HOW TO REMOVE AUTOPLAY VIRUS FROM YOUR COMPUTER

AS SALAAM O ALIKUM

today my pc was infected with virus .when ever i double click on drives it doesnt open .i also found that there is one more option if i right click on any drive it says "AUTOPLAY"

so i search alot on net and finally got the solution to get rid off

when anyone having infected with this virus there is a file called "AUTORUN.INF" it must be deleted in all drives but its not easy to delete it by normal window

because it most of the time in hidden mode and when u get infected by this virus FOLDER>OPTION>VIEW>SHOWALL FILES TICK wouldnt work for your pc

so just restart ur pc and than click on "F8" WIDOUT HAVING QUOTATIONS and select SAFE MODE

than when u entered in safemod windows

CLICK ON START>RUN>CMD

DOS PROMPT WILL OPEN

if you have drives like C,D,E,F than you have to use these command one by one for all of your drives

FOR DRIVE C:

C:\attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf
PRESS ENTER

THAN

C:\del autorun.inf

PRESS ENTER

FOR DRIVE D:

D:\attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf
PRESS ENTER

THAN

D:\del autorun.inf

PRESS ENTER

FOR DRIVE E :

E:\attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf
PRESS ENTER

THAN

E:\del autorun.inf

PRESS ENTER

FOR DRIVE F:

F:\attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf
PRESS ENTER

THAN

F:\del autorun.inf

PRESS ENTER
