ابو ہریرہ(رضی الله عنہ) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول الله (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) نے فرمایا
جب رمضان کا مہینہ آتا ہے تو رحمت کے دروازے کھول دیے جاتے ہیں اور جہنم کے دروازے بند کر دیے جاتے ہیں اور شیاطین کو جکڑ دیا جاتا ہے.

Abu Huraira (R.A) reported Allah's Messenger(Sallallahu Alaihi Wa'alehi Wasallam) as saying:
When there comes the month of Ramadan, the gates of mercy are opened, and the gates of Hell are locked and the devils are chained,
