"Chocolate brownies with walnut"

"Chocolate brownies with walnut"

Ingredients: makes 20 pieces

-1 and ¼ cup all purpose flour
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-4 eggs
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-1 cup cocoa powder

Pre heat the oven to 350 F. Mix eggs with the vanilla, add the sugar and mix well, then add the oil. Stir in the flour and baking powder and mix with wooden spoon. Then add the cocoa powder and the chopped walnut and stir. The mixture will be thick. Spray pan with cooking spray and spread some flour on it, then pour the batter into it. Bake for 30 min... let it cool then cut into pieces.
