Ab teri yaad se wehshat nahi hoti mujhko
Zakhm khulte hain aziyat nahi hoti mujhko

Ab koi aaye chala jaaye main khush rehta hoon
Ab kisi shakhs ki aadat nahi hoti mujhko

Aisa badla hoon tere shehar ka paani pee kar
Jhoot boloon to nidamat nahi hoti mujhko

Hai amanat main khayanat so
Kisi ki khatir koi marta hai to herat nahi hoti mujhko

Itna masroof hoon jeenay ki hawas main
Saans lene ki bhi fursat nahi hoti mujhko!
