mein udaas nahi udaas rehne ki aadat si ho gaye hai

janey kion wo hum sey ajnabi say ho gayan hai
lugta hai aisa k phoolon sey khushbo hi kho gayee hai

ye kesi haawa mere jism ko choo gayee hai
ukhri ukhri saans bhi be-rubt ho gayee hai

kion zindagi ki raat itni taweel ho gayee hai
mujh sey shayed piyaaar ki bhool hoo gaye hai

aub tu dunya bohat khush ho gaye hai
saans tu chal rahi hai lakin rooh sath chor gaye hai.
