... Its actually a pretty simple recipe
Heat oil add Onion slices fry few sec untill turn golden then add whole blackpepper
,cloves,some cumin seeds ,chopped green chillies,
Ginger garlic little bit fry for few sec then add mix veg of ur choice
...fry for 2-3 min then add water according to rice using
.when water come to boil then add washed rice ,
salt ...cook till water dries out then cover and Put on Dum for 5 min ..
Done !!!
