
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
3 chicken breasts, cut into small diced pieces
Half bottle Nando's Hot PERi-PERi Sauce
Splash soy sauce
1 pack stir fry vegetables (pre bought from a supermarket is fine)
Method:
1) Heat oil in wok and add Garlic.
2) Add chicken and sear till golden.
3) Add Hot PERi-PERi and Soy sauce.
4) Add all vegetables and stir fry for 2 -3 minutes.
of you can BBQ is well Rather then fry...!
