Chicken Noodles

1 INGREDIENTS

* Noodles 1 packet
* Chicken 1 1/2 kg (boil, remove meat) from bones and cut lengthwise
* Cabbage 1/4 kg (finely cut)
* Carrots 3 grated
* Black pepper 1/2 tsp ground
* Vinegar 2 tbsp
* Green chilies
* (cut into pieces lengthwise) 4
* Salt to taste
* Dalda oil 3 tbsp
* Chinese salt (Ajinomoto) 1/2 tbsp
* Soya sauce 2 tbsp

2 COOKING DIRECTIONS

1. Boil water with ½ tsp of salt in a big sauce pan (degchi).
2. Add the noodles along with one teaspoon of oil and cook till the noodles are tender.
3. Drain the noodles and immediately rinse them with cold water, mix one tsp oil and se aside.
4. Put 2 tbsp of oil in the same pan and add all the vegetables, chicken, Soya sauce and other ingredients.
5. Stir it for 4 minutes, add noodles and stir for further few minutes.
6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
