How Can we Think positive?
 
Hello Meraforum members.
So many of us might have this problem. " thinking negative"
we Worry for no reason over small things.
& make ourselves & the people around us miserable.

  • How do we Think Positive.
  • How to Not worry so much.

i am very positive person but i expect negative frm ppl ist
i dont knw sumtayeemz i think thtz good bcoz
u dont want ur expectation to go wayy higher than they shd b
& then u get to knw the break heartnin truth
i think tht wud hurt u more
sp expect less frm them but dont go there wen u start talkin shit abt ppl on ur mind's basis never say anything abt other until ur sure abt it !!

Right , I like such threads where we discuss on problems related rather than say hi to the above guy . I think we have to be balance ourselves and not always thing negatively . Keeping your mind to think only positive will also create problem . One can not be blind from the negative thing . But first priority is to focus on positive thinking and then prepare yourself for the negative as things can go both ways.

I Had Anxiety Problem but now Alhamdulillah get rid of this problem without any Psychiatrist interference.. I would Prefer you to take these activities into your daily routine circle:

1. Say Prayer five Times
2. Recite Quran-e-Majeed (learn the real message)
3. Be close to nature
4. Keep yourself busy
5. Set your Routine, Sleep well
6. Choose your life Partner & get Married :p

and learn to accomplish all that you
dream. If you utilize positive thinking
throughout each day it will become a

1. When you get out of bed think 10 wonderful
thoughts about yourself,
2. Think of one thing you would like to
accomplish today.
3. Try to accomplish it!
4. Smile at yourself in the mirror.
5. Flash that same smile to others.
6. Set time aside for yourself.
7. Discover your talents.
there is lot of things sorry for short time otherwise i will share more, lolll
8. Know what makes you happy.
9. Know what gets you upset.
10. Make a list of all of your accomplishments
and look at them at least once a week.
11. If something doesn’t go your way, learn from
it.
12. Exercise daily.
13. Eat right. At least three meals a day with a
couple of snacks in between
