Morrocan meat balls
Ingredients: Mince ½ kg Onions 2 Egg 1 Bread Crumbs ½ cup Green Coriander ½ cup Olives 6 Cumin 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Salt to taste Black Pepper 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp For Spicy Tomato Sauce: Boiled Tomato Paste ½ kg Onion 1 Garlic 2 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp Fennel Seed Powder 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Saffron ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes 2 tsp Oil 4 tbsp Method: • Firstly, take mince, onion, green coriander, olives, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder and grind it. • Make balls out of it. • For Spicy Tomato Sauce, add in oil and add in balls and fry it. • Add in onion and soften it. In the balls, add in tomato paste, garlic, paprika powder, fennel seed powder, salt, saffron, red chili flakes and cook it on a low flame. When the sauce thickens. Dish it out and serve |
