Islamabad: Pakistani actress Meera, after having controversies about her marriage, would become a bride on July 21 as his fiancé Captain Naveed’s father, Raja Pervez, has agreed to accept her as daughter-in-law.

Talking to media, Pervez said that they have accepted to accommodate Meera as their daughter-in-law on the will of their son. “We have agreed to the Naveed’s marriage with Meera for the delight of our son,” he said.

The father further denied any accusations made by him on Meera and said that the reports circulated through media were baseless. However, he accepted that their family was going through an anxious phase as character assassination campaign against Meera was launched by media.

Earlier Shahzad’s parents broke the engagement of Meera with their son Naveed Shahazad and told media that Meera was already married and her marriage wass pending in Pakistan Marriage Court. They further accused that Meera has cheated them and lied about her previous marriage.
