tomato khali paet khana sahi nahi hai and tomato ka chilka 1 year mai bhi dissolve nahi hota aese mai tomato roz khana koi docter advice nahi kerta.and regular use apki kiddny ke liye sahi nahi hai |

nahi ek tomatoes hotay hain jo hum log kahnay main use kartay hain for gravy like chicken beef main ek hotay hain jo sirf fruit salad main use hotay hain on main seeds nahi hotay kabie kahye hain :D
