aap yai bataey k educated hona kia yai hai k koi degree ya koi certificate ley lia jaiy?

ya educated vo hain jo zindgee ko suljhay howay tareekay say guzaray,aur dhang say zindgee guzaray?

aap k nazdeek literate kon hai aur illiterate kon hai?

hon,well said,its mean k study ka hona must nahe hai,suljhi hoee zindgee guzarnay k liye Awareness yani shaor ka hona must hai.
