VEGETABLE QoRMA
Ingredients: Potatoes 2 Peas1 cup Carrots 2 Cauliflower 250 gm Yogurt 250 gm Onions 250 gm Cumin ½ tsp Small Cardamom 4 Cloves 4 Black Peppercorn 1 tsp Nutmeg ½ tsp Maze a piece Red Chili 2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp All Spice Powder ½ tsp Khewra 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Method: • Heat some oil in the pan, add in onions and fry it and keep it aside and crush it. • Now in yogurt, add in crushed onion, cumin, small cardamom, cloves, black Pepper, nutmeg, maze, red chili, coriander powder and salt. Mix it. • In some oil add in carrots, peas, cauliflower and fry it. Add in yogurt mixture. Cook it. • When the oil separates, add in 1 glass water and cook it on a low flame. When vegetables are cooked add in All spice Powder and Khewra. Close the pan and serve hot. |
