Ingredients:

Beaten Cream 2 cups
Strawberries 250 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Green Jelly 1 packet
Crushed Biscuits 2 cups
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp

Method:

• In the beaten cream, add in ½ cup sugar and vanilla essence and beat it.
• Chop the strawberries and add in 1 cup sugar. Cook it.
• Cook jelly in 2 cups of water and st it in 4 cups.
• Add in crushed biscuits, add in cooked jelly and cool it . serve
