Chicken naryal pulao
Ingredients: Fresh Coconut 1 cup Rice ½ kg Chicken ½ kg Green Chilies 10 Star Anise 10 Fennel Seeds 2 tbsp Big cardamom 4 Black Peppercorn 1 tsp Cumin 2 tsp Salt to taste Onion 1 Oil ½ cup Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp Method: • Wash and soak rice for 2 hours. Boil and separate it. • Heat oil and fry onion, till they are golden brown. • Add in ginger garlic and chicken. Cook it. • Add in green chilies, cumin , black peppercorn and and big cardamom. • Add in 2 glasses of water and keep it to cook. • When some water is left add in boiled rice. • Add in crushed star anise and fennel seeds. • Simmer it for 10 mins and serve. |
