Award selection or election
 
Dear Folks,
I have been noted that the awards for the member of the month, best avatar and best signature usually goes to the guy who have good PR in chat room or here. The deserving people often ignored due to non availability of votes for them or due to bad Pr Ship.

It would be better to decide it by a panel of old members or admins who did the best in the past month. This will ensure the winning of awards to the right candidates and all the PR ship activities will be down automatically

shaam bro its member's choice by voting how can we stop anyone from voting someone ? or if we will give members awards widout voting they will say ayaz give her/him award for this etc etc crap things there is no alternative for this

yes u r right. but it happened ppl like Shayan malik Sooli and Me myself and someother have good contacts and friends in chatroom. So we ask ppl to vote us and they do even they dont like our avator of something else. what about the rest of the ppl. This moutn Lams was most deserving member of the month in ma eyes. same like Avator and signature but nobody bother to see it.
well i have another suggession, if somebody get an award once he or she wont be considered for next 3 or 4 months.

yeah but its not one man show if i will start doing and give award to whom i want then one member from you guyz raise the issue ayaz give awards to only those to whom he like etc etc its ok with me too with selection but u know the political approach of our ppl .

but u can see the voting....voting method is quite unfair and it will be....u will see the awards will be given to a few ppl and thats it.
