Chicken Tikka kababs



Ingredients

Boneless chicken ½ kg
Onion 1 small grinded
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp heaped
Allspice ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp

Method

Cut chicken into cubes, marinate chicken with all the above, leave it for 2 hours, thread chicken pieces on skewers, fry in 2tbsp oil on tawa, give dum of coal, serve with nan, onion rings, lemon and mint leaves.
