Special Falooda
Ingredients:
Faluda Vermicelli 1 cup
Milk 1 glass
Ice 1 cup
Pineapple 1 cup
Ice cream 2 cups
Sugar syrup ½ cup
Green jelly ½ Packet
Red jelly ½ Packet
Kewra 1 tsp
Tukh malanga 1 tsp
Red Sharbaat 2 tbsp
Almonds, Pistachio 2 tbsp
Method:
Take 2 glasses and add 1 cup chopped ice and pour faluda Vermicelli on top.
After this add 1 glass milk, ½ packet green jelly and 1 cup pineapple.
Along with ½ cup sugar syrup, 1 tsp tukh malanga, ½ packet red jelly, 1 tsp kewra, 2 tbsp red sharbaat and 2 cup ice cream.
In the end garnish with 2 tbsp almonds and pistachio.
Serve well.
