Ingredients

1 Cup Water

2-1/2 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Flour

1 Cup Sugar

Pinch of Salt

4 Eggs

200g Fresh cream
Instructions

1.Add water and butter to a pan, bring to boil.
2.Add flour stirring constantly till a soft dough is formed and the mixture leaves the sides of the pan —-set aside to cool down.
3.Add eggs, one at a time mixing well to form a glossy mixture.
4.Make puffs on a greased baking tray.
5.Bake for 10 mins in a hot oven, then lower heat to medium and bake for another 15 mins or till lightly browned and firm. Set aside to cool.
6.Whisk cream and sugar till light and fluffy.
7.Remove the tops of the baked puffs and fill with cream.
8.Cover each puff and sprinkle with Caster sugar.
