Since lots of guys complain about the decision for the result after the contest. Kuch members ka khayal hota hie ke decision sahi dia kuch ka khayal hota hie ke decision ghalat dia hie. So mera yeh khayal hei ka hum ko contest ke end me voting karwa leni chaiye. Aur aus ka rules yeh hongei.

1) Ek thread baney ga aus mei sub ki entries dali jaey gi.
2) Aun sub ke name voting list mei daley jaeinge.
3) Thread ke ander Voting kaun si date ko khatum hogi aur yeh date automatic hogi means polling automatically close hojaey gi ( Usually ais mei bhi problem hoti hie user ko ke 12 nahi bajey 1 nahi bajey abhi next day change nahi howa so ais liye ais per argue count nahi hogi kyon ke yeh automatically close hoga)

4) Jub voting close hojaey gi tou aus ke baad jis ki vote sub sei ziyada hogi wo jeetay ga.

5) only sincere member and sincere member group plus means above sincere member votes will be count.

6) No fake vote will be count.

nice idea lekin jase har month polling hoti hai sab members pm or vm send karte hai beat member mein mojhe vote do competition polling mein behi ase hi hoga ap 3 logo ki suggestion rahk leye Super Mod and mod or admin ye 3 log faseela kare ge kon winner ho ga polling wala method start mat kare
