Polling Section kay hawalay say mayry Zehen may aik baat ayi, Wanna Share.

First, Each Member of the forum should give his/her vote.

Secondly,Jab ham koi bhi vote dene lagay, its based on Monthly report na, Like siggi of the month,Avatar or Best member, tu we should wait and observe through out the month or middle of the month, uss kay baad vote dien.cause ppl keep on changing siggis,avatars,posting level etc etc. Ham first date ko hi vote de dien tu kia faida.

I Hope you guys will agree.If YESH then ajj ka dinner mayri Taraf sy lol

Noor sis jo be members vote kartay hain woh last month ke siggy avvi aur behaviours dhek kar he vote daytay hain so i think every thing is going good :current:

wese hona to yahi chahiey key polling last 10 dayz mein ho ker khatam ker di jaey ...
or na key previous month ko daikh ker hum voting kerein present month ki votting honi chahiey
lakin aik system chala araha hey to abb forum ki is prampra ko chaidney ka kiya faida ...
han ager change ker diya jaey to its batter .. or na bhi kiya jaey to chaley ga hi ...
mujhey to wese bhi koi award milta hi nahi :(

Noor Bolay Aur Ghalat Bolay yeh Hoo hi Nahi Sakta.. lolzz Halankay mughe nai pata ke yeh polling hoti kiya hay but still i say noor bahna ka idea acha hay
