weight, mass, weight of luggage or things, importance of a matter, influence of a person or thing, to have respect for, to show concern for, to pay attention to, to neglect, to ignore, to feel uneasy about something, to worry about something, to care, to get ready, to pack, to concern oneself with, to be solicitous about something, eye or something like an eye in some sense, to keep an eye on something, to guard, to be tearful, to see, to make a new start, spring season, water well, help or support, assistance, house or something like a house in some sense, family or support or following, tradition, sanctuary, shelter or protection, cover or shield, stick or something like a stick in some sense, God, authority, bull, ox, staff, administration, king, ruler etc etc.

Word LIZAAMAA is from root LAAM, ZAA and MEEM. Concrete meaning of this root is necessity. Also something essential, something without which something cannot be complete or cannot exist or occur or happen, to accompany, to persist, to cling, to force, to impose, to make something obligatory or a duty, something compulsory, to fasten, to bind to, something inevitable, to become solid, to freeze, to be permanent, to hug, liability, something that becomes stuck then separates, a false accusation, a rumour, a label, an identity, a name, reputation, ox-goad or something like an ox-goad in some sense, a spear like pointed stick, something inspiring or motivating, something that encourages or urges on, weapon or something like a weapon in some sense, a tool, an instrument, something instrumental, ways or means, technique or formula, water or something like water in some sense, something life giving, something destructive, something that ruins something, energy, revelation of God, something that runs like water etc etc.
