working with insurance company..

I got a question , and i need its answer.
wat u guys say about working with insurance company , is it Halal or haram??
i searchd it alot on net but codnt find exact answer ::((

ye halal kaha se ho gaya jiss chez ma mehnat na ki jaye wo hala kaha se eski misal tu bank ma pese rakne ke ha sud per jiss ke monthly pase ate ho or ye alag style ha eske marne ke bad hahha pagal kuch tu smjo

جابر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ سے مروى صحيح حديث ميں ثابت ہے كہ:
