http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/l...-kupu-kupu.gif Today im here to tell you all something very important....:bshy: from very this month october we will not have any award for top poster Male or Female...as we give this award every month to Top poster female or male....:0001: as Admin decided to Give Top original poster Male & Female award....:hbbh: lemme explain...:confuse: for this we will make 2 threads in polling section...as Top poster female & Top poster Male...:shoaby: and we will give active members Names in that thread & you all have to vote for the one who has posted original posts rather then NICE SHARING THANKS TFS GOOD NICE after that who ever will be the winner we will give award to him /her but but but.....:confused: before that we will check the winners all Months posts if the posts are original rather then as i said above then we will give tge award to him or her :) so from today we will start this new 2 threads in polling section..... enjoy posting voting & have fun NOTE: if You have any question according to this all feel free to Pm me.... Thanks Alot Khusbhoo its some really worth full for those who believe in quality.
i would like to suggest not to poll for this award but decide it on merit. more like critics awards. |

Idea tou bohat acha hai but polling main favor nhi karain gae loog is ki kya garranty hai??
Pehly tou loog apny liya mangty thy vote but is month kisi ny muj say vote manga main ny bola kisi aur ko karna hai tou ... us member ny aik member ka name liya k isy maat kaarna.... Yahan tou aj kaal voting main aesa kuch chal raha hai :) Favoritism samj main aata hai but jealousy Nhi hooni chahiya :) Ab is post k baad pata nhi kitny loog mery Against hoo jaen gae :P |

polling sei members nei jo thread banaiye hei aus mei jo aun ki mehnat par pani pherney ke liye log thank 4 sharing kartay hei wo khud decide karein aus ke baad hum decide kareinge ke sahi vote kara hie ya nahi . so final decision will be in our hands. hope it will help avoiding t4s.
