Hum bhi kuch aisa kamaal karna chahte hain
Hum chand ko qareeb se dekhna chahte hain

Ab ye jaan jaye ya rahe safer mohabbat mein
Hum to bas apna wada nibhana chahte hain

Suna hai ke maut badi haseen ho jayegi isliye
Hum unki baahon mein marna chahtey hain

Meri deewangi to dekho ke ek pathher se
Hum apna haal-e-dil sunana chahte hain

Koi to ho jo rooke iss waqt-e-tufaan ko
Hum ek aashiyaan banana chahte hain

Ae DIL-e-MOIN zara tham ke dharakna seekho
Hum us shakhs ko bhulana chahte hain ...
