Simple U Must Try This "Cabbage Curry"

Ingredients :

•1 Chinese celery cabbage
•½ onion
•1 tablespoon minced red chili

Seasoning :

•3 tablespoons fish curry powder
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 tablespoon sugar
•½ cup water

Method :

1.Rinse cabbage leaves, shred and blanch in boiling water until soft. Remove, drain and arrange on a large plate. Slice onion finely.
2.Heat 3 tablespoons oil an sauté curry powder until fragrant. Add in onion, then salt, sugar and water. Simmer briefly and remove from heat.
3.Pour curry powder mixture in Method (2) over shredded cabbage. Mix well, sprinkle with minced chili and serve.
