yon lage dost tera mujhse khafa ho jana
jis tarah phul se khushbu ka juda ho jana

ahl-e-dil se ye tera tark-e-ta'alluq
waqt se pahle asiron ka riha ho jana

yon agar ho to jahan mein koi kafir na rahe
mojza tere wade ka wafa ho jana

zindagi main bhi chalunga tere piche-piche
tu mere dost ka naqsh-e-kaf-e-pa ho jana

jane wo kaun si kaifiyat-e-gamkhwari hai
mere pite hi "Qateel" us ko nasha ho jana
