And make not Allâh's (Name) an excuse in your oaths against your doing good and acting piously, and making peace among mankind. And Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower (i.e. do not swear much and if you have sworn against doing something good then give an expiation for the oath and do good).

Noble Qur'an._ Surah-Al Baqarah_: 2:224

When we look at this verse, we can learn very much.. Many people swear, and takes oaths etc..
It's not good. Always Say Allah knows better.. Because U can not be sure it's right or wrong..
And Always say: Inshallah.. Instead of "promise" example U are going to meet a friend and U have promised him/her, and suddenly U can't.. So better U saY Inshallah(If Allah(sw) will).. ..
