~lost in this world ~

I find myself lost in this world
In front of many i'm just like them
But on the inside I feel empty and hollow
While my face show expressions
And my tongue releases words
My heart feels somewhat empty
Is it possible to be so devoid of emotion?
Emotions, are they a sign of weaknesses
And where the heart rules the head
The mind is left with no control of its own
I look around, lost in a whirlwind
My thoughts wondering ever so freely
But danger lurks as I open up my heart
